[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the hand tool to get out an old pet stain on my love seat. Surprisingly it did the job on the second spray and the hand tool got it. However the drying does leave a noticeable residue that seemed to brush away on microfiber type material. Also appeared to have cleaned some of the color off the love seat so test first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with this product. I had reviewed many other similarly priced ones and this one had everything I wanted. Assembly is very easy and takes no time at all. I used it the first day I got it and it even took a spot out that even a professional company could not remove. However, the only negative comment I have is that the little cleaning tool had somehow been omitted during the packing. No big deal though. I would highly recommend this product.

I have 5 dogs and 5 cats. I thought my carpet in my basement was a lost cause but I decided to get a new carpet cleaner as well as the SpotBot Pet. This combo has saved my carpet. This cleaner is so easy to use and it is nice and light. I love that I can easily take it apart to clean it.

I don't have pets but the stain spot feature is great for high traffic areas too. You do have to empty the water frequently and add solution water mixture but I don't mind as I'm not on a rental timer. I like to do 2 rinses after the shampoo as my feet feel soapy still. It collects little clumps if what looks like fur balls from the carpet, I would suggest to empty the water through a strainer and the clumps get picked up and if they go down the drain it will clog. It was so easy to use.My carpets look brand new and today, I used the upholstery tools and cleaned my couch, recliner and all six dining room chairs! I am completely satisfied with my carpet cleaner! BTW, we have 4 dogs and you can't even tell we do! (We are still recovering from hurricane Ian. So, don't mind the edge of the carpet.)

The only draw-back is how small the receptacle is and the frequent trips to empty the dirty canister. It is otherwise, one of the best I've used! And cleans amazing.

I have two big dogs who shed a lot so being able to clean the machine easily from the dog hair that the vacuum didn't pick up. The front part comes off super easy and you can get to every part to clean the machine throughly. I used a machine before that was hard to clean, so this machine is amazing. I could easily see the difference in the clean carpet against the dirty, which the carpet I own is nice because it's hard to tell if it's dirty. I totally recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, loved the spot shot. Was a great help for the ground in stuff. I was kind of surprised that there was no rinse stage. My older bissell insisted that you must rinse with clear water after shampooing is complete. Hopefully the cleaners have improved and rinsing isn't necessary anymore.

I am so impressed with how well it has cleaned my carpets. But I am even more pleased with how easy it is to clean the machine itself afterwards. I love that you can easily remove pieces to rinse everything and make sure you clear away any dog hairs etc. I did a bunch of research before deciding which machine to buy and I am really happy I went with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this carpet shampooer. It is the easiest and best I've ever used and owned. It's light and is like pushing your typical vacuum. It's amazing at getting stains out. My oldest daughter had a puppy who had numerous accidents on her bedroom carpet. She moved out and I was left to clean year old dog urine out of the carpet is disgusting and awful looking to say the least. I didn't know if the shampooer would get these old gross stains out but it did!!! AND it was easy! I'm not done either! It has a tray that you pour water in and it cleaned the brushes and sucks the water into the dirty water reservoir. Last but not least I have always hated how hair gets stuck in the machine and it's there forever because you can't get anything up the tiny thin area where the water gets sucked up. This has a tool for that and it works amazing! If you're on the fence don't be. Buy this machine it's amazing! I've owned several carpet shampooers this by far is the best hands down no competition its better than my far more expensive Rug Dr and came with so many attachments.
