[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 babies under 2 and a small dog. This is a quick and easy way for me to help clean up the bigger messes in my home! I love the extra attachments and cleaning tray that come with this bundle. This machine exceeded my expectations when it came to cleaning stains! I used this on my carpeted living room that had some hard to release stains and it actually pulled up hair of the previous owner's long haired dog from the carpet!!! I also use it on my microfiber couch (it's very tedious to get all water out and takes a long time to do upholstery.) I find that the regular upholstery tool works way better at getting water out of the couch. The 2-in-1 dog hair tool doesn't work as well, but my dog is extremely short haired and doesn't shed much. (Boston Terrier) I find the cleaning and storage tray is an amazing addition to the accessories for this machine, but it did leak water onto the floor when I followed the instructions. My fix is going to be putting less water than what is recommended for the tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my old carpet cleaner for years and decided it was time to replace it. I purchased this for my fiance for Christmas. First off, we had recently cleaned our carpets prior to receiving the new one and I was amazed at how much more this machine was able to extract. Plus its perfect for those little accidents left by my dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this machine first to dry clean my couch & love seat but no suction for the dry clean selection, so I called trouble shooting as I thought I was doing something wrong. After discussing found its a worthless feature and doesn't suck, so cleaned with my original vacuum cleaner. I was shampooing the couch and smelt some thing getting hot and discovered the rollers was going around on my brand new vinyl flooring the whole time. I looked through my booklet and found nothing in regards to shutting them off, so I called in again and found that the rollers continue to go around even though your not using them. My new floor got really buffed under the machine and can see the difference with the rest of my new flooring. So next I stuck boards under the machine to prevent any further damages. I would think Bissell would automatically provide a floor stand to put it on during the rollers revolving for that process. Next I cleaned my carpets and that went pretty well and was happy with that . I did like the way it cleaned my carpet ! Hopefully it will continue to work out and next going to try cleaning my carpeted steps, however know the hose is not long enough so will have to try to hold it while I work with brushing the carpet. I did call in to attempt to buy a longer hose as I did see one on there promotion however they said they have no more and won't get any more .

It was alot of fun cleaning the carpet and you notice the different right away on the carpet. Highly recommend to friends and family member! Save me time :).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this hoping it would help remove a coffee stain from the carpet. The stain disappeared momentarily, but reappeared in a couple of days, which is why I gave it 3 stars (it deserves 3 1/2 stars, but the system doesn't allow for it). Otherwise, it cleans pretty well, has good suction, and did a decent job cleaning food stains off of upholstered dining chairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am really impressed with this cleaner. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. It does a really good job. The one drawback that I found was how quickly it uses the water reservoir when is deep clean mode. The dirty water tank also fills up quickly. Other than that I am glad that I bought it. Hopefully it will continue to impress.

I haven't used the attachments yet but will soon for my car! So happy and recommend this to everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The operation instructions were a bit slim but I figured it out. So far, I've used it on carpet and am pleased with the results. Since I was a new operator, I did go over the carpet a second time with only water (not the soap) to make sure the solution had been extracted. I was glad I did.

I love my new Bissell carpet cleaner. I already cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out beautifully. I brought it over to my son's home and left it there. He has a labradoodle and she occasionally has accidents. My husband was watching the dog and sure enough the dog had an accident. He said that the carpet cleaner was excellent in cleaning the mess. So, for my husband to say that - this product is great. I also love the easy way to clean the brushes with the snap off top. I would highly recommend this product.
