Having used other carpet cleaners in the past including the rental types from grocery stores, I was hopeful yet wasn't going to allow myself to be too optimistic. To my surprise and delight my carpets came out about as perfect as I really hoped they would. Pet stains that the spot cleaners only muted were eliminated. Odors that seemed persistent had disappeared. I went on a binge - chairs, sofas, carpets throughout, all following the clear, simple directions on the solutions and I am totally satisfied, in fact thrilled and recommend the ProHeat as it worked flawlessly for me.

One can train them all I want but nature happens. It does what it advertises. The attachments are useful for in spot cleaning and if you need some extra scrubbing power. Just be aware that the cleaner can be heavy (in case you have to go up and down the stairs) so use precaution when lifting it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An 8' x 10" rug needed me to refill the clean water container FIVE times using it as directed. It did an ok job of cleaning, although I had to do it twice. It's extremely bulky and hard to maneuver. If you go off the edge of the carpet water goes all over the floor and you need a towel. It does a good job of sucking the water back out of the rug. Overall it is ok but had I tried it before I purchased I would have passed.

It's been a lifesaver, since my home is all carpet. I use it with the antibacterial formula to clean her messes. I like that it dries quickly. It also works great on food stains. My puppy toppled over an entire burrito on my floor and couch - tough bright red stains. I used the carpet cleaner and upholstery attachment and it all came out. #sweepstakes

The modern Bissell pet ProHeat 2X Revolution has every update I would have included if I built it myself. The easy of cleaning the brushes and cover are my favorite details of my new carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to review this but forgot until they sent the #sweepstakes invitation. This is a fabulous carpet cleaner! It's easy, easy to use compared to others, the suction is great, and it's so easy to clean! My house smelt instantly cleaner of cat smell, not to mention vomit the following week when half of us got super sick! Amazing!!! Love it!!! I'm not however sure I'm as in love with the upholstery tool. I used it in the back of my vehicle to clean some spilled food. It was on the floor lining which is a thin fabric, and I'm not sure how much water was sucked up, how much cleaning it did, or if the fabric was more than half cleaned even after running it over it multiple times. The smell persisted but was masked by the cleaner formula smell. After a week the car finally smells okay. Not clean and fresh.

I hadn't high hopes for this machine as I owned a carpet cleaner before and lets just say it was a piece of junk. I have a one year old puppy and she has made a mess of my carpets, which I had professionally cleaned 6 months ago. I figured instead of paying the same amount of money to have someone else clean my carpets I should invest in a better carpet cleaner. So I did some research and read reviews and I sprung for the best model out there for pet stains. Let me say it again, WOW! It worked amazing it removed all stains and my carpets look super clean and smell great. The dirty water was a very good indication just how much the ProHeat Pet CleanShot removed. I used the Carpet Cleaner last weekend for the first time and it worked great. Easy to put together and use. It's much lighter in weight compared to the last Bissel carpet cleaner I had. (which is a good thing). Easier to clean steps. I like that this model came with an Upholstery attachment. Highly Recommend.
