[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have any pets, this carpet cleaner is a must! After a puppy disaster in our master bedroom, I borrowed this cleaner from a friend. It did such an amazing job that I used it to clean every bedroom carpet and then purchased one for us! Spot cleaning and vacuuming is not enough with pets! You will be shocked by the dirty water and hair. The machine is easy to clean. My mother-in-law has borrowed it twice now. We will continue to share this pet cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the relatively short time that I have had this machine, it has been used almost daily. My one dog is on the older side and can't hold his bladder anymore and new carpet has taken the hit. My old bissel finally broke down after a decade of use and I needed a new machine that was easier to use and clean afterwards. This machine delivered. It is much lighter than my old one and it works beautifully. The tanks are so easy to remove and replace a d the extension hoses are easy to attach and use. I love how easy it is to clean the dog hair from the brush cover! I use to dread that with my old machine but the brush cover removes easily for a quick rinse and snaps back on with ease. The carpet gets really clean with the action of the spinning brushes and the little dry vacuum attachment is pure genius! In conclusion, this machine was worth every penny and I am so pleased with this purchase! Best investment this year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked so well. It was easy to use, and it gets those tough stains out almost effortlessly. The clean shot is one of my favorite tools because it really targets those tough stains. I recently got a puppy that quickly made me realize I needed a good quality carpet cleaner. The user guide is easy to read. Cleaning the machine like the user guide said is also quite easy as well. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the roller belt broke during my third use. I was really disappointed! I'm hoping that the warranty acts fast, and that this won't be a recurring problem in the future.

I have a lot of pet traffic in my home being an animal rescue and foster volunteer. In the past 10 years I have gone through 3 very expensive carpet cleaners and none of them really impressed me. When I first used pet pro I had my doubts but I have to tell you, I'm pretty impressed with how much it extracted and how easy it was to maneuver. The only problem would be that I wish it got closer to the wall to get those spaces. But all in all I will never use another cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Proheat 2x carpet cleaner works great as expected. Very easy to setup and start cleaning your carpets. I have throw rugs that were very tired looking. The Proheat brought the carpets back to life saving me some $$. The Proheat 2x worked great on the carpet in my car too. The tools are small enough to reach into the small places between the seats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well and easy to use. Good value for the price. However, there was too much soap left on the carpet even after measuring out exactly the recommended amount. Not sure if this is a soap issue or a machine issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new carpet cleaner. I cannot believe the amount of dog hair, dirt, and sand(!?!) I got out of the carpet. It looks better and smells fresher. I would definitely recommend purchasing this cleaner. I only wish I would have done it sooner. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it to help deep clean and keep my carpets clean because my dog sheds a lot. I like to water/deodorizing action. However I dont feel the suction is very strong for what I bought the product for. The hose attachment has very little suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade from my pro pet cleaner! The only con it has a small water tank but I love everything else about it!!! I always use the strongest setting to clean my floor. the self cleaning feature helps a lot and it leaves it smelling amazing. I love BISSELL products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a very old version of the same model. The updates are amazing. So easy to use. Cleans deep into the carpet. And it is really easy to clean. The older version was impossible to clean. #sweepstakes
