[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered my ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner directly from Bissell and it arrived very quickly. I am so impressed with how well it has cleaned my carpets. But I am even more pleased with how easy it is to clean the machine itself afterwards. I love that you can easily remove pieces to rinse everything and make sure you clear away any dog hairs etc. I did a bunch of research before deciding which machine to buy and I am really happy I went with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used other carpet/rug cleaners for years with varying results. But this thing leaves them all in the dust! (Pun intended) With 2 short hair dogs that leave little black and white hairs all the time, it's always difficult to get rid of them all. But the 2 scrubbing brushes and a VERY STRONG suction get down deep into the pile and pulls out dirt, grime and hairs. The extracted water is GROSS but I'm glad that stuff is out of our floor coverings. The cleaner is very easy to clean both in emptying the tank and removing the buildup under neath. Comes apart with the push of a couple buttons, rinses easily, then snaps back together. Lightweight and maneuverable. Best carpet cleaner I have ever used. Combine with PRO MAX Clean formula and your floors are nice and refreshened.

Love this carpet cleaner it works exceptionally well with pet hair. We have two 50 lb heelers that shed quite a bit. The dirt that our dogs can track in isn't a problem for this carpet cleaner, it's a lot Quieter than our old Bissile pet carpet cleaner. I love the new features like cleaning tray for the brushes and the triple head stair cleaner. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone that wants a high quality carpet cleaner, especially if you have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually just used this for the first time today. Loved it and didn't love it for a few reasons. First off. The carpet I cleaned today is one the dog lays on at night time. He's very well trained and has had no accidents in the 3 years we've had him but he's a dog so he sheds and can track in dirt. I assembled this and it was mostly easy. The directions/pics could be a little clearer. I got it together and took it to our carpet upstairs. Once done I took it back downstairs to our laundry room to clean it. I wish the directions said to leave it where you've cleaned if possible as it dripped, pretty heavily, all the way down the stairs and across the hardwood floor before I reached the laundry room. It was rather difficult to clean so would not recommend this to someone who does not have decent hand/arm strength as it is heavy to carry and to get apart to clean. It did seem to clean the carpet well but I only did the express cleaning today. I would expect the deeper cleaning may work even better. I did vacuum the carpet as instructed before using the Bissell and I was shocked at how much of my dogs black hair was still pulled up. We vacuum this carpet at least twice a week and had no idea this much hair was hidden in the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for my dog who has been urinating on the BR carpet. I have used it several times and it seems to be working well. I suggest detaching and cleaning the parts outside when done to avoid any possible spillage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed this carpet cleaner because my old one stopped working and we have a dog and 3 cats. It worked ok the first (and only) time so far that I've used it. I think I need to practice more with it though because it didn't clean as well as I'd hoped. Maybe I need to play more with the soap to water concentration (?). It also took 2 days to dry even though I didn't do many passes on the carpet. I honestly didn't think it worked as well as my old Hoover even though it cost more.

The last one cleaned well, but continuously broke off the spin shaft and at more than $45 per replacement part, I quickly became disenchanted. Four house cats, two indoor/outdoor dogs and a husband incapable of removing shoes when entering the house created the seemingly insurmountable task of keeping my rugs clean. I took a chance and.....YES!!! I'm thrilled with my Bissell cleaner and the cleaning formula. My rugs smell clean and feel clean. Stains are gone! I am pleased. Heck, I may get more cats now that I can clean and know rugs are clean. Wish the cord was a bit longer.

I have had the carpet professionally cleaned several times by different companies and was never really satisfied with the quality of the service. After only 2 treatments using my new ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner with the Professional Formula Kit, my carpet looks almost new, and for the first time, has a professionally cleaned smell.
