I purchased ProHeat 2X with some scepticism having used store rental and professional services in the past. This machine surpassed both with awesome results REALLY. Used Bissell cleaning products and removed stains from carpet and sofa, I thought would never come up; has great suction power, and a wide cleaning path. Finally, cleaning the machine was extra easy, awesome design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and owning a older model carpet cleaner from the other leading competitor which broke because it couldn't be cleaned properly I decided on this model. It is very easy and straight forward to use and simple to empty the dirty water tank and refill the cleaning solution tank. Although, on deep clean setting I do wish the tank capacity was a bit bigger as I felt I was constantly going back and forth with the containers. Even with this minor annoyance I was pleased, surprised and grossed out by how much filth this cleaner pulled out of my carpets and we have a high end vacuum to boot! After finishing my clean, I loved the little cleaner wand to get into the crevices of the machine so I could put it away and know that it won't be harbouring bacteria and dirt when in storage like my old one did. If you are looking for convenience and a machine that does a thorough job I don't think you can go wrong with buying this machine at all! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

I used it for the first time and I am very pleased with the results. It did a great job cleaning up spots and even old kitty urine stains in my carpet. It works well, and the carpets dry fairly quickly (within a few hours). However, I can't get the hose assembly to work. It does not spray out anything, even after I followed the trouble shooting directions to prime the machine (whatever that means). I may have to contact customer service (?) in order to use it on my furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean the rugs wonderfully. And cleaning the machine and parts are so easy to do compare to older Bissell machines. My last one was old. And it was time for a new one. And this new one is more compact and smaller. Fit in the closet nicely. I waited for a good price. I will be getting spare belts now just in case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got a chance to use my new Bissell. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had an older model that was 13 years old & it had the bladder system. It always did a great job but the clean up was difficult! This has a clean & dirty tank & is much easier to clean. I did find that it puts down water much faster than my old machine. So I did get the carpet a little to wet. It doesn't seem to pick up water as fast either. On my second try I didn't use as much water & I think they will dry faster. My carpet looks very clean. With two new puppies I was ready for a new machine. I used the deep clean & not express. Looking forward to express in our bedrooms.

It really cleaned the carpet. Only gone over carpet once. The water it pulled up was muddy. It removed new and old pet stains, smells and just dirty carpet. It was amazing.

I had my carpets professionally cleaned 3 months ago, and I am amazed by how dirty the water is after I clean with this machine. The hose attachment is also perfect for getting to those hard to reach areas where puppies like to go for privacy to relieve themselves! The best part about it is how soft my carpets feel after I clean them.

The machine moves easily and does a great job on the carpets.. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have some naughty cats that have had a few incidents on my carpet. I've been using a small shampooer which did ok, but had very little power. Now, I've upgraded to the Revolution Pet Pro Bissell. It's very powerful and is great at getting these stubborn stains out of my carpet. I love that I can see the difference once the stains are removed. I also tried the Deep Stain Tool attachment on a piece of furniture and it does work very well. The stain is GONE. Love this Bissell almost as much as my cats. And I really do love my cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. We wanted a smaller unit than our last one, which lasted about 10 years. We like the new one and its features, especially the self-cleaning tray. The tanks are small, however, and a thorough carpet cleaning will mean many, many trip to dump/refill as needed.
