[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cleaner. I have a very large dog that tracks dirt and mud inside my house. I retired our old cleaner because it wasn't picking up all of the stuff but since I purchase this one it does everything I needed it to do. Only regret is the dirty water tank is small but I am okay with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats and two free-roam house rabbits, plus two extra foster rabbits. I'm sure you can imagine the messes and stinks! One of my cats struggles with appropriate litter box use. Basically, this means she poops wherever she wants, and often that means my carpet. I used to pull out my Bissel Little Green every time she laid a poop on the rug, and as awesome as that product is, I really find the upright cleaner much faster and easier to use. After removing the big stuff with a paper towel, I spritz on the stain remover from this bundle, wait about five minutes, and then go over the area with this cleaner on the deep clean setting. Miraculously, the stink disappears and there is no stain, and it takes me no time at all! That's a huge bonus when the surprise poops happen during my morning routine! Another awesome use for this cleaner is the rabbits' "special area." For some reason, they feel it's extremely important to mark their territory right in front of my closet! Both have been altered and I've tried training them to leave this area alone, but there seems to be very little I can do to stop the frequent urination in front of my closet. I do a quick swipe over the area with this carpet cleaner weekly, and it is slowly but surely lifting the dark stains from their bad habit! There are definitely marks left on the carpet from their urine, but again, this is a heavily abused area of the floor and I would be amazed if anything got it all the way out. As it stands, I'm extremely impressed when I watch the base of this cleaner and can visually see the stains getting sucked out of the floor. It's so satisfying! For non-spot treatments, I deep clean the carpets and rugs in our house regularly now. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to empty the dirty water container and see all the murky, icky stains in the used water and out of my floor! Our house smells wayyyy better with all the ick removed, and I love how easy it is to fill, empty, and clean the machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with this product. I had reviewed many other similarly priced ones and this one had everything I wanted. Assembly is very easy and takes no time at all. I used it the first day I got it and it even took a spot out that even a professional company could not remove. However, the only negative comment I have is that the little cleaning tool had somehow been omitted during the packing. No big deal though. I would highly recommend this product.

With three kids and a dog I was looking to replace my old machine with something new and easier to use. This hit all my points! It's easy to use and clean. You never realize how dirty your rugs and upholstered surfaces are until you invest in a machine like this. After using this machine I am confident that my house is clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, tank size may be a bit smaller than expected and the need to add more formula and empty waste tank frequently seems to be a nuisance, but it's benefit of doing a beautiful job in cleaning carpet and it's suction allows for a much quicker drying carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my ProHeat 2 Revolution within days of order, unpacked & set-up in no time. Having used other carpet cleaners in the past including the rental types from grocery stores, I was hopeful yet wasn't going to allow myself to be too optimistic. To my surprise and delight my carpets came out about as perfect as I really hoped they would. Pet stains that the spot cleaners only muted were eliminated. Odors that seemed persistent had disappeared. I went on a binge - chairs, sofas, carpets throughout, all following the clear, simple directions on the solutions and I am totally satisfied, in fact thrilled and recommend the ProHeat as it worked flawlessly for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pet Pro Cleaner to clean after every little mess that my kitty and dog make after replacing the carpet around my house. One can train them all I want but nature happens. It does what it advertises. The attachments are useful for in spot cleaning and if you need some extra scrubbing power. Just be aware that the cleaner can be heavy (in case you have to go up and down the stairs) so use precaution when lifting it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An 8' x 10" rug needed me to refill the clean water container FIVE times using it as directed. It did an ok job of cleaning, although I had to do it twice. It's extremely bulky and hard to maneuver. If you go off the edge of the carpet water goes all over the floor and you need a towel. It does a good job of sucking the water back out of the rug. Overall it is ok but had I tried it before I purchased I would have passed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have a golden retriever puppy with giardia and other digestive issues, so it's important to keep my home as clean as possible. It's been a lifesaver, since my home is all carpet. I use it with the antibacterial formula to clean her messes. I like that it dries quickly. It also works great on food stains. My puppy toppled over an entire burrito on my floor and couch - tough bright red stains. I used the carpet cleaner and upholstery attachment and it all came out. #sweepstakes
