Doing the carpeted stairs was time consuming. Would have been nice to have a agitating mechanical brush device for the stairs instead of a hand scrubbing attachment. Eventually got the job done.

My husband used the attachment to shampoo/clean our pickup seats. They look awesome! Glad we purchased this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE your carpet cleaner. We have 2 Greyhounds and also foster Greys. Our foster Paint has a tendency to pee when he gets excited. We put together the carpet cleaner (which was extremely easy to do) and had to use it the next day. Paint had not only peed, he also pooed. With our previous carpet cleaner (Hoover), we would have to go over the poo stain many times before it was kinda clean. We were prepared to do the same thing with the Bissell and was AMAZED everything came up with the first pass!! We used the Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial cleaner and love it also! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. I was so embarrassed of my carpet after we adopted a 3 year old dog who was supposedly house trained. She was trained alright, to go on the carpet. I have another Bissell and the Pet Stain Eraser but neither was doing much to get the carpet clean. The first time I used it, it didn't get the stains completely out but it was such an improvement. Stains completely gone after second use. Also, it is so easy to clean. I don't dread the thought of using the carpet cleaner anymore.

It is amazing and even picked up all the cat hair that my pet vacuum was not able to as I have a berber tight woven carpet. Dried quickly and left the carpet soft. It is easy-to-use and not hard to push forward or pull back. I have arthritis in my back and arms and didn't have to worry about pain afterwards. I give it a definite thumbs up I had other carpet cleaners which didn't even compare. Its positively worth every penny.

I have 3 puppies and it cleaned up their messes incredibly easily... machine is so easy to use and does a fantastic job!!!

I was cleaning my office carpet and my 20 year carpet cleaner was actually leaving more streaks than it was cleaning. It was time for a new cleaner. The ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro cleaner did a great job of not only cleaning the streaks but also cleaning the rest of the carpet much better than I expected. The cream colored carpet is cream again instead of dirty gray. It was easy to fill and empty, easy to push back and forth and the Cleanshot PreTreat really helped with one or two really dirty spots. The rotating brushes really work well in lifting up hair and dirt. The suction picks it up and the drying time is only a couple of hours. I am very impressed.

This is the first upright machine I own with the accessories, the upholstery cleaning attachments make for a complete home cleaning. I only wished I took before and after pics to show you guys.

I was just looking for after photos, but I didn't taker any; I must have been in shock with how well this thing cleaned the seats. It went from filthy (see photos) to new (currently covered with a blanket and a sleeping child).
