I was cleaning my office carpet and my 20 year carpet cleaner was actually leaving more streaks than it was cleaning. It was time for a new cleaner. The ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro cleaner did a great job of not only cleaning the streaks but also cleaning the rest of the carpet much better than I expected. The cream colored carpet is cream again instead of dirty gray. It was easy to fill and empty, easy to push back and forth and the Cleanshot PreTreat really helped with one or two really dirty spots. The rotating brushes really work well in lifting up hair and dirt. The suction picks it up and the drying time is only a couple of hours. I am very impressed.

And I love how I'm able to keep my vacuum roller clean. That way I know each clean is just as sanitary and the last.

Love this carpet cleaner it works exceptionally well with pet hair. We have two 50 lb heelers that shed quite a bit. The dirt that our dogs can track in isn't a problem for this carpet cleaner, it's a lot Quieter than our old Bissile pet carpet cleaner. I love the new features like cleaning tray for the brushes and the triple head stair cleaner. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone that wants a high quality carpet cleaner, especially if you have pets.

The unit is heavy (which is understandable when full of water) and is surprisingly noisy when in use, but the results are incredible. The amount of dirt that came out of my carpet was a little shocking but my carpets are like new now.

I love my new Bissell carpet cleaner. I already cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out beautifully. I brought it over to my son's home and left it there. He has a labradoodle and she occasionally has accidents. My husband was watching the dog and sure enough the dog had an accident. He said that the carpet cleaner was excellent in cleaning the mess. So, for my husband to say that - this product is great. I also love the easy way to clean the brushes with the snap off top. I would highly recommend this product.

She does excellent on 1 thing and choose her way on the other. I still love her more and more each day. So I needed something that could handle the load and this is it. The cleaning and suction of the machine is awesome. I am very satisfied with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Bissell had seen better days. It was time for a new model. Have shampooed several of our "not so new carpets" since the product arrived. This new machine does a great job of cleaning and extracting the water from the carpets. Glad I bought a new model. My carpets are so much cleaner.

The product works great. Cleans well and is easy to use. The only thing I would suggest is don't promise customers that you will receive in 3 to 5 days. It was 2 weeks before I got it. I understand their is a delay in parcel shipments due to Christmas and covid so perhaps you could change it in your website

The Crosswave is great for weekly maintenance of rugs and floors throughout the house. The SpoBot is a must have if you have pets, especially as they get older. I went thru two SpotBots over the years. I gave my ProHeat 2x Revolution to my son because he had a heavy beast of a carpet cleaner that didn't work near as well as the ProHeat 2x Revolution. He loves it. Now he can do stairs and upholstery. I immediately bought another Proheat 2x Revolution. I am a retired Mechanical Designer. I know quality when I use. You can't go wrong with any Bissell product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit to replace an old Hoover Unit. The Bissell is well made with sturdy parts that fit well together. The unit is easy to manipulate and the dual brush roll protrudes nicely to allow you to reach under couches and furniture a good 6 inches. The cleaning is amazing and the cord management on the back of the unit is a nice touch. I am very pleased with the purchase and the function of the machine. Disassembles easily for cleaning and pieces are well fitted to reassemble. Purchased the three-in-one stair attachment and was amazed with how much dirt and water was suctioned back up. Nice attachment that allows for straight edge, crevice and round edge of carpeted stairs all in one - great design!!!! Of note: You will have to refill and empty the reservoir frequently but not a big issue. Noted that because the return reservoir leans with the angle of the handle you may reach the fill limit sooner if you are extending the unit further beyond a mild upright position. Not a big deal either - cleans the carpet really well and is easy to clean the machine as well. Great job Bissell.
