[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had dog stains that we'd tried to get out once by hand. I took this carpet cleaner to those spots & now they are gone. I'm pleased with its ease of use. I can't wait to see how the hand held cleaning accessories do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our master bedroom carpet has suffered multiple cat hairballs and general throw ups over the past two years from two very elderly felines. We have tried multiple spot removers which have helped but generally still left behind stained areas. I had high hopes when we received the Bissel ProHeat 2x Revolution Carpet Cleaner and I have to say that we were totally pleased with the results. It was amazing how much dirt the carpet cleaner extracted from the carpet, and every single stain has disappeared, leaving the carpet like new! The fresh clean smell is very much appreciated! Now, onto our other carpets.

It took me a bit to get the hang of inserting and removing the tanks. I guess I was thinking it had to be more complicated than it was. The cleaner works great! The amount of dirt and yuck that it pulls out of the carpet is hideous! I can't believe that my carpets aren't charcoal colored!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 4 dogs and 3 cats, so this is a must have. I wanted a high quality carpet cleaner that was affordable and wouldnt break easily. Glad I went with this product. Even using straight water on high traffic areas gets so much dirt out of the carpet. I had some old stains it did a good job on though they didn't completely disappear. I am confident that it would get fresh stains out 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this hoping it would be better than our old spot shampooer for dog urine on a rug. It definitely puts out a ton of water and pulls up more water than our last shampooer. Unfortunately, the rug still smells like urine. I tried several different formulas in the tank but nothing helped. I'll have to power wash it I think. Might be a good vacuum for other messes but didn't get the smell out for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family owned a carpet cleaning business for years and when they sold it, we had to figure out a way to clean them. With all of the great reviews we decided to try this machine and it doesn't disappoint! I love that you can select different cleaning levels. Use their chemicals are you'll have fresh and clean carpets! Definitely a great value!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Bissell Pet Pro. It's heavy duty enough for a serious cleaner yet easy to handle. It does an excellent job cleaning our tough puppy stains and walking traffic stains. It lifted our carpet nap right up! By the way, our 1st Bissell Pet Pro lasted 15 years and we never had a complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have carpet throughout my house and six dogs. There are lots of accidents and incidents where I need a good clean-up machine. This carpet cleaner was light, and easy to use and clean. The upholstery attachment has strong suction and gets the "mistakes" out of the carpet, nicely. It is obvious that the Bissel team has been paying attention to customer complaints and has designed this unit to remedy some of the problems of the former models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome!! Lightweight, easy to use. Use mostly for pet urine. So easy my 16 yo son is the primary user! He also assembled it in just a couple minutes. He gives it 5 stars over our bulky professional grade carpet cleaner.

We have 3 large dogs and they bring a lot of dirt in from the back yard. We have a light beige rug in our living area and over time and Alabama red clay we did not really think it was worth cleaning. We had purchased two spot cleaners from Bissell in the past for small cleaning and they both worked well for a while, but they were very difficult to clean out and they started to smell after about a years worth of cleaning urine & throw up. Plus they were very hard on the back & knees. Thought we would try the ProHeat 2x to help our backs. I should have taken a before and after of the job it did on this carpet...AMAZING. And cleaning the parts out after was really a plus. Suction of the dirty water & pet hair was excellent. This is a great purchase & I am very pleased with its performance.
