I am a previous Bissell floor cleaner owner. I am thrilled with the new changes made for the convenience of cleaning the machine. The lift Off covers with no screws, just buttons, makes clean up a breeze. There are so many wonderful changes. I love love, love my new Bissell shampooer.

The ProHeat Revolution performs as well in cleaning the carpet and has incorporated improved functionality in cleaning the various containers and suction parts of the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cleaner in homes to make the urine smell dissipate from our basement. After the first round there was a huge difference! It smelt better and even the carpet felt better between your toes. I've also had a chance to use the 2/1 carpet attachment. The vacuum feature is pretty good. I dont know that I'd use it instead of my actual vacuum however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Worked on very old urine stains on 2 rugs with stain and smell. Highly recommend. Also, I have a huge rope type rug that had huge wrinkles from being stretched from washing outside. The heat of the steamer brought it back to size. Its like new and no more kids tripping over the wrinkles. What a fun suprise. My 3rd fancy rug had a rubber backing and it got the stain up but not the smell I blame the rug and I'm going to try some of Bissells other solutions. Also, now I need to buy a better vacuum bc the steamer pulls up the pet hair that my vacuum left that was deep down and lthe steamer eaves drops it in wet lumps which is fine bc you just pick it up or vacuum. I will definitely be buying a Bissell pet vacuum. So excited for a deep clean house with pets, and kids.

My backyard is covered in red clay mud. This takes up all pet stains and mud. It has saved me from continuously hiring a carpet cleaner. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a miracle. My dogs tore up a bottle of olive oil on our rug and no amount of scrubbing made any difference on the resulting stain. In half an hour the carpet looked brand new. It also did an amazing job on a 3 year old water stain, muddy basement carpet, and old stains from spills. The only limitation I've bumped into is stairs; the stair tool is great in terms of functionality but if you're dealing with serious stains I found pretreatment and a separate scrub brush were essential.

It's easy to use and when you only use the bissell products odors and stains come clean and fast. I highly recommend to pet owners!! The attachment for cleaning small areas or furniture is such a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing! It turned a 15 year old carpet with stains and soiled areas into a brand new carpet! The room is even brighter from the additional light reflection that the cream colored carpet is now giving. Certain areas needed several passes to get it to look like new, but that's a reflection on just how much cleaning this carpet needed. The ProHeat 2X took out stains that we thought would never come out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. You can feel the power as you turn it on and the machine sort of pulls forward. I think I prefer the antibacterial cleaner solution that was given with the machine. The machine cleans deep on all settings, but you can tell a difference when switching from Deep to Max (more water is used, and much more water is sucked up). I LOVE the cleaning tray, it's amazing. It's so nice to be able to clean the machine after it's been in use, because then you don't get that old shampooer smell and the gunk doesn't sit on there to ferment and turn the machine gross. My only issue is that it seems like it sprays down a LOT of water on the Deep clean but doesn't suck nearly as much up. I can use 2 full tanks, but barely get a full tank of dirty back. Other than that, I'm really enjoying it. #sweepstakes
