Placing the order, as well as shipping, was quick and easy. The performance of the machine was beyond our expectations almost making me think it came pre-loaded with dirt since it go so much out from a carper we had no idea was so dirty. Even the fur it removed was amazing, we couldn't see any in the carper, nor could our cleaner pick up any but this cleaner brought up gobs of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. Really gets the carpet clean. The only downside is the dirty water tank. It doesn't fill all the way up. So you have to empty it frequently. Like every 5 minutes frequently. My Hoover that broke on me held more dirty water than this. This machine replaced my Hoover. If wasn't for the small dirty water tank then my rating would have been a 5 stars.

Bought a new and improved Heat Pro 2x Revolution Pet Pro and love the ease of use too continuously keep our home spotless. Have tryed others but no comparison. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well after a hick-up with my order I got my machine just a little later than expected. I've had a previous Bissel machine that worked great for years but recently died so I decided on this unit. My first impression of the unit as I assembled it was that it is built well. I like the improvement over the old bladder system my old machine had. A clean water and dirty reservoir are much easier to manage and clean. They are easy to remove and replace. As well as just pouring the formula directly into the water reservoir instead of the separate container is super easy. The machine is lighter than the old one so is easier to maneuver and carry to put away. Performance wise, I think it may out perform my old machine slightly, as it was a good machine as well. I have yet to use the hand tools so unfortunately I can't speak to that but noticed they're very similar to the old ones. So I would expect similar performance which was good. So, I only gave this machine 4 stars because I found that it would leak / drip water when turned off. The first couple times removing the dirty tank it was my fault as you need to get used to the speed and angle you should use when removing it so it doesn't spill. I was getting it down by my 3rd try. However, even when not removing it I found a small amount of water where the machine was sitting. Not sure what's going on there, could be operator error ;) The cleaning of my carpets turned out great. I really like the 3 cleaning options as the express clean was a great option for those lighter traffic areas and or quick cleans when you want the carpet or rug to dry quickly. I hope this unit lasts as long as my old machine!

I use the recommended Bissell cleaning solution and it leaves my rooms smelling fresh. It does a great job of cleaning the carpets. It removes urine stains from pets very well. My friends and family regularly borrow it.

Loved all the extra attachments, especially the crevice tool when cleaning the car. between the seats. Loved the cleaning\storage tray, now I don't have to worry about it being wet where I store it.

I think that it's ease of use will make it more likely to be used on a regular basis. We got a dog recently & will need to clean carpets more often. I thought this machine was worth the extra we paid for it.

I have owned a Bissell carpet cleaner for 26 years. Through they years, they have changed from big, heavy items that looked like a wet/vac that you had to hook to the sink to the new lightweight, easily portable ProHeat. I love this item and I especially appreciate the separate clean and dirty water tanks. The size is perfect to move and use. I also like the streamlined front which makes going under furniture easy. I've used it twice with great results. With multiple dogs and cats in my home, this is a necessity and I am very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it for normal carpet cleaning with fantastic results, although the carpet took longer to dry than I'd wished. After that, my dog had explosive diarrhea on our white carpet and this cleaned it up almost entirely. To say I am impressed in an understatement. This machine has earned every single penny spent on it after that. The machine is not too heavy (compared to commercial cleaners) and is easy to use and clean. The only thing I would advise, is that it might be difficult to use on a large house with a lot of carpet. I refilled the tank 3-4 times on just our bedroom (about 50-60 sq. feet). Do not let the dirty tank get too full or else it *will* spill all over the place.
