[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is one of the nest that i have ever used. It is easy to use and does a great job. I would strongly recommend this carpet cleaner to all my friends. If you have a dog it is great to pull out and do a fast cleaning if you like and I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small pups and two crazy cats . My carpets were a mess, but not anymore! Great machine. Well thought out design with detail towards cleaning corners and other hard to reach places. I truly love that hot/warm water can be used in this shampooer. The Extraction (suction) of solution could be improved upon a bit more but overall I'm happy with Bissel. Time to toss the Hoover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans better than hiring a professional or renting an industrial cleaner! I have put this machine to the test. In my own home, I have 2 dogs... one that has been sick for the last year, so we have had a few messy situations. It is a super easy machine to operate, making it a breeze to maintain clean carpets. It has 2 cleaning cycles: Express & Deep Clean. This allows for an easy spot clean and it dries quickly. I use the same machine to clean Rental Property carpets... VERY DIRTY! I can't say enough about how GREAT this machine is! It does the job better than any time I hired a professional, or when I rented an industrial carpet cleaner. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It PAYS FOR ITSELF!!!! An affordable WINNER that does exactly as advertised ... except perhaps BETTER! My SEAL OF APPROVAL, and that's tough! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a great job cleaning carpets! I only wish the clean water container and dirty water container were bigger so I didn't need to fill and empty so often when doing a large area. The cleaning solutions add a nice fresh smell along with getter the getting the carpet clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how clean my carpet got. It was almost like new. It is heavy and tricky to get all the parts snapped back together after cleaning it out( after use ). But totally worth the money. Cleans 90% better than my Kirby shampooer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is WOW! This carpet cleaner is Amazing! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! The water tank is huge and can last through the entire carpet cleaning ! But the best part by far is that the whole thing snaps apart so you can clean it after, and whoever came up with the idea for the little cleaning tool is a genius! I have two cats and have shedding hair on my carpet that would clog my other carpet cleaner, and to clean it you needed a screwdriver and to unscrew the parts very time consuming and still there was debrie I couldn't reach. But this one is so easy to clean 15 minutes and it looks just like brand new! Now instead of dredding cleaning my carpets I enjoy it ! Thank you so much for a wonderful product !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Left the rug beautifully cleaned. I started moving it too slowly and ended up with too much water in the rug. I did more passes to suck up the water. Then got the hang of it. I'm going to enjoy the spot remover capability but haven't used it yet. I had a Hoover rug cleaner but the brush motor rusted and could not be replaced. This machine is better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is only for deep cleaning carpets. You must vacuum first otherwise it will clump the dirt together and shoot it all over your wet carpet. This product does get carpets clean and removes stains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best carpet cleaner from Bissell I have ever owned. Easy concise instructions and usage. It has a very long cord which is great and the deep clean option really does what it says. I love all the Bissell cleaning products they leave the home smelling clean and fresh. My unit did not come with a usage booklet however it was easy to go online and print one off. The best part is clean up time everything comes apart and snaps back together. We do not have any pets however we have high traffic areas and one day may have a pet so we will be prepared. I use the hand tool on Upholstery and it worked very well.
