Cleaned up an ivory rug to it's former levels of brightness and removed the odour of a pet mishap with a couple of passes. Well worth the price and carrying It's weight where it's needed to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats and two free-roam house rabbits, plus two extra foster rabbits. I'm sure you can imagine the messes and stinks! One of my cats struggles with appropriate litter box use. Basically, this means she poops wherever she wants, and often that means my carpet. I used to pull out my Bissel Little Green every time she laid a poop on the rug, and as awesome as that product is, I really find the upright cleaner much faster and easier to use. After removing the big stuff with a paper towel, I spritz on the stain remover from this bundle, wait about five minutes, and then go over the area with this cleaner on the deep clean setting. Miraculously, the stink disappears and there is no stain, and it takes me no time at all! That's a huge bonus when the surprise poops happen during my morning routine! Another awesome use for this cleaner is the rabbits' "special area." For some reason, they feel it's extremely important to mark their territory right in front of my closet! Both have been altered and I've tried training them to leave this area alone, but there seems to be very little I can do to stop the frequent urination in front of my closet. I do a quick swipe over the area with this carpet cleaner weekly, and it is slowly but surely lifting the dark stains from their bad habit! There are definitely marks left on the carpet from their urine, but again, this is a heavily abused area of the floor and I would be amazed if anything got it all the way out. As it stands, I'm extremely impressed when I watch the base of this cleaner and can visually see the stains getting sucked out of the floor. It's so satisfying! For non-spot treatments, I deep clean the carpets and rugs in our house regularly now. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to empty the dirty water container and see all the murky, icky stains in the used water and out of my floor! Our house smells wayyyy better with all the ick removed, and I love how easy it is to fill, empty, and clean the machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell 2x revolution has great power and cleaned as it advertised. The express mode doesn't seem to put out enough water to really clean the carpet or rug. The only other negative I can say is how loud it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing carpet cleaner. I was amazed by how easy it is to use, and how well it worked on the carpets! I recently bought a puppy, which quickly made me realize that I needed a good quality carpet cleaner. Even with all the researching I did to get the urine stains out of the carpet, scrubbing by hand, there were still stains left on the carpet. There were spots on the carpet that I couldn't get off for 2 weeks. This Bissell erased all of the stains in the one use. I was so happy with my purchase! The reason I'm giving a 3 star review is because the roller belt broke during its 3rd use. I was incredibly disappointed. This was a large purchase for me, and now I'm having to use the warranty after owning it for only a few weeks. I hope the warrant works fast, and that this isn't a recurring problem in the future. #sweepstakes

I loved them, so I thought the upright version would do a better job, I Just set it up and while the vacuum motor works it would not spray the solution. I followed all instructions, and I cannot even access the line from the trigger to the spray nozzle. I'd return it, but I discarded the box and packing paraphernalia. Don't bother purchasing this product wait until they figure out the kinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986 is fantastic! Very easy and even fun to use. And so gratifying to see all the dirt and dog hair (Golden Retriever!) that is pulled out. I do think the rug (antique oriental) looks brighter and cleaner and actually feels softer and nicer under foot!!

Well set up. Particularly like the cord holder. Machine clean up is a lot easier than the one we had for 25-30 years (Bissell). One thing it seems to lack the vacuuming power of the other machine. With the other machine 5-6 passes would almost dry the carpet. With this one 5-6 passes just sucks up a lot of water but doesn't come close to what the other would do.

After 4 months of puppy "activity", and despite cleaning up after every incident, my carpets were in a horrible state. This machine removed all the staining; also, my friends remarked how fresh my house smelt afterwards.
