Our carpets look wonderful and look like new again! It cleans just as well as the commercial cleaner I rented in the past. I love that you can take apart the front with the brushes to clean everything out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the Little Green Pet Pro. I needed an upright cleaner. I'm no Spring chicken so an upright is the way to go for me. Unfortunately it was too big so I sent it back for a different upright machine from Bissell. I'm sure that one, which has almost a five star rating will be the winner!!! They are all winners, really, it just depends on your needs and physical capability.

We have a dog who has anxiety whenever we tend to leave her at home for any amount of time, and she has accidents on our carpet, the stains are so hard to get out so I gave in and bought this shampooer, BEST DECISION I have made yet! I used this once and the stains were gone! The brissels really work into the carpet and help lift those stubborn, hard to get rid of stains! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

This carpet cleaner is excellent! While the clean water container is only 1 gallon, the machine is light and easy to operate. Small spills, pet accidents, and rug cleaning is easy and the cleaning of the tanks is very easily accomplished! Very, very pleased with my purchase and the company that makes the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine seems to work well, the tanks are very small and need to be emptied around 4 times as often as my old hoover spin vac, the dirty water tank signals that it is full and stops suction at about 1/4 full on top of being half the size of the old unit. But works good and easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Bissell folks, Extremely pleased with the first use results for the ProHeat 2X! With some initial vacuuming and pre-treatment I was able to clean the main and upper floor carpets with ease and was very impressed with the results. I knew the berber carpet downstairs would be a bigger challenge (hmmm...teenage birthday parties....) and again I was suitably impressed with the way the ProHeat 2X managed even the worst of these old stains!

i have had this shampoo cleaner for awhile so i do not have the box for it any more. it does not work like it said it is supposed to the handel falls off of it when i try to use it and i cannot get the solution does not go onto the carpet and so nothing goes in the dirty intake container. i have other bissell machines before but this one i do not like. so since its been awhile i know i cant get my money back i would like another machine this one had good reviews and i have 4 small dogs and i live in apartment building and my landlord comes in pretty regular and she will throw me out if i can not get the machine to work

I am a previous Bissell floor cleaner owner. I am thrilled with the new changes made for the convenience of cleaning the machine. The lift Off covers with no screws, just buttons, makes clean up a breeze. There are so many wonderful changes. I love love, love my new Bissell shampooer.
