[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product very easy to use. It does leave your carpet pretty wet. Just have to go over it a little more than usual. But other than that it's a good product. It cleaned my carpet way better than the other carpet cleaners I've tried in the past.

The upholstery brush works great also. I would recommend this to everyone. So easy to use . I like how you can take it apart to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceeded our expectations! We have a golden retriever that doesn't remember to clean his paws and our carpets needed serious attention. Normally, we have hired in a commercial carpet cleaner to do the job but we decided DIY was a better route as we could clean more often (and cheaper). The results from our ProHeat 2X were excellent and we were very pleased with the results. Easy to use and portable. The design works.

I just wish it was a little cheaper or came with some of the "free" items I saw in an ad AFTER I bought and ordered this steam cleaner. Would've been nice to have a tray to sit it on. Besides that it has a powerful suction, easy to maneuver, easy to take a part and clean. Overall a great product!

I'ts very easy to use and I can't believe all the dirt it pulled out of the carpet. It has a long hose for the steps and furniture and several great accesory tools to help clean. Cleanup is easy as well and only takes 5-10 minutes to have the machine cleaned up and ready to store until the next time. It would pay for itself after 2 uses. Well worth the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Just got it about 2 weeks ago. Gave it a try on the family room carpet...a light colored carpet with heavy traffic and use. The ProHeat 2X did a brilliant job bringing the carpet back to a near-new appearance. Great in stains and spots. A tank full of nasty, black water at the end said it all.

I thought my past carpet cleaner did a good job, hardly after using my new carpet cleaner. It was like night and day!!! My carpet looks brand new! I highly recommend the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. A little heavier than my last cleaner but very easy to set up and use.
