[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I really like this product. Have used it once on heavy traffic areas and a large pet urine area. I have too much carpeting for it to be a substitute for a commercial cleaning but I can see myself cutting back on commercial cleanings but going over the high traffic areas more frequently. It's easy to use and easy to clean up after usage. Couldn't ask for more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only used it twice to clean two 8x10 rugs. the 1st time I used it stopped sucking up the water - I called customer service and they helped me figure out that the problem was not cleaning the suction head. I went on line and looked at all the viedows about cleaning the machine and cleaning the 2nd rug went great. When cleaning a rug for the 1st time one has to clean the suction head often to have good suction. So far i think the machine is great and would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner | 1986 to clean 2 bedrooms and 1.5 sets of stairs. I think it works great for the most part, is a good product with a powerful motor, has a "good quality" look. Is somewhat tedious having to fill up the tank so frequently and if you have a really dirty carpet it might take you a few times to get your carpet actually clean again. The price in my opinion is too high. One of the things I particularly didn't like about my product is the fact that the machine had a few water droplets in the bottom parts which made me doubt whether I was getting a new or an used product!? I also think they should improve their parts for better cleaning stairs, the current part is too simple. Bottom line is I would recommend this product, it did an okay job for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 2007c carpet cleaner. I just finished 2 days cleaning all my carpeting in my condo and I found the unit really light to handle and really easy to use. It appears to clean very well. I like that all the pieces come apart that enables cleaning of the cleaner.

This is a really effective, easily operated carpet cleaner. It is extremely well designed to be user-friendly, carpet friendly, as well as doing an excellent job of refreshing carpets to near-new appearance. Drying time is quite acceptable. The array of attachments is adequate for most needs. My Bissell turbo brush completes the set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is phenomenal. It has surpassed my expectations and I started with really high expectations. It is easy to operate and does all the hard work for you. Stains are removed and the carpet is left clean and slightly damp as the extractor removes a great deal of the water sprayed down. Whether you are cleaning carpets, area rugs, upholstery, stairs or car seats, this tool will do it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. I had a Rug Doctor that was clunky and hard to use. This machine is a breeze and the carpets look better than they did with my Rug Doctor. Super easy to use and maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a apt and this product was perfect!! It did everything as advertised, easy to use, easy to refill tanks and continue the task, its light and easy to move! Just a "GREAT PRODUCT," to have on hand for quick cleaning!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally used it on 01/18/2020, and WOW it worked really well. During the winter, my two mini-doxies are often loathe to go outside to pee in the rain and cold. Therefore, my family room carpeting needs more than the annual professional cleaning. I bought the Revolution as a Christmas present for myself, and I'm so glad I did. Had to get over my Holiday Hangover first, and also made sure to read all the instructions carefully before the initial try-out. After I got it everything together and cleaned the carpet Saturday night, I was astounded at the outcome. Stains and odor were gone, and the carpet looked great. It dried overnight with the help of fans and a space heater, and it looked even better in the morning. I'm convinced that this is the best buy I've ever made in my housekeeping campaign. Thank you for making this wonderful machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't generally write rave reviews about floor cleaners, but this is an exception. Recently, I purchased my third rug cleaner, my second Bissell: the ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. For the past thirty-five years, my carpets have been under the paws of 4 Labrador retrievers, 2 Corgis, a pug, and a French bulldog as well as 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. This floor cleaner has been the best, by far, of the three cleaners. Even in areas that the dogs don't frequent, this Bissell model picked up hair that I had no idea was even there. However, the most spectacular cleaning job was on my area rugs at the front door and those in the kitchen. After muddy shoes and paws all spring, these rugs look like new again even though they're at least 20 years old. Wait, wait, here's the big "surprise!" When finished cleaning the rugs, there is a plastic base on which to put the Bissell ProHeat 2X. Add water to the base and turn on the power for 6-8 seconds. Almost all the dog hair comes off the cleaning roller and into the plastic base. Dump out the water and you're finished. What could be easier? I am recommending this Bissell cleaner wholeheartedly. I know you won't be disappointed.
