We are waiting for our courier information as we have to return it. It leaked terribly, all over the carpet and floor, and made more stains on the carpet which we aren't having any luck removing. Even the clean water tank leaked. It was very disappointing. The plastic appears to be of poor quality too.

We were amazed at the amount of dirty water we removed. The rug looks so much better now. We have two cats, so we'll be doing some spot cleaning as well!

I love my new Bissell carpet cleaner. I already cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out beautifully. I brought it over to my son's home and left it there. He has a labradoodle and she occasionally has accidents. My husband was watching the dog and sure enough the dog had an accident. He said that the carpet cleaner was excellent in cleaning the mess. So, for my husband to say that - this product is great. I also love the easy way to clean the brushes with the snap off top. I would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my carpet cleaner at home. I absolutely love it! It really cleans well and it's lighter than the old Bissell I use to have. I bought my first Bissell 5 or 6 years ago, and that's why I bought a Bissell again. One of the features that are GREAT is how easy it is to clean. A pull here and push the buttons there and you have access to the brushes etc. It took me maybe 20 minutes to clean. My old Bissell I had to take apart with a screw driver and took about 45 min to clean and put back together. I would highly recommend the PorHeat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner.

I took my cleaner to my Masonic Lodge and cleaned all the carpet there as well. You could definitely see a difference in the carpet at my lodge after it was cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Myself and my wife love this carpet cleaner. Since purchasing we have systematically went through every room in the house and cleaned the carpets. Things to like about this machine: It handles like a upright vacuum cleaner and has low profile head for reaching under furniture. The dual brush rollers has to be the best design out there for cleaning and raising the nap. The water extraction vacuum is very strong it seems to be really close between clean water used and dirty water removed from carpet. The easily removable brush head components make for easy cleaning. The single frustration with this unit and I would say is similar to many units with this design: The water tank sizes- both the clean and dirty tanks it will require many trips to dump amd refill. I would say if you were doing a 12' room you would be doing possibly 2 passes before needing to fill/dump. This will account for half your time needed to clean a room. Now that we have achieved the deep clean of each room we will be using the express clean mode. The express mode is a lighter cleaning setting which uses less water and states it will have approximately 1/2 hr dry times. This should make for a much faster process.

I live in an somewhat large apartment in a big city, and the need to clean the bedroom carpets and household rugs is a must. This BISSELL carpet cleaner is a must have for any height traffic household. It really worked fantastically in cleaning our carpeted bedrooms, and living room rugs. It's is far better than the rental rug cleaners, and it's lightweight enough so you can use it fast when the situation calls for it and put it away. It's parts easily disassemble for cleaning in case you need to. The water heating feature is great and the 1 gallery water tank is large enough for a household use.

I only had one complaint but there was no manual in the box and haven't used the attachments because I'm not sure how at this time. I recommend this machine to anyone who enjoys having cleaner carpet in your home. You won't be disappointed.

The one drawback that I found was how quickly it uses the water reservoir when is deep clean mode. The dirty water tank also fills up quickly. Other than that I am glad that I bought it. Hopefully it will continue to impress.
