First, my order arrived faster than expected. After few hesitations regarding the assembly by a novice, it became quite clear how to prepare the the Cleaner for activity. At the time of the writing it works fine , although I need to get used to all its features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a new rescue puppy who is just learning to go outside, but isn't always successful. This carpet cleaner is better than professional cleaners I have hired in the past The suction is great. The cleaning solutions are wonderful, especially with fresh accidents. This is a well designed machine. Easy to use and clean. Of course I'd love to have it hold more detergent, but then the machine would have to weigh a ton.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE my ProHeat 2X!!! Who ever designed this cleaner must have had pet owners in mind. It is not only easy to use but easy to empty the tanks and clean. I would highly recommend this product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro is is cleans the carpets. Compared to my previous carpet cleaner, the Revolution does a better job, in part this is due to the effective design of the brush rolls. What I don't care for is the rinsing, having to refill the tank with clean water and go back over what I just shampooed. My previous unit utilized the clean water to rinse while shampooing without a second step. Also the tools are useful and make sense, but I miss not having an active/rotating brush for the stairs and furniture. Overall I like it, does a great job of cleaning and easy to use. I noticed the shampoo provided in the box removed urine odor in a large area rug. Now that impressed me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this machine a couple of times so far and am satisfied with the performance. Many pieces are plastic so be careful in handling. Not to force anything into place. If you are putting it together correctly it should click into place quite easily. Works as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned all my bedrooms (wall to wall carpet with med-low pile), a large entry mat and an area rug. I found it easy to change the settings on the machine to handle different situations and it was easy to empty, refill and clean the machine at the end. When cleaning there was a lot of carpet fibres that the machine seems to have pulled from my carpets which was a bit alarming but also shows how powerful the brushes are. The cleaning solutions are a bit pricey but overall I am happy with the value, convenience and performance over a rental machine.

I have cats and dogs. This cleaner replaced my old Bissell floor cleaner (10 yrs old) and this one got out stains the other one couldn't. It's much easier to use. It is also easier to clean the machine afterwards. I love the separate water tanks. Would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my carpet cleaner I question why I didn't buy one sooner. My 16+ yr old dog forgets to alert us when he needs to go out. My carpets were gross, they looked horrible. I am thrilled to report they look GREAT now and I don't feel gross walking on them thanks to my ProHeat 2X Revolution PetPro Carpet Cleaner!! It's easy to use and clean up & put away, is also easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh how I love this cleaner. I have LOTS of pets, including 24 birds, 3 chinchillas, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 dogs, as well as, 5 grandchildren. I had not cleaned my carpets for almost 3 years....YUCK! This made my carpets clean, smelled fresh, and looked almost new. It even removed some stains that I had hand scrubbed but still had been there for years. I was shocked! Now I can clean monthly and they are always gonna look great. I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and works exactly as Bissell said it would. I have two English Labs - so any pet owner knows the rest of that story. My bedroom carpet was in dire need mainly because of my black and somewhat oily lab. I followed instructions carefully and was amazed at how well the builder grade carpeting looked - and it was dry in no time. Worked beautifully on my living room area rug as well which is light gray. I cannot be more pleased
