[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product very easy to use. It does leave your carpet pretty wet. Just have to go over it a little more than usual. But other than that it's a good product. It cleaned my carpet way better than the other carpet cleaners I've tried in the past.

I've cleaned two rooms with this and the carpet smells and looks refreshed. The self clean function is essential with the hair accumulation and long term cleanliness. I was astonished how much hair the machine collected even after double vacuuming with a pet vacuum before hand and the clean honestly feels/smells better than that of the rental shampooers.

The attachment allow me to clean any and everything with ease and the self cleaning docking station just put the icing on the cake!! No complaints over here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit to replace an old Hoover Unit. The Bissell is well made with sturdy parts that fit well together. The unit is easy to manipulate and the dual brush roll protrudes nicely to allow you to reach under couches and furniture a good 6 inches. The cleaning is amazing and the cord management on the back of the unit is a nice touch. I am very pleased with the purchase and the function of the machine. Disassembles easily for cleaning and pieces are well fitted to reassemble. Purchased the three-in-one stair attachment and was amazed with how much dirt and water was suctioned back up. Nice attachment that allows for straight edge, crevice and round edge of carpeted stairs all in one - great design!!!! Of note: You will have to refill and empty the reservoir frequently but not a big issue. Noted that because the return reservoir leans with the angle of the handle you may reach the fill limit sooner if you are extending the unit further beyond a mild upright position. Not a big deal either - cleans the carpet really well and is easy to clean the machine as well. Great job Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine. It is alittle heavy but it is fabulous. I have steamed cleaned all my rugs and 8 dining room chairs. I do not like the hand held upoulstory cleaner at all to much water. I used the wall hand held brush instead and it works really well, I even cleaned my 2 reclining chairs. Wow great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was going to purchase the big green, but purchased this for the smaller footprint and included accessories. Either our puppy has unusual urine, or this machine doesn't work well for pet odor. Several passes with the OXY urine formula, the antibacterial formula, and the 3x formula and the smell remains. I ended up dosing the area in vinegar. I'm thinking maybe the Bissell formula just isn't any good? I haven't tried a different brand in this machine yet. The machine also doesn't seem to have strong suction as the floor remains humid for a long time afterwards. I do several slow passes of pure suction and it still takes a very long time to dry. Using the recommended formula cap lines results in a somewhat sticky feeling carpet. I usually do a final pass of just water. The other thing I don't like is that the clean water tank holds a gallon of water, yet the pick up tank only holds 1.2L. I know it holds this exact amount because the cleaning tray uses a measurement of 600ml and two cleanings results in a full dirty water tank. This means you will need to empty the dirty water at least 3 times because 1 gallon = 3.785L. I definitely wouldn't recommend this machine for anyone looking to use it for pet urine.

We confined our puppy to the family room, but of course didnt prevent all accidents. Cleaning up with the machine using the pet sanitizer was amazing. Puppy can no longer smell his accident spots, and he's doing well getting outside. It has helped potty training immensely because his scent is now outside where it belongs. It has made all of us so much happier.

With three kids and a dog I was looking to replace my old machine with something new and easier to use. This hit all my points! It's easy to use and clean. You never realize how dirty your rugs and upholstered surfaces are until you invest in a machine like this. After using this machine I am confident that my house is clean.

We had an older model of a BISSELL steam cleaner that we had for 10 years and it finally broke. When it came time to purchase a new one we knew we had to get another bissell and it did not disappoint! As a family who has always had dogs, this steam cleaner is top tier. The suction power to the disbursement of the solution is amazing. I know I can rely on it, when my kids spill something or the dogs make a mess, to clean it up thoroughly. Hopefully this model lasts us as long as the last one!
