[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Terrier and a Parrot they both make messes on the carpet and the furniture. The shampooer is so easy to use switches from floor to upholstery by simply clicking hose on. Works like a dream picking up hair and feathers and dander too. Absolutely best thing I've purchased in years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this since my old ProHeat wore out. I rea.lly worked it to death. I can't tell if the beater brushes are going like the old one did. It doesn't seem to have as much suction as my last one. The stream putting the solvent out doesn't put out as much as the old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My carpet is 20 years old and I have 2 dogs. This is the second Bissell pro-heat system I have owned. These machines are really good at getting carpets clean, and the ease of use makes quick work of the job. Great for stains, but also for routine cleaning of the whole carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cleaner. I seems to do a really good job and is fairly easy to use. Learning a good sequence for cleaning the machine after use was not clear in the instructions. Nor was there any mention in the instructions that one should double check the tightness of the ring on the bottom of the dirty water tank before use. I didn't, assuming it came from the factory tight. Imagine my surprise when the dirty water drained out on the floor while I was refilling the clean water tank. so, the machine is great, the instructions could be more thorough for dummies like me.

when it arrived we put it right to use. it cleaned beautifully and with the extra cleaning was a breeze to clean and the water compartments were so easy to fill and to empty. even used it on the stairs which i have always dreaded but it was so easy. so happy with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner out performs all others I've ever rented or owned. The scrubbing power and quick shot of detergent is amazing. I cleaned my entire upstairs in a day and really took my time. The carpet didn't look that dirty but after emptying the water it pulled out I was convinced my vacuum had let me down. It pulled dog hair out of the carpet from years ago. After it dried the next day I was amazed at how soft and clean the carpet was and it even smelled amazing. I tried a competitors solution I had left over and it was not great. I'd definitely recommend sticking to bissell brand cleaner as they work better and smell amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great carpet cleaner! I love all the attachments and features it came with and cant wait to try them out. I used the main part and it did a great job cleaning. The dirty water fills up quickly and it is a bit bulky but, it is a great carpet cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. One of my dogs got sick recently; which prompted daily spot cleaning and odor resolution. In each case, the stains were removed without a residual stain appearing later. Odor is being instantaneously neutralized. One thing that could be better, is the instruction pamphlet; it could provide more detail on assembly and cleaning the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great carpet cleaning machine for pet stains and stain in general. I've used this twice on my living room carpet which may I say, has a large number of stains that I've never been able to get out very well. This is until I've used my ProHeat 2X on it and I can firmly state this product works. The heating element makes drying a quick task and also with the added formulas from BISSEL, the smell and sent after is very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely thrilled with this carpet cleaner. Very easy assembly and use - the directions were very well written and illustrated. As easy as a vacuum cleaner and just as light. Just two tanks cleaned my whole living/dining room. Thank you, Bissell, for freeing me from costly professional cleaning services with such a well-designed product.
