[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very easy to use. My carpet gets really dirty with a dog and a cat. Gave it a try and was surprised how clean the carpet was. I have a smaller Bissell shampooer that's ok for small stuff. This one is great for the whole house!

Had to go on line. Seems like a lot of different cleaning solutions to go with it a little confusing right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product for my side work as a housekeeper where a lot of times I clean recently vacant apartments that require carpet shampooing. My only complaint is the tanks are so small so I'm constantly refilling but I knew that would be the case when purchasing otherwise I knew I should have bought a different one. Smaller tanks make it extremely light which is useful when hauling up and down stairs.

This is a great cleaner and unlike any other cleaner I've used in the past, this one is very user friendly. I'm less likely to spill dirty water and make another mess. The hose attachment works great for cleaning my furniture as well!

We were amazed at the amount of dirty water we removed. The rug looks so much better now. We have two cats, so we'll be doing some spot cleaning as well!

This carpet cleaner is strictly for removing stains from carpets/rugs/fabric furniture and is not for removing hair.It is intended to be used with both the wet and dry settings. If you are looking for a cleaner to remove pet hair only then look elsewhere. If you are looking for a carpet cleaner to make an old, stained carpet look new again, then this is exactly what you need.

Easy to use, It glided over the carpet. You can see the difference and also picked up our dog hair that the vacuum couldn't. Once I was done, it easily came apart for cleaning. Great investment! I'm happy with my purchase.

We have several dogs, and this machine is working wonders on our area rugs and floor. It took out a couple of ground in stains and cleaned the floors near the door where they come in from out side. The ease of cleaning the machine is great. Being older having the smaller water/solution and pick chambers is much easier for me to use than the older machine with the combined chamber was.

Two rooms in our apartment have light colored carpet, and I want to maintain it. I removed all the furniture and did a deep clean, and I was so shocked at how much came out of there. I already feel better knowing that that stuff is not in my floor anymore. It was super easy to assemble and easy to use. I highly recommend this for anyone with animals. I even did the couch, end it dried really fast and came super clean.
