[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment with my husband and two cats. Animal hair and basic day-to-day traffic definitely build up. Two rooms in our apartment have light colored carpet, and I want to maintain it. I removed all the furniture and did a deep clean, and I was so shocked at how much came out of there. I already feel better knowing that that stuff is not in my floor anymore. It was super easy to assemble and easy to use. I highly recommend this for anyone with animals. I even did the couch, end it dried really fast and came super clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy cow!!!! Amazing cleaning results!! We had a Bissell, previously, (10+ years), that we replaced. This machine has more setting/cleaning mode options, and is lighter in weight. The clean water is removable, for filling; the older model had a flexible bladder. There are two reasons for the 4 stars rating, in lieu of 5. The first, is that as I used it to clean our majority of our condo, (as opposed to a single room), the dirty water tank became more and more soapy. Going back on the cleaned area, 3-4 times, instead of just 2, did not solve the problem. On subsequent fillings of clean water, I used slightly less formula, which helped alleviate the soapiness, with no obvious decrease in the efficacy of the cleaning. Second, I used the upholstery attachment to clean my sofa and 2 side chairs. In doing so, however, I found the "head" of the tool to be a bit large to negotiate the curves of my chairs. When I turned the head sideways to reach the curved places, additional formula dripped out of the tool, as gravity dictates. Not a problem that couldn't be resolved by making additional 'dry' passes, just more time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just an amazing product. It cleans so well and is easy to use. However, my FAVORITE part is that you can completely disassemble to do get leftover hair or whatever you may have picked up out. No chance for any odor or mold/bacteria growth to set up in your carpet cleaner! Did I mention the clean water/dirty reserve are in separate sections? Huge improvement from our last carpet cleaner, years ago. This cleaner has made our transition back to carpet, having imperfect pets we love an easier one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the initial out of the box set up of this machine was quick as the instructions for assembly were easy to understand and complete. The machine moves easily and does a great job on the carpets.. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time buying and using Bissell carpet shampoo er. Used a different brand for years. Could not believe how the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner worked. It really cleaned the carpet. Only gone over carpet once. The water it pulled up was muddy. It removed new and old pet stains, smells and just dirty carpet. It was amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, it is on the heavy side but works so well I don't mind. After vacuuming I shampooed my living room rug. With 2 dogs and 4 cats, there is a lot of traffic. It did a wonderful job. Cleaning the machine afterwards was so much easier than my previous machine, as this one actually comes apart. The amount of hair that it had picked up, made me realized I need a new vacuum. Being able to take it apart to clean out the hair was the deciding factor in purchasing this machine. I am not disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I foster puppies at my house so am constantly cleaning up messes while we are in the house breaking process. This machine is great! I had my carpets professionally cleaned 3 months ago, and I am amazed by how dirty the water is after I clean with this machine. The hose attachment is also perfect for getting to those hard to reach areas where puppies like to go for privacy to relieve themselves! The best part about it is how soft my carpets feel after I clean them.

We have 3 large dogs and they bring a lot of dirt in from the back yard. We have a light beige rug in our living area and over time and Alabama red clay we did not really think it was worth cleaning. We had purchased two spot cleaners from Bissell in the past for small cleaning and they both worked well for a while, but they were very difficult to clean out and they started to smell after about a years worth of cleaning urine & throw up. Plus they were very hard on the back & knees. Thought we would try the ProHeat 2x to help our backs. I should have taken a before and after of the job it did on this carpet...AMAZING. And cleaning the parts out after was really a plus. Suction of the dirty water & pet hair was excellent. This is a great purchase & I am very pleased with its performance.

We are waiting for our courier information as we have to return it. It leaked terribly, all over the carpet and floor, and made more stains on the carpet which we aren't having any luck removing. Even the clean water tank leaked. It was very disappointing. The plastic appears to be of poor quality too.
