The cleaner worked great and dried in 30 min. It didn't overload water on my hardwood floors and was easy to handle. I'm very happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The muddy dirty water tank is a testament to how well the machine works (and how much my carpets needed it). But I do not believe it heats the water, at least not like my previous Bissel did. The cleaning water coming out is only as hot as the tap water used.There was also dripping and seeping when emptying and refilling tanks.after the carpets, I had to mop the floors. And the clean up-yikes! It takes just as long to disassemble and clean all the parts as it did to clean the carpets. What a mess!! With no way to dry most of the parts either, they've been sprawled throughout my house for 3 days now, drying out before storing-- the hose still dripping whenever I move it. Making me wonder if I'll ever bother to use it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product because of the dual tanks. One for clean water and one for dirty water. I really like the dual tanks. I have only used this product once and did not use the attachment hose this first time. I cleaned an entire gameroom and then moved over to my mom's house anc cleaned 2 bedrooms, a dining room, and a utility room. The water in the dirty tank was nearly black when I finished, yuck. But, that means the product was doing it's job. Looks like the stains from pet urine were gone except for a few spots and that was probably my fault for not going over those spots diligently with the spot clean green button. So far I am glad I bought this product instead of hiring someone to clean the carpet or rented a machine somewhere. This way I have the product for future cleanings if necessary.

The upholstery brush works great also. I would recommend this to everyone. So easy to use . I like how you can take it apart to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have only used it to clean my living room area rug and part of my sofa. The carpet was a breeze. Easy to push and maneuver around and the cleanup was very easy. But, next time I will do it in the garage as the water doesn't stay in the tray very well. I had a big puddle that shot out the back of the tray. Could use a little tweaking, but the concept is good. Not as happy with the upholstery cleaning. It took to much pressure to get water out. Killed my back, could not move for a couple of days. Will try a different approach the next time.

This includes 2 staircases - 1 carpeted stairway and the other with a rug inlay in the middle of the stairway. The 3 way carpet tool works well, yet the build quality of the stair tool could be more robust. Then I cleaned the upholstery of several fabric chairs and a love seat with the upholstery tool and hose. Then I cleaned the seats of my SUV with the upholstery tool and the carpet in my SUV with the stair tool. This machine works better than my old Bissell ProHeat 2x that was about 20 years old. Then main improvement this machine has over the older Bissell machine is that the extraction of the dirty water/solution from the carpet / rug / fabric is much better, leaving the surface a lot drier. The spray on the brush rollers is even and the 2 brush rollers scrub the carpet very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got a chance to use my new Bissell. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had an older model that was 13 years old & it had the bladder system. It always did a great job but the clean up was difficult! This has a clean & dirty tank & is much easier to clean. I did find that it puts down water much faster than my old machine. So I did get the carpet a little to wet. It doesn't seem to pick up water as fast either. On my second try I didn't use as much water & I think they will dry faster. My carpet looks very clean. With two new puppies I was ready for a new machine. I used the deep clean & not express. Looking forward to express in our bedrooms.
