[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was a delight to receive my rug cleaner. the best surprise is that is was delivered early. the only thing i might have disapproved of is that the box was not sealed at all. could be iffy. in any case, we put it together right away and put it to work. it did a beautiful job and it was so, so easy to clean after afterwards. especially love that cleaning tool. it got to so many places that i could not before with my older model. i even got the nerve up to use the attachments which were so easy to handle and the stairs look terrific now. i also really love the separate containers for both the dirty and clean waters.. Best of all, when the older model would not such up water, the help line did their best to help us fix the problem and when we could not i went immediately to your site and ordered a newer version with which we are both delighted.

I hadn't high hopes for this machine as I owned a carpet cleaner before and lets just say it was a piece of junk. I have a one year old puppy and she has made a mess of my carpets, which I had professionally cleaned 6 months ago. It's easy to use and when you only use the bissell products odors and stains come clean and fast. I highly recommend to pet owners!! It took a couple rounds, but the stains did come out for the most part when I finally used the right solution. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is due to the dirty tank capacity. For me to clean my living room shagg throw carpet took about 6-8 trips of dumping the dirty tank. I am excited to use it to tackle my stairs and furniture! I vacuumed my carpet a couple times before cleaning it and the carpet cleaner still pulled up a good amount of dog hair!
