I wish that I had bought this before I got my first cleaner. The first time that I used this in my loving room carpet, I couldn't believe what a great job it did. There was stains on the carpets from when we moved in 4 years ago and there was nothing that would take them out. I used this cleaner and the second pass it was gone. I really like this machine a lot and you will too. I especially like the dual brush system. I have ordered the bare floor attachment, so now I want to see how dirty my floors really are. That you Bissell for a great machine.

I just finished 2 days cleaning all my carpeting in my condo and I found the unit really light to handle and really easy to use. It appears to clean very well. I like that all the pieces come apart that enables cleaning of the cleaner.

I had a different carpet cleaner prior to buying this but recently moved into a home that had a strong smell of dog urine. I knew I needed to get a new carpet cleaner so I looked online and had a great rating. Not only does this carpet cleaner work way better than my previous carpet cleaner, it was able to get the urine smell out of my house. It also made my carpets look clean, in addition to smelling better. I absolutely love this carpet cleaner and I'm so happy I bought it because my home does have carpets and I know I will be using it in the future and it Cleans my carpet so nicely.

In my own home, I have 2 dogs... one that has been sick for the last year, so we have had a few messy situations. It is a super easy machine to operate, making it a breeze to maintain clean carpets. It has 2 cleaning cycles: Express & Deep Clean. This allows for an easy spot clean and it dries quickly. I use the same machine to clean Rental Property carpets... VERY DIRTY! I can't say enough about how GREAT this machine is! It does the job better than any time I hired a professional, or when I rented an industrial carpet cleaner. It is by far the best carpet scrubber we've ever owned. We got the hard floor tool so we can clean ceramic floors. It great for that too. It's light weight yet removes more water than any other carpet cleaner we've owned, and we've owned several. We liked it so much we bought a second one.

That is why I purchased this. The first time I used it, I could see how much dirt was pulled out of my carpet. It is very easy to use and the directions to assemble are easy to follow.
