[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this carpet cleaner to shampoo my heavenly soiled carpeting in my den. We have a 7 month old Doberman who brings in a lot of dirt, so I chose the heavy cleaning setting. It was easy to use, did a great job and dried much faster than it said in the instructions. This is my second Bessel carpet shampooer and I'm very happy with this brand. The new model has some very nice, new features. The tanks are easy to fill and empty, the spot treatment button is helpful and I like the cleaning tool now included.

The suction is very strong and leaves the carpet drier. It's super easy to disassemble and clean after use. I also like the spot treatment spray feature. Two things would make it perfect. 1. The dirty water tank capacity isn't as big as it looks because it requires emptying when it's only about half full. 2. Some other brands have a soap dispenser so you can easily switch from clean to rinse without emptying and refilling the water tank.

Getting parts for a 12 year old carpet cleaner was the push I needed to buy a new Bissell. The Pet Pro 1986 carpet cleaner is literally the best carpet cleaner on the market. I could tell immediately that my decision to purchase the new Pet Pro 1986 was a step up in the technological advancements made over the past 12 years. Having 3 small doggies I was eager to test it out and boy my experience was mind blowing. I vacuumed the carpet first. Then the carpet cleaner picked up even more debris down to the smallest granual. I was SMH that my vacuum cleaner was worthless. If you are looking for a Carpet Cleaner I highly recommend the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner 1986. You will be amazed and sleep well knowing your carpet is stealthy clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have area rugs over wood floors. I was worried about too much water ruining my floors while cleaning the rugs. I was so pleased to find this machine not only pulls up pet hair and cleans great, but doesn't soak the rugs leaving them laying wet on the floors. Highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this carpet cleaner! It has exceeded my expectations!! I have three cats -- so lots of cat hair! We vacuumed first, of course, and then used the carpet cleaner. Really deep cleaned our carpeting. We also used the upholstery tool to clean our sofa -- worked great! The next day after the carpeting was dry we vacuumed again and there was NO dirt or cat hair in the vacuum bin. Couldn't ask for a better carpet cleaner!! Very happy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase has saved my sanity. I had two senior male dogs (one has passed) and I have a senior male cat. Between the leg lifts, hair balls, accidents, and male cat orneriness--my carpet was a disaster. After getting two quotes of over $300 to clean my carpets by professionals, I agreed to let my daughter try the Proheat 2X Revolution Pet Pro. She borrowed one from her future mother in law (who has more pets than I do). Wow! What a difference! It is so easy to use and, more importantly for me, so easy to clean up after the hard work is done. I have been able to keep my carpets clean and smelling fresh better than ever before. It's a great product! Be sure to use the recommended cleaning, sanitizing and deorderizing products with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 dog that are older and sometime can't wait to go outside. The pet pro cleans the mess and removes the odor, keeps the house smelling fresh. We also use it on the couch the dogs lay on, it keeps them clean and odor free. We have had several different brand and this is by far the best.
