I have a beautiful little Maltipoo and she is like one of my children to me. And, like a child, sometimes she has accidents on the carpet. Over the past few years my once-new carpets have begun to show the results. I have tried other machines and methods to clean them but with only limited success. I finally decided to get serious and bought the Revolution 2X Pet Pro. What a difference! It got out ALL of the stains, even the ones l had given up on. I got the ProHeat 2x Revolution carpet cleaner and... I was amazed! The spots are gone! The odor is gone! And the stair attachment - incredible! The suction is so good, I could see the 'yellow' getting sucked up into the dirty water tank! I wish I could have gotten this years ago, but now, I have, right on hand, the best carpet cleaner - hands down. No more scheduling a carpet cleaner to upend my house. I can do this whenever I need it and wherever I need it. Best carpet cleaner EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to clean my carpets and upholstery that have been dirtied by pets and people. I used it for the first time and I am very pleased with the results. It did a great job cleaning up spots and even old kitty urine stains in my carpet. It works well, and the carpets dry fairly quickly (within a few hours). However, I can't get the hose assembly to work. It does not spray out anything, even after I followed the trouble shooting directions to prime the machine (whatever that means). I may have to contact customer service (?) in order to use it on my furniture.

It took me a bit to get the hang of inserting and removing the tanks. I guess I was thinking it had to be more complicated than it was. The cleaner works great! The amount of dirt and yuck that it pulls out of the carpet is hideous! I can't believe that my carpets aren't charcoal colored!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well after a hick-up with my order I got my machine just a little later than expected. I've had a previous Bissel machine that worked great for years but recently died so I decided on this unit. My first impression of the unit as I assembled it was that it is built well. I like the improvement over the old bladder system my old machine had. A clean water and dirty reservoir are much easier to manage and clean. They are easy to remove and replace. As well as just pouring the formula directly into the water reservoir instead of the separate container is super easy. The machine is lighter than the old one so is easier to maneuver and carry to put away. Performance wise, I think it may out perform my old machine slightly, as it was a good machine as well. I have yet to use the hand tools so unfortunately I can't speak to that but noticed they're very similar to the old ones. So I would expect similar performance which was good. So, I only gave this machine 4 stars because I found that it would leak / drip water when turned off. The first couple times removing the dirty tank it was my fault as you need to get used to the speed and angle you should use when removing it so it doesn't spill. I was getting it down by my 3rd try. However, even when not removing it I found a small amount of water where the machine was sitting. Not sure what's going on there, could be operator error ;) The cleaning of my carpets turned out great. I really like the 3 cleaning options as the express clean was a great option for those lighter traffic areas and or quick cleans when you want the carpet or rug to dry quickly. I hope this unit lasts as long as my old machine!

Loved all the extra attachments, especially the crevice tool when cleaning the car. between the seats. Loved the cleaning\storage tray, now I don't have to worry about it being wet where I store it.

I have used Bissell (borrowed from a neighbour) before and was impressed with the job it did so I decided to invest in one for myself. Shipping was very quick and I am very happy with how well this machine has removed all of the stains in my carpets, including ground in dirt. My carpets look new again. I find it easy to operate and it is much lighter then then the Bissell model I had used in the past. Also, it is easy to take apart and clean. I'm so glad I bought from Bissell. #sweepstakes.
