[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. Really gets the carpet clean. The only downside is the dirty water tank. It doesn't fill all the way up. So you have to empty it frequently. Like every 5 minutes frequently. My Hoover that broke on me held more dirty water than this. This machine replaced my Hoover. If wasn't for the small dirty water tank then my rating would have been a 5 stars.

Cannot believe all the dirt I am getting out of the carpet. Home has never been cleaner - thrilled with this carpet cleaner - wish I had bought a Bissell sooner.

It blows my mind how much gunk is in my carpet and how well it pulls it out. I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 puppies, a German Shepherd named Zelda (10 months old) and a Blue Pitbull named Mollie (6 months old), and just like any puppy, they have accidents on the carpet. I have rented carpet cleaners and their products with less than satisfactory results and how hard it is to operate the system. I have researched professional carpet cleaning companies but either the price to high or the chemicals they use were not to my satisfaction. Then a friend told me about her ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and the Professional Formula Kit by Bissell which she has used and been in love with for the past 10 years. I decided for this past Mother's Day I would purchase one for myself. I was blown away by the products and this company! From the ease and security of purchasing online direct from Bissell, the speed at which I received my order (mind you, this is during Covid19 which everyone is purchasing everything online) to the outstanding job these products performed. I was able to clean my entire 1400 sq ft home in a little over an hour and the best part was, I was not sore and worn out afterwards!! My husband was so impressed with how easy it was to use, how quick it was to get done, and how clean and brand new the carpet looked, he said next time he wanted to clean the carpet!! Thank you Bissell, you have definitely made believers out of us and life long customers!!!!!

We got this after we were disappointed with the Crosswave. I really just wanted the light cream colored spots on my area rug to be clean again. This did nothing to remove the dingy color they'd become. The water was murky after, so I know it cleaned the rug to some degree. But it's still doesn't LOOK clean like I hoped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really gets the hair off my sofa and rugs. Easy to clean up the machine after use (this is a big surprise to me and I LOVE that). The stairs attachments were easier to use (no way any cleaning on stairs is easy or fun) and effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Its really great. I got it for use in my home plus stairs. The stair tool doesn't look great or sturdy but works really well and is sturdy. The only thing of concern would be that the dirty tank needs emptying when it's about 1/3 full. I think this is due to dirty material being sucked up and rather the way it's suppose to work, safety precaution, in order to not completely block up the intake. I'm really pleased with power, suction and how well it cleans.

I had a professional cleaning done a few days before my Pet Pro carpet cleaner arrived. I ran it over the same area, and was amazed what the "pro" didn't pick up. Easy assembly, easy to use. Doggo and I are very pleased. And thanks Bissell for your support of animal welfare organizations.

I do my best to keep the space clean, but now with this cleaner my game is CHANGED. Seriously, the first stripe across my carpet came back cleaner than I have ever seen the carpet. The vacuum is super light, VERY user friendly and nice and easy to clean out/fill up! It got out stains that have been there for years. For me as a 23 year old, it was a total impulse buy, but now it is a lifestyle. Love it so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and owning a older model carpet cleaner from the other leading competitor which broke because it couldn't be cleaned properly I decided on this model. It is very easy and straight forward to use and simple to empty the dirty water tank and refill the cleaning solution tank. Although, on deep clean setting I do wish the tank capacity was a bit bigger as I felt I was constantly going back and forth with the containers. Even with this minor annoyance I was pleased, surprised and grossed out by how much filth this cleaner pulled out of my carpets and we have a high end vacuum to boot! After finishing my clean, I loved the little cleaner wand to get into the crevices of the machine so I could put it away and know that it won't be harbouring bacteria and dirt when in storage like my old one did. If you are looking for convenience and a machine that does a thorough job I don't think you can go wrong with buying this machine at all! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!
