Great product, easy to use. Carpets are so clean. We have a berber carpet and it worked perfectly. Very happy with this purchase. It spits out glops of pet hair, but apparently that is normal for carpet cleaners. We just picked it up and threw it away. Beware of making sure not to run over the power cord as it will melt. After cleaning all our carpet, I noticed the power cord had melted and the machine was spewing out black cord crumbs. Excellent BEST A+++++ customer service - they replaced the carpet cleaner immediately! Can't wait to test it on the rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used the shampooer once, but it cleaned my carpet better in one use that the 20 times I used another shampooer. I have dogs that have urinated in my carpet, and the ProHeat 2x made a world of difference. The carpet looks great and there is no pet smell!

I had the previous model of this cleaner and loved it. After my daughter borrowed it and loved it also, I gave it to her and ordered the model 1986. This unit had several things that I felt were an improvement. PROs: The suction was better, the fact that this one had two separate tanks was an improvement. I liked that the power button was on the side of the unit and not on the handle so I didn't keep hitting it accidentally. Also it came apart for cleaning the rollers and nozzle and came with a tool to clean out debris. CONs: It didn't come with a bare floor cleaning attachment with has to be ordered separately. Seems like for the price it could have been in the box. I have only used it once so no sustaining info. Overall I like the way it performed and would recommend this to anyone.

Used mainly to clean the years of walking and a few spilled drinks on our cream-colored carpets. Getting it assembled was easy enough, with just one moment of hesitation because pushing the carrying handle into place felt as though the plastic would snap- it did not. Using the Anti-bacterial cleaning sample and Max Clean mode for the first clean lifted the slightly grey footpath on the back entry carpet as well as a coffee stain. Very happy with the clean and dry carpet within 12 hours. Wish I had taken a before photo. The cleaning routine for the machine after use seemed to have a lot of steps, but was thorough and should go faster as I get familiar with it. Haven't used all the accessories yet, but excited to use the stair tool. This model/package from the Bissell website had the best number of extras for the price. No regrets with this purchase and the best tip is vacuum the area very well before starting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product so I would be able to clean my area rugs and also some upholstery. I have already cleaned two runners and I am very happy with the results. I have not used it on any upholstery yet but plan to soon. So far, it is easy to use and clean. I was amazed at how much dirt came out of the runners. I did not buy this for pet stains but stains from spills (red Wine) which is so important to treat immediately, whether on the rug or on upholstery. Glad I am now at the ready to deal with any accidents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the carpet cleaner due to having pets. It is a bit of a challenge to do the fabric and maybe not intended to use on cough upholstery. Additionally, my daughter put in the handle and it broke when she tried to remove it and the plastic clean water container bent easily when she didn't slide it into place correctly. It is a bit hard to clean the front if something gets stuck inside. When actually using the product on the carpet, it worked amazing and we could see all the dirt it was picking up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. I cleaned all the carpets downstairs and with 5 pets it was loaded with fur. It was so easy to clean it out and looks just like new. My old carpet cleaner was a nightmare to clean and always got clogged with fur. Definitely worth the money!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the BISSELL carpet cleaner after doing research. I found that the research paid off. The unit works great on carpets and pet hair. The only negative that I have noticed is the used fluid container is under sized and has to emptied frequently for large jobs. Bella of customer service was awesome to deal with and got the job done.

I have a beautiful little Maltipoo and she is like one of my children to me. And, like a child, sometimes she has accidents on the carpet. Over the past few years my once-new carpets have begun to show the results. I have tried other machines and methods to clean them but with only limited success. I finally decided to get serious and bought the Revolution 2X Pet Pro. What a difference! It got out ALL of the stains, even the ones l had given up on. My carpets look like new again, and smell great too! In the sweepstakes of carpet cleaning, this machine is the clear winner"!
