[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean up pet messes with this. It is big improvement over former Bissell Lift off cleaner because it is much lighter. It is also much easier to clean up after using. I don't like the Express clean, because it doesn't seem to put out much cleaner or pick it up.

I operate a dog day care facility from my home. Sanitation is important to me. This is the 4th Bissell carpet shampooer I have owner over the years. All have been excellent and last far beyond their years. I haven't used this new machine yet but I have faith in its capacity to fulfill my needs. We tried two other machines and it looked like we had removed them, only to have them come back when the carpet dried. We are renting and I knew that if we did not get the stains out that we would have to replace the carpet. In desperation we purchased the ProHeat after reading the reviews about it. It got every one of the stains out - completely.

I had a bissell carpet cleaner before that did a good job. When I needed to replace it, I bought a new bissell because they do work very well. Didn't want to change brands when I know I can rely on Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A commercial kitchen floor gets dirty even when you try to be careful not to spill anything. At the end of the day, a mop will only spread dirt all over, and the surface gets sticky even after two mop passes. Now, with my new machine and the hard floor attachment the floor is really clean, and you can see the difference. Now we can start our shift every morning with a pristine floor, and when we close we know it takes the same amount of time with the machine than the mop to have 1000% better results. I'm a very happy owner of a ProHeat 2X revolution Pro machine.

I knew they needed cleaning, but had no idea how dirty they were until I used the ProHeat 2X Cleaner. My plan now is to use it about every 3 months to keep them looking like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for my dog who has been urinating on the BR carpet. I have used it several times and it seems to be working well. I suggest detaching and cleaning the parts outside when done to avoid any possible spillage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissel pet pro. It handles even the pet stains I couldn't get to until they've set into the carpet. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't suck its moisture all the way up in the end and winds up dripping a fair amount back onto the carpet after I've turned off the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly/set up was easy. I was able to clean a large area rug and hallway rug on the lowest setting before having to refill the unit. It did a very nice job and both rugs dried quickly. I will definitely get a lot of use from this cleaner
