[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. I have pets and its nice to have to shampoo every couple of months or so. Cleans very well. Does use a lot of water it seems, but that's not a problem it sucks it all up. Carpet drys pretty fast. I'm glad I finally bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have dogs that come in in the winter and us two humans, not sure who is the most messy, BUT now I have my BISSELL CARPET CLEANER ! Don't know why I waited so long. It is easy to use and easy to clean the unit after cleaning the carpet. I recommend this as a good hard working machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to operate and it does a great job at cleaning the carpet. I rented a professional cleaner and 2 days later the odor was back. It has been 2 weeks since I cleaned with my ProHeat and my carpet still smells fresh and looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a husband, and carpet that's probably 30 years old. So before we had new carpet installed, I wanted to have a shampooer at the ready! My research pointed me to this model based on reviews and price, but it arrived right about the time our state shut down non-life sustaining businesses due to a global pandemic. Needless to say, it's going to be a while before we get new carpet, but this machine makes me hate our old carpet less! It leaves the carpet clean, soft and stain free. I've only used it a few times, so I can't speak for longevity, and I haven't used the upholstery attachments yet, but I'm sure my stupid cat is going to cough up a hairball on her recliner any day now... BUT I would give this 5 stars based solely on how easy it is to disassemble and clean the brush head! I've borrowed a friend's older Bissell model in the past, but Bissell has certainly made some upgrades along the way - better suction, no flimsy plastic to snap the tanks in place, no pinching your fingers under the handle to empty the tank, and it's easy to clean! The dirty water tank has a better design so you can actually get the debris out of it, even what settles in the bottom. And it has a hook on the handle for the cord so instead of having to hold the cord the whole time, you can hold a beer.

We have a pair of furry canine family members and we have used many different cleaners over the years. They are in their "Golden Years" now and there are a lot of little accidents on the rugs. We had recently purchased the "ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet CleanShot Carpet Cleaner" and can honestly say it is the best cleaner for pets that we have ever owned. It effortlessly gets deep into he rug pile and removes stains and pet remnants that our others have missed. We have also bought the "Little Green Stain Eraser Cordless Portable Carpet Cleaner" which is great for pet spot cleaning. Both machines make our life easier to own our pets in our "Golden Years".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: Unit is easy to carry and has powerful suction. The Bissell PRO Max formula truly is great a removing pet stains and odors. Used to clean 20 year old carpets and cushions on our sectional. The MAX clean mode really gets some embedded pet hair, dirt, and even sand on our carpets. I also really appreciate the entire cleaner can be broken down to clean out the dirty tank and the main vacuum head. The accessory cleaning base is really a cool feature and helps wash grime out of the brush rollers after each use. So far my favorite tool is the crevice tool, it is amazing for cleaning around trim. The bad: The dirty tank is rather small so you have to empty often, especially in MAX clean mode. Also, the cleaning hose and accessories tend to get clogged with pet hair, however our carpets have not been cleaned in years so might be from poor maintenance and not necessarily the Bissell design. So this is the main reason I'm giving a 4/5 Star rating It's easy to clean the hose with the Cleaning tool and running water backwards thru the hose after cleaning. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and I think Bissell makes some of the best carpet cleaning formula on the market. The Febreze scent is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 cats, 1 dog, and 2 kids, which means there's a good amount of dirt/etc in our carpets. This machine did a great job cleaning our carpets (I've done 3 rooms and a hallway so far)! Carpets look new and feel like it, too! It does take a decent amount of time to vacuum the water back up (I used the deep clean setting), but other than that, makes carpet cleaning a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because my ancient Hoover finally went and it works great. I have some carpet stains that keep coming back from pets and it took them right out. I started with a small patch of carpet and the difference between the dingy and clean carpet was very satisfying. It has good suction, and the carpet was mostly dry next day. Only con I'd say is due to my carpet type, I have to have the carpet cleaner locked in the rest position and pull it back by the pull handle to extract all the water I can from the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two dogs and a cat have even with regular cleaning left a real impact on our carpet. I've used high end vacuums and thought my carpets were clean. My wife was amazed at how much hair and gross this thing pulled out of our floors. The sample cleaners went quick so I'm glad I bought a spare full sized set. That said it worked so well on my floors I spent the rest of the week going after sofas chairs and our cars. Let me say my pickup didn't smell this clean when I bought it!
