I love my clean carpet and cleaning the machine after using it was always a chore. But now it's a BEAUTIFUL thing when cleaning the machine in the tray is wonderful, THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt have instructions but I found plenty of videos on line. Watched them and then we didnt have any issues. Pretty simple overall. Cleans very well. You do have to drain and refill about every 10 sq feet as most do since it uses quite a bit. Drying time was pretty accurate except a couple spots took about 24hrs to fully dry.

Prior to picking up the puppy we purchased our Pet Pro Carpet cleaner because we knew what was in store for us. I must say, the still looks and smells like new even after multiple accidents. This one is lighter, but also does a FANTASTIC job...just smaller tank capacity...need to empty more often, I also bought a hard floor cleaning attachment. It also does an EXCELLENT job on tile floors...sure beats "hands, knees and buckets." This was the best birthday present I ever bought myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase the Model 22837 to clean the rugs since we have 2 adult cats which shed hair and from time to time throw up hair ball, etc.. The Carpet Cleaner ProHeat 2x worked very well after following the instructions. The rug looks very clean and brightened the colors on the rug. Also tried it on ceramic tiles, it was clean and dried in maybe in couple of minutes.

She tends to leave little gifts now and then.She has been a great friend,protector and character for a long time and I consider it an honor cleaning up after her.The ProHeat 2X Cleaner makes it that much easier.
