We have two dogs and one has the occasional habit of peeing on our wall to wall carpet. I bought this carpet cleaner to use about once a month for the entire room. Overall it worked really well and made a big difference. Based on the dirty water tank, it appeared to have pulled years worth of dirt from the carpet! The only downside is that it took me two fills of the clean water jug to do only one room. It's a tedious process to fill and use the vacuum but the results are great.

I am very please with how it cleaned and how quickly the carpet dried. The machine is lighter than my prior model and the "window" to view the dirty water being extracted is much better. I would recommend this model for those that have pets.

I have off white carpets that was looking a couple of shades darker in the high foot traffic areas with some stains from spills. I bought the bullet and purchased the Pro x2 Heat machine and was shocked at how clean it got my carpet. It even fluffed it up where it was matted down. I even cleaned my granddaughters room that got beat up from arts and crafts and it got everything but spilt nail polish out. Glad I purchased it

We had our carpet professionally Steam cleaned and we weren't pleased with the results. The Pet Pro saved our carpet and our tile floor sparkles. Customer support is responsive and helpful, my only regret is not buying this machine sooner.

We realize it would be better to do a lot of cleaning in one day as the cleaning of the machine afterwards needs time as well. I'm just puzzled as to which product to use for our carpets and how much to use of the 4X or 2X or Professional etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opened the box filled up the reservoir, added carpet shampoo (provided) and did the light clean and the unit kept the water bubbling hot plus extracted what we put down on the carpet and the carpet dried quickly. We loved the longer cord vs our Bissell Pet Jetscrub, which is a smaller unit. We cleaned the bedroom carpet, hallway, frontroom and hallway to garage and the machine worked great. After the holidays we plan to clean the upholstery with the provided attachments. As seniors, we really like the weight of the machine. The Pet Pro 2 Revolution is our main go-to house carpet cleaner and our smaller Bissell Pet Jetscrub is for light pet spot/stain jobs. Finally, Bissell saves pets with their pet foundation.
