[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hesitated buying this because I was afraid it would be too much of a pain to get out, set up, & then clean up and put away. I finally talked myself into getting it and just deal with the "drama" but I was worried for nothing!! It is SUPER simple to use and stores as easily as a vacuum. I LOVE it and am so glad I made the leap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved how clean this gets my rugs. I have 3 cats and sometimes they get a little mischievous and have accidents outside of the litter box. I love not having to rent a cleaner or pay someone else to clean my rugs when this happens. Would definitely recommend to anyone debating this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was incredible. We have been in our house for three years and have a large dog. We have a built in vacuum which I thought was pretty good but the Bissel really showed how much dirt and hair remained in the carpet. The hair and dirt that was removed from the carpet was both amazing and disgusting all at the same time. Setting up the vacuum was relatively easy and clean-up was pretty straight forward as well. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with a pet or young kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just rescued a 1 year old puppy so I immediately knew I would need a good carpet cleaner for my area rugs. This machine does not disappoint. I'm very happy with it and more impressed with its ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it twice and so far am pretty satisfied and happy. The machine is easy to fill and clean and works wonders. Stains that have been there longer than I would like to admit disappeared just like that. House smells fresh and clean. When using deep clean carpet function definitely takes a while to dry however well worth the wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the overall performance of our new carpet cleaner it did a great job on a very dirty, stained carpet. However, I'm not totally sold on the upholstery attachments. I wish that there was a brush attachment that had a rotating beater brush. I feel that the hose is longer than I need and a lot of dirty water and muck gets stuck in it. I think that if the hose was shorter the suction would be better too. The clean out tool is very handy and cleaning the machine is very easy compared with an older Bisell carpet cleaner that I had. The cleaner has a nice long electric cord which is great for me. Overall, this is a great little performer and I would buy it again. The price range is good too.

We are using the cleaner on area rugs. Fabulous job so far. Had to run it over the aged-stains (dog vomit and coffee) a couple times, impressive result! Slow and patience. I found it dried faster doing an extra extraction round. Appreciated the quick change of waste water and detergent water. It's a simple unit to use but does take some effort moving it around the rug, so I skipped bootcamp that night. Haven't used the attachments yet, stay tuned! Afterwards, easy to clean, set the parts on a drying rack over night. The unit doesn't take up a lot of space. Very happy with the purchase and now I have my own, no need to worry about renting a unit. Only negative, unfortunately it did not come with a standard product sample to try it out. Due to COVID lockdown, we had to wait a couple days to get some cleaner to try it out. Purchased Deep Clean with OXY, worked great but wow strong scent. That scared me away from any Febreze types. The rug finally aired out after a few days. We also read somewhere, another owner did a rinse on their carpet after and the scent dissipated faster than previous time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually used my daughter's machine and I was so impressed by the job it did that I bought one for myself. It did such a great job and left the room so fresh smelling. My only disappointment was it didn't seem to pull off as much water as I would have liked (despite several passes to try to do so) and it took many hours for the carpet to dry. The machine is easy to use, easy to clean and not too heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used a different carpet shampooer for a number of years and didn't know what I was missing. Chose the Bissell because of the double carpet brushes. What a great job. Between the shampooer and the right product, my 20-year-old carpet looks and smells great. May I add it has been through a number of puppies and rescue dogs? I also appreciate your customer service. Best I have had for a long time. Like the good old days when companies appreciated customers. Customer service goes above an beond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our home in February 2019. The rugs in the living room had to be removed immediately and the ones in the downstairs family room and three bedrooms were soiled and stained. I tried spot cleaning for months. The stains would disappear only to return weeks later. I purchased my Bissell in July and cleaned the downstairs carpet the next day. I did a deep cleaning as it was terribly stained and probably had never been cleaned before. The carpet is beautiful now and it dried over night. I did the master bedroom the following day and had the same results. I am very very pleased with how the machine worked and how the carpets dried quickly. I have already recommended it to my daughter.
