[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the carpet cleaner due to having pets. It is a bit of a challenge to do the fabric and maybe not intended to use on cough upholstery. Additionally, my daughter put in the handle and it broke when she tried to remove it and the plastic clean water container bent easily when she didn't slide it into place correctly. It is a bit hard to clean the front if something gets stuck inside. When actually using the product on the carpet, it worked amazing and we could see all the dirt it was picking up.

One can train them all I want but nature happens. It does what it advertises. The attachments are useful for in spot cleaning and if you need some extra scrubbing power. Just be aware that the cleaner can be heavy (in case you have to go up and down the stairs) so use precaution when lifting it.

I've only used this once so far (carpets and couch) and was amazed at how well it worked by even just using the express clean feature. The two biggest reasons why I chose this model was because it appeared to be the easiest to clean the dirty water tank and could be multifunctional, as I mentioned. So far it is doing exactly what I had hoped for. Super easy to clean and store after use which, to me, means the design for this machine was well thought out with functionality for the user in mind. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats and two free-roam house rabbits, plus two extra foster rabbits. I'm sure you can imagine the messes and stinks! One of my cats struggles with appropriate litter box use. Basically, this means she poops wherever she wants, and often that means my carpet. I used to pull out my Bissel Little Green every time she laid a poop on the rug, and as awesome as that product is, I really find the upright cleaner much faster and easier to use. After removing the big stuff with a paper towel, I spritz on the stain remover from this bundle, wait about five minutes, and then go over the area with this cleaner on the deep clean setting. Miraculously, the stink disappears and there is no stain, and it takes me no time at all! That's a huge bonus when the surprise poops happen during my morning routine! Another awesome use for this cleaner is the rabbits' "special area." For some reason, they feel it's extremely important to mark their territory right in front of my closet! Both have been altered and I've tried training them to leave this area alone, but there seems to be very little I can do to stop the frequent urination in front of my closet. I do a quick swipe over the area with this carpet cleaner weekly, and it is slowly but surely lifting the dark stains from their bad habit! There are definitely marks left on the carpet from their urine, but again, this is a heavily abused area of the floor and I would be amazed if anything got it all the way out. As it stands, I'm extremely impressed when I watch the base of this cleaner and can visually see the stains getting sucked out of the floor. It's so satisfying! For non-spot treatments, I deep clean the carpets and rugs in our house regularly now. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to empty the dirty water container and see all the murky, icky stains in the used water and out of my floor! Our house smells wayyyy better with all the ick removed, and I love how easy it is to fill, empty, and clean the machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceeded our expectations! We have a golden retriever that doesn't remember to clean his paws and our carpets needed serious attention. Normally, we have hired in a commercial carpet cleaner to do the job but we decided DIY was a better route as we could clean more often (and cheaper). The results from our ProHeat 2X were excellent and we were very pleased with the results. Easy to use and portable. The design works.

This model came up as the top in reviews and consumer reports, etc. I bought this to replace my old Bissell that gave me great service for 20 years. This new model is so much lighter and easier to move around. Clean up is not only easier, but you can clean all of the parts you couldn't before. I use my new model for regular carpet cleaning and spot cleaning for cat barf stains(which were the first things I tried it out on and it worked perfectly). I'm actually looking forward to using it for room to room bi annual deep cleaning this spring! All the improvements and the cost was actually less than the first one 20 years ago. What a great bargain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this steamer to replace an older steamer from a different brand that wasn't working probably anymore. I'm glad the old one broke... because now I have this one and I get far better results. I have an UV light urine detector, and after steaming the carpet, I can see that ALL traces of organic material (dog urine and poop stains) are really GONE. Highly recommend it.
