[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of this carpet cleaner helps get the deep down gross. It's pretty wide which helps out with the many foster dog accidents on my carpet. It cuts down on the time it takes to clean up the messes. The cleaning of the carpet cleaner has definitely improved tremendously compared to the first gen proheat2, which i had for ten years. So far, this product hasn't disappointed. I'm very pleased with the carpet cleaner. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very happy with this - it replaced an older brand by another manufacturer that had stopped cleaning well. The unit picks up dirt very well, and it very easy to disassemble for cleaning. If I had one improvement I could suggest, it would be that the dirty water tank would allow more capacity before the auto shutoff occurs (It is only a third full or so when it happens). Emptying this taken needs to occur every few minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about this carpet cleaner. I've only used it once, and for the most part it seemed to work well. But one section of carpet in the room I cleaned became saturated, and it took over 48 hours to dry, and that was with 2 fans running constantly. I am not aware of doing anything different on this area than in the rest of the room, so I'm not sure what caused this. Honestly, I'm not looking forward to using it again because of this, in case the cleaner is malfunctioning.

Better then pouring water on the floor........would prefer separate container to auto mix cleaning solution and a wand spray nozzle to spray spots instead of spray coming from carpet cleaner. I picked the Pro 2X Revolution because it does perform best in my opinion.

As a pet owner with allergies I can count on Bissell products to keep my home clean and allergen free. Than you for many years of great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my new carpet cleaner and had to try it out right away. It took me a min to figure it out but I got it. I was very impressed that I only had to fill up the container one time to do 2 rooms. My old cleaner wasnt working that good so I had to fine another one. It's been a while since I got to clean my carpet with having a total of 4 dogs but 2 at one time over the years so u know how it could look . This new cleaner picked up dark spots that I didnt think it would ever get cleaned but it did. I truly love this cleaner and cant wait to us it again. My carpet hasnt looked this good in a long time.

The ProHeat Revolution performs as well in cleaning the carpet and has incorporated improved functionality in cleaning the various containers and suction parts of the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opened the box filled up the reservoir, added carpet shampoo (provided) and did the light clean and the unit kept the water bubbling hot plus extracted what we put down on the carpet and the carpet dried quickly. We loved the longer cord vs our Bissell Pet Jetscrub, which is a smaller unit. We cleaned the bedroom carpet, hallway, frontroom and hallway to garage and the machine worked great. After the holidays we plan to clean the upholstery with the provided attachments. As seniors, we really like the weight of the machine. The Pet Pro 2 Revolution is our main go-to house carpet cleaner and our smaller Bissell Pet Jetscrub is for light pet spot/stain jobs. Finally, Bissell saves pets with their pet foundation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to help renew my 20+ year old carpets. I have a lot of heavy traffic areas and did two separate cleaning sessions on my cream colored carpet, what a difference! While my carpet still looks aged, it is a lot better than it was.
