[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner was easy to assemble and the usage instructions easy to understand. I have used the cleaner once and am thoroughly satisfied with the results. It cleans better than the companies I used to hire. Spots are gone and the carpets smell fresh. The cleaner is easy to use and I was amazed at how much dirt was in the retrieval tank. I did have some trouble inserting the cleaner into the spout atop the clean water tank. I just unscrewed the cap and poured in the cleaner to the line indicated. No problem. The machine is easy to clean and does a great job. Use it twice and you are saving money over any commercial cleaning service. I wish I had bought one years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this product to use on my carpets at home and at my rental home carpets and outdoor patio furniture. I'ts very easy to use and I can't believe all the dirt it pulled out of the carpet. It has a long hose for the steps and furniture and several great accesory tools to help clean. Cleanup is easy as well and only takes 5-10 minutes to have the machine cleaned up and ready to store until the next time. It would pay for itself after 2 uses. Well worth the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the older version of this carpet cleaner and felt like we needed an upgrade. I love the way this cleaner works and how easy it is to assemble and use. I felt it did an amazing job cleaning our carpets.

The instructions that came with this carpet cleaner are very clear and easy to follow. I had no trouble assembling the machine and using it. I shampooed very dirty carpeting that had been neglected for several years, and the result was amazing. Most of the stains came out with no pretreating, and the carpet looks great. It was easy to follow the instructions for cleaning the machine before storing it except for one point, for which I got excellent customer service via text. I laid out the cleaned machine parts and everything was dry the next morning. I have not tried any of the attachments, but so far, I love this carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my pet pro to shampoo my living room rug as my 3 lil doggies enjoy when it's clean and ready for them to play. The suction is great picks up all the dirty wet shampoo, leaving it clean and drys approximately 2 hours. I then vacuum it to pick up any residue and dead fleas if any are around. I recommend this pet pro shampooer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner does well on my low nap rugs. It really does a great job of refreshing them and makes the job go fast. I love that it snaps apart so you can clean the machine which makes it work better. It's easy to fill and empty. I found that I needed to stop the machine midway to clean it so the suction would work better and that happened after every rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works wonders for getting up carpet stains. I have 4 dogs and 4 kids so it is definitely a lifesaver. The attachment allow me to clean any and everything with ease and the self cleaning docking station just put the icing on the cake!! No complaints over here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picks up literally (in a Rob Lowe voice) everything. Our house recently adopted a dog, an almost 3 years old mixed breed that was in and out of fosters her entire life. Now let me say, she's by far the sweetest dog and someone has put some time in to train her. However accidents do happen, and hand cleaning carpets is maddening to say the least. This machine not only cleans the carpets like magic, but the antibacterial solution that came as a sample worked way better then expected. After my carpets are now back to new, stains completely gone, and a fresh light clean smell after a dry cycle.

The first thing we used it on was a full size mattress and box springs that had been in storage for years. It worked great and dried much faster than I expected. Everything looks and smells clean and fresh.
