I settled on the ProHeat 2X... All I can say is WOW!!!!!! It does such an amazing job. My carpets look brand new. I can't even imagine what the Big Green would do... If you have pets it's a must have... It's not cheap but worth every penny. Plus, it's still cheaper than getting your carpets professionally cleaned 1 time... So over time, it really does pay for itself. Thank You Bissell, you have resurrected my carpets!

I have two huskies and three indoor cats.We live in the country and our dogs are constantly tracking dirt in.We like the fact that we can use our carpet cleaner whenever it's needed.We like how it really deep cleans and that it was made for pet owners.

First off, we had recently cleaned our carpets prior to receiving the new one and I was amazed at how much more this machine was able to extract. Plus its perfect for those little accidents left by my dog.

It was alot of fun cleaning the carpet and you notice the different right away on the carpet. Highly recommend to friends and family member! Save me time :).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed this carpet cleaner because my old one stopped working and we have a dog and 3 cats. It worked ok the first (and only) time so far that I've used it. I think I need to practice more with it though because it didn't clean as well as I'd hoped. Maybe I need to play more with the soap to water concentration (?). It also took 2 days to dry even though I didn't do many passes on the carpet. I honestly didn't think it worked as well as my old Hoover even though it cost more.
