We like the new one and its features, especially the self-cleaning tray. The tanks are small, however, and a thorough carpet cleaning will mean many, many trip to dump/refill as needed.

The only thing that I don't really like is that the dirty tank seems too small--having to empty it after just 3-4 passes-making it very time consuming. My old BISSELL had a bigger dirty tank.

This arrived quickly, was easy to put together and cleaned up beautifully after my dog. thanks so much. Haven't used all the cleaners I bought with it but so far so good!

I have two cats and they had multiple accidents on my carpet. I would immediately spot clean but could not reach deep down as it seeps through. The vacuum was able to lift up those old stains hidden on the bottom of the carpet. I like that the suction power is great so it doesn't leave dirty water in the carpet.

Well I was surprised at how surprised I was! This carpet cleaner will get your carpet cleaner!. No perfume smell, didn't need to pretreat stains at all.

The Crosswave is great for weekly maintenance of rugs and floors throughout the house. The SpoBot is a must have if you have pets, especially as they get older. I went thru two SpotBots over the years. I gave my ProHeat 2x Revolution to my son because he had a heavy beast of a carpet cleaner that didn't work near as well as the ProHeat 2x Revolution. He loves it. Now he can do stairs and upholstery. I immediately bought another Proheat 2x Revolution. I am a retired Mechanical Designer. I know quality when I use. You can't go wrong with any Bissell product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned all my bedrooms (wall to wall carpet with med-low pile), a large entry mat and an area rug. I found it easy to change the settings on the machine to handle different situations and it was easy to empty, refill and clean the machine at the end. When cleaning there was a lot of carpet fibres that the machine seems to have pulled from my carpets which was a bit alarming but also shows how powerful the brushes are. The cleaning solutions are a bit pricey but overall I am happy with the value, convenience and performance over a rental machine.

It was so easy to use.My carpets look brand new and today, I used the upholstery tools and cleaned my couch, recliner and all six dining room chairs! I am completely satisfied with my carpet cleaner! BTW, we have 4 dogs and you can't even tell we do! (We are still recovering from hurricane Ian. So, don't mind the edge of the carpet.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works great. Really gets the carpet clean. The only downside is the dirty water tank. It doesn't fill all the way up. So you have to empty it frequently. Like every 5 minutes frequently. My Hoover that broke on me held more dirty water than this. This machine replaced my Hoover. If wasn't for the small dirty water tank then my rating would have been a 5 stars.
