I cannot believe how much dog hair was embedded in my carpet, and this thing got all of it out, and did such an amazing job cleaning my carpets! I finally feel like my carpeted floors are clean!! You won't regret buying this item! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner was easy to assemble and the usage instructions easy to understand. I have used the cleaner once and am thoroughly satisfied with the results. It cleans better than the companies I used to hire. Spots are gone and the carpets smell fresh. The cleaner is easy to use and I was amazed at how much dirt was in the retrieval tank. I did have some trouble inserting the cleaner into the spout atop the clean water tank. I just unscrewed the cap and poured in the cleaner to the line indicated. No problem. The machine is easy to clean and does a great job. Use it twice and you are saving money over any commercial cleaning service. I wish I had bought one years ago.

In my opinion, this machine is better than any previous machine's of this type. The deep cleaning brushes actually scrub the carpet, vs. just having water sprayed on the carpet and then sucked back up. The added stain spray is a huge help. The downside is that it only sprays directly ahead of the machine. An improvement would be to allow us to direct the spray to where we want it to go. Perhaps with a hose / nozzle attachment vs. a stationary nozzle. Another downside to this machine is the "Pet Hose Attachment". The older machines had it already connected to the machine. But, this one doesn't, which means basically, that you can lose the attachments and hose. Plus, it makes using it clumsy. The longer hose is a huge help, but, the quality of the hose is flimsy and cheap. It can crack easily causing frequent replacements. The Instruction Booklet and Quick Start Guide have a lot to be desired. It's not user friendly. They talk of how easy it is to clean the machine, but, it lacks much needed pictures, and step by step instructions. Belt replacement? How to clean and / or replace the brushes? It's a guessing game. I strongly suggest that Bissell redo the Instruction Booklet and Mail an updated version to every consumer that purchased this machine. Assembling the machine could have been much easier with more explicit instructions. The picture of the assembled machine on the box helped me to put it together. I did notice that the sound of the machine changes when the lower tank gets filled. You have to empty it frequently to ensure that the machine will work at its best.

I just finished 2 days cleaning all my carpeting in my condo and I found the unit really light to handle and really easy to use. It appears to clean very well. I like that all the pieces come apart that enables cleaning of the cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a golden retriever and wanted a carpet cleaner that could handle deep cleaning our wall to wall carpets, area rugs, couch, and car upholstery. I've only used this once so far (carpets and couch) and was amazed at how well it worked by even just using the express clean feature. The two biggest reasons why I chose this model was because it appeared to be the easiest to clean the dirty water tank and could be multifunctional, as I mentioned. So far it is doing exactly what I had hoped for. Super easy to clean and store after use which, to me, means the design for this machine was well thought out with functionality for the user in mind. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is wonderful and the cleaning/storage tray works great. The suction is very good and scrubs nicely. A couple things that should have been designing into machine. 1) When the machine is in the UPRIGHT position (to use the remote cleaning options) the beater brushes should shut off and vacuum should stay on, The if you are using it and the power cord is under it, it will rub through the power cord and ruin it 2) The waste tank should be bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble, easy to use, and did a very good job on the carpet in our family room. Only negative as compared with any older Bissell machine is that I needed to empty water and refill the machine much more often than in the past. This caused me to go through much more of the cleaning solution than I have in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is WOW! This carpet cleaner is Amazing! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! The water tank is huge and can last through the entire carpet cleaning ! But the best part by far is that the whole thing snaps apart so you can clean it after, and whoever came up with the idea for the little cleaning tool is a genius! I have two cats and have shedding hair on my carpet that would clog my other carpet cleaner, and to clean it you needed a screwdriver and to unscrew the parts very time consuming and still there was debrie I couldn't reach. But this one is so easy to clean 15 minutes and it looks just like brand new! Now instead of dredding cleaning my carpets I enjoy it ! Thank you so much for a wonderful product !
