[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. I had been using an old carpet cleaner that I inherited 15 years ago. The difference is ridiculous! I used my new Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution on the same carpet that I had cleaned a week before and it took me 10 minutes to clean a room that had taken me over an hour with the old machine. I was able to finish the whole room on one tank of water whereas with the old machine I had to dump it 8 times. But the kicker is how clean the carpets are now. They look new and they are 18 years old. I am thrilled with this purchase. A very reasonable cost for a great, light weight carpet cleaner.

Granted, I have a sensitive sense of smell, but after going over the areas several times, I feel like I can still smell odors. Perhaps this vacuum's suction isn't strong enough to reach the carpet padding, but that would make a huge difference with stubborn odors. It also could leave areas, such as where the wall meets the carpet, fairly damp. Per recommendations via You Tube, I put weight on the brush roller for better suction, but the areas stayed pretty damp. I ended up blotting the wettest areas towels. This carpet cleaner helps, but I wish it had better suction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pro Pet cleaner does an excellent job making your carpets look brand new. The 1 gallon water/solution tank is large enough to clean a bedroom. The only negative with this machine is the waste water capacity is about half of the water/solution tank. Other then that it's top notch.

My carpet looks cleaner than it has in a long time. The Clean shot feature works amazing for spots a regular pass doesn't pick up fully. Love the additions to keep the rug cleaner clean and free from clogging with pet fur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't cleaned our carpet in years so the condition was pretty bad, but this carpet cleaner was the best investment we made! This product works very very well and I absolutely love the outcome and would totally recommend this product to my friends and family! BUT the only downfall is that I need to refill the water tank and dispose of the dirty water multiple times to finish cleaning the whole living room area. However the outcome is so great that I don't mind the multiple trips, and I understand that for the size of the product, the water tank is as big as it can get.

I wish that I had bought this before I got my first cleaner. The first time that I used this in my loving room carpet, I couldn't believe what a great job it did. There was stains on the carpets from when we moved in 4 years ago and there was nothing that would take them out. I used this cleaner and the second pass it was gone. I really like this machine a lot and you will too. I especially like the dual brush system. I have ordered the bare floor attachment, so now I want to see how dirty my floors really are. That you Bissell for a great machine.

I have several dogs and grand kids always needing a quick clean up. This one is easy and quick to clean up after each use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best purchase I have made for a home appliance. I have a couch from Pier 1 that I was willing to give away for free to whomever wanted it. I hated it. It looked so dirty but we hadn't found anything we liked enough to replace it. I thought I'd purchase this machine to clean our carpets but started with this couch. After cleaning one couch cushion, I knew I made the right decision. This couch looks brand new. Our house looks better, smells great, and feels better. So thankful for this purchase.

I have 3 puppies and it cleaned up their messes incredibly easily... machine is so easy to use and does a fantastic job!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Absolutely love everything about this machine EXCEPT how small the water tanks are. I do wish the clean and dirty tanks held more. That is literally my only complaint so far. My old machine was 7 yrs old before I finally had to replace it. I have really high hopes for this one.
