[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been able to remove stains that other steamers could not get up. This brought a smile to my face. I was able to get rid of the small throw rugs that was hiding the stains. I am having difficulty with the small cleaner for tight corners and furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used it one time and I know it was working well because that water was so dirty. It is easy to use and very portable. The only downside is that the water tank only hold a gallon of water so you will need to refill and empty more frequently, but I think that is a fair trade off for a machine that is so easy to maneuver and push around.

I bought this because the carpeting was getting a little dingy & dirty and the local carpet cleaning services where short handed. After receiving and assembling (which was easy, all click on and one screw for part of the cord management), I tried it in a hallway and the difference is like night and day. During the past weekend (12/5 and 12/6/2020), I used it in a couple bedrooms with heavy staining (mostly from dirt/dust buildup) and it made a HUGE difference, best purchase I've ever made. And the nice thing about it is it makes less noise than an upright canister vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 4 dogs and 3 cats, so this is a must have. I wanted a high quality carpet cleaner that was affordable and wouldnt break easily. Glad I went with this product. Even using straight water on high traffic areas gets so much dirt out of the carpet. I had some old stains it did a good job on though they didn't completely disappear. I am confident that it would get fresh stains out 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 5 cats and 1 dog in the house so it can be a bit of a mess. The proheat revolution does an amazing job at erasing the pet stains. I highly recommend. Only con is the size of the water tank; you will be refilling often for a large house. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we bought the revolution scrubber we fell in love with the power the machine has. We cleaned the carpet for different friends and family members and they were amazed how well our machine cleaned their carpet. One of these carpets was thirty years old and it made it look new again without any spot treatment. The people who saw how this machine cleaned were also amazed at the affordable price of the machine. The machine is well worth the price we paid for it. The machine works better than what the so-called professional carpet cleaners use. I would definitely purchase this machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished using for the first time and couldn't be more impressed. Lightweight and easy to use. Filling and cleaning of tanks are fast and easy. Will definitely recommend to anyone who has carpeting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brush belt broke on my initial use. Kinda my own fault since I was going over a damaged area of carpet, and it got pulled into the machine. Order the belt online that I thought was correct, only to receive it a week later, and find out it's the wrong belt. Just ordered the other belt that comes with this machine, so hopefully it will be the right size that I am looking for. Vacuum suction isn't as good as a previous shampooer I had. Seems to leave over half of the water in the carpet.

The Proheat Rev works great on regular carpets. However, if there is fringe on the carpet it will cause the motor to fail. It may even first damage the fringe while burning out the motor. Bissell was very helpful in replacing my machine for which I was grateful. The machine is also not recommended by me for a long fiber type rug no matter how low the pile is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this hoping it would be better than our old spot shampooer for dog urine on a rug. It definitely puts out a ton of water and pulls up more water than our last shampooer. Unfortunately, the rug still smells like urine. I tried several different formulas in the tank but nothing helped. I'll have to power wash it I think. Might be a good vacuum for other messes but didn't get the smell out for us.
