Our house recently adopted a dog, an almost 3 years old mixed breed that was in and out of fosters her entire life. Now let me say, she's by far the sweetest dog and someone has put some time in to train her. However accidents do happen, and hand cleaning carpets is maddening to say the least. This machine not only cleans the carpets like magic, but the antibacterial solution that came as a sample worked way better then expected. After my carpets are now back to new, stains completely gone, and a fresh light clean smell after a dry cycle.

I Recommend to anyone who is first time carpet cleaner. This clean my rugs great. They look outstanding. Great product to assemble, easy to use and handle. Definetly user friendly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how easy this is to use and clean. The carpets are noticeably fresher and brighter after a deep cleaning. I'm taking away a star because the clean water/solution tank is a beast to fill with the solution. Like, this should come with a funnel. Other than the skill of learning how to pour the expensive cleaning product into that tank, anyone can learn to use and maintain this cleaner with no problem whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great machine! Easy to assemble, very light weight and boy did it clean my carpet, area rug and stairs to perfection! Easy to remove water and waste water tanks. Hose is long enough to minimize the need to move the machine. Suction is remarkable which I guess accounts for the noise of the machine. So happy with this product!

I always use the strongest setting to clean my floor. the self cleaning feature helps a lot and it leaves it smelling amazing. I love BISSELL products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a magnificent carpet and bare floor scrubber. The machine is very easy to use and did a great job cleaning my carpet and hard surface flooring. The bare surface tool to many is hard to figure out how to install. I was fortunate to figure out the installation. Bissiell is receiving many negative reviews because the instruction to many is not clear. I would strongly recommend that Bissill issue better instruction with pictures to everyone that has purchased this machine. Before I retired, I was involved for 45 years teaching maintenance people how to use different carpet and floor equipment. The reason I was able to figure out how to attach the bare floor tool. Thanks for manufacturing a tool for carpet and floor cleaning for home owners.

Was easy to use and clean, especially being able to get to the brushes for cleaning. Like the fact it keeps water hot and all the accessories included. Would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am really impressed with this cleaner. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. It does a really good job. The one drawback that I found was how quickly it uses the water reservoir when is deep clean mode. The dirty water tank also fills up quickly. Other than that I am glad that I bought it. Hopefully it will continue to impress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Left the rug beautifully cleaned. I started moving it too slowly and ended up with too much water in the rug. I did more passes to suck up the water. Then got the hang of it. I'm going to enjoy the spot remover capability but haven't used it yet. I had a Hoover rug cleaner but the brush motor rusted and could not be replaced. This machine is better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product very easy to use. It does leave your carpet pretty wet. Just have to go over it a little more than usual. But other than that it's a good product. It cleaned my carpet way better than the other carpet cleaners I've tried in the past.
