Not caused by the weight of the machine, but by the effort of using it. Very happy with the deep cleaning. We'll see how the less intensive settings work in the future.

She does excellent on 1 thing and choose her way on the other. I still love her more and more each day. So I needed something that could handle the load and this is it. The cleaning and suction of the machine is awesome. I am very satisfied with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first ProHeat 2X was an outstanding machine and it lasted for 10 years, I loved it. The only reason why I purchased a new one is because Bissell no longer carried the parts for it. I had the opportunity to use the new one a few days after I bought it and WOW!!! It's lighter to handle, easy to use, powerful water suction to allow for faster drying... My first ProHeat was big bulky and at times awkward to use, non the less; I still loved it, but I like my new one better!!! The only downside is, there is no place on the body for your attachments, they provide a mesh bag to store your hose and attachments. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

We have a 2800 sq. Ft. Home & are having to stop and dump it repeatedly. Very frustrating & time consuming.

It is also much easier to clean up after using. I don't like the Express clean, because it doesn't seem to put out much cleaner or pick it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just ordered and received Bissell ProHeat2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner last of Oct. It came when it was promised in very good condition. We have all ready used it and love it. We have very old carpeting and it really made our carpet look good. We don't have any pets but are thinking about getting a dog in the near future. Our daughter has a Pet Pro and she really really likes hers.. We used hers before we bought and was sold immediately.

I have several dogs and grand kids always needing a quick clean up. This one is easy and quick to clean up after each use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this carpet cleaner to clean all of my carpets. The pet accidents and traffic patterns definitely needed serious attention. Oh my gosh! The transformation was amazing! The machine was easy to handle as were the tanks. The only con was if the return tank got too dirty it would stop suction.
