The cleaner worked great and dried in 30 min. It didn't overload water on my hardwood floors and was easy to handle. I'm very happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing carpet cleaner. I am very, very impressed. We had a urine pet stain on our carpet that was 6 months old. I had tried 2 other carpet cleaners (a handled one and an upright model) and neither of them worked to get the stain completely out. I used the ProHeat 2x Revolution's jet stream feature to saturate the 6 month old stain and it came right up! I was shocked! I thought the stain was a lost cause. I then used it on our area rugs and it was amazing the amount of dirt it picked up. Quite satisfying. The colors of our rug haven't looked this bright since we first purchased it. I also really appreciate how easy it is to clean the parts of the machine that suck up the dirt/water by the rollers. The pieces just pop off when you press the buttons and you can just run them under the water to clean out any residual dirt. Really happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does an excellent job and is much easier to handle than my old Bissell. The water tank is so easy to fill and the spot sprayer is very convienent! I love it and also appreciate everything Bissell does to help homeless animals. Thanks for entering me in the sweepstakes.!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Pet Pro the day after I got it. I watched a few videos and read provided instructions before attempting to clean the rug. I did clean a couple of spots more than once, I guess they were extra dirty, and I also ran the machine, using only clean hot water, over the areas I had previously cleaned, because I had used too much cleaning solution, on a few of the areas. The easy fill system for getting the cleaner into the hot water tank didn't work well for me, and I spilled cleaner on the floor. Maybe I'll try that again next time and will be successful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 40 cats and one dog in my house, I thought my carpet was cleaned until I used this amazing carpet cleaner. It gets dirt I didn't think was there. It works in my house and it will always work in yours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great - at least as good as or better than the professionals. Easy to use. Floors and couch were completely dry in less than 8 hours. Best of all, it didn't hurt my back to use it. I would give it a. 5 star review but I have only used it once so far! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have a golden retriever puppy with giardia and other digestive issues, so it's important to keep my home as clean as possible. It's been a lifesaver, since my home is all carpet. I use it with the antibacterial formula to clean her messes. I like that it dries quickly. It also works great on food stains. My puppy toppled over an entire burrito on my floor and couch - tough bright red stains. I used the carpet cleaner and upholstery attachment and it all came out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ProHeat 2x Revolution Let Pro Carpet Cleaner is awesome. It's easy to use and clean-up was a breeze. With 3 grandchildren and the craft projects they like to do at grandma's, it gets a little bit messy! With my new carpet cleaner, I can clean my carpets right after they've finished.

Easy to use! Deep cleans! Used to get old urine smell out of carpet so we didn't have to buy new carpet. I just wish the tank where the dirty water goes was bigger. It fills up quick on deep clean setting. Overall we are very happy with it! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is wonderful and the cleaning/storage tray works great. The suction is very good and scrubs nicely. A couple things that should have been designing into machine. 1) When the machine is in the UPRIGHT position (to use the remote cleaning options) the beater brushes should shut off and vacuum should stay on, The if you are using it and the power cord is under it, it will rub through the power cord and ruin it 2) The waste tank should be bigger
