Amazing, I'm so impressed. So happy I bought a new one, same brand as my old one. I'm a big fan of Bissell cleaning products. I have 4 dogs 2 labs, a beagle and pug mix, I know dirty carpets. I would recommend this machine to anyone.

Many of the stains could still be seen after regular cleaning In just one cleaning at the Express settings our carpets were like new. Not one stain remained I would give it a 5 star but I think they should have included the hard floor cleaner with the unit. Cleaning is 5 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older model Bissell that I have bee using for years. This new ProHeat2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus is a nice upgrade! It's quieter, lighter and a lot more powerful. It's way easier to clean too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Bissell folks, Extremely pleased with the first use results for the ProHeat 2X! With some initial vacuuming and pre-treatment I was able to clean the main and upper floor carpets with ease and was very impressed with the results. I knew the berber carpet downstairs would be a bigger challenge (hmmm...teenage birthday parties....) and again I was suitably impressed with the way the ProHeat 2X managed even the worst of these old stains!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my new Bissell pet pro carpet shampooer it is the best one that I have ever used and is 100 times better than the old Hoover I had, I vacuumed with my Dyson before I Started shampooing and my Dyson is very thorough I thought, look how much hair the Bissell removed after I vacuumed, The other thing I like about the Bissell is it comes completely apart and is very easy to clean well thought out Bissell thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After adopting an untrained intact male dog I was afraid I'd be forever cursed with that leftover disgusting urine smell. I used this not only on the carpet but the tile and I LOVE it! I even use it in the bathroom after the baby makes a mess with bath time. It's been easy to clean and assemble the accessories. I used the upholstery cleaner and it was great. The only complaint I would have is the cord...I wish it was retractable bc sometimes you don't want the cord dragging in the mess.

My brother gave me his old bissell carpet cleaner more than twelve years ago, but I could not use it efficiently anymore because the sprayer mechanism is broken and parts were no longer available. About four years ago I bought a bissell spot bot that saved my sanity when I was nursing two of my four legged children and did not even think of any other brand when I knew it was time to purchase a new carpet cleaner and I was no longer satisfied with the carpet cleaning company that I used for several years. I used the old machine one more time and that's when I decided it was time to purchase a new machine. THANK YOU! BISSELL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner did a great job getting years of dirt out of the carpet and making it look more like new and fresh again. Very easy to use and to clean. My carpet dried in an afternoon. I have used several other carpet cleaners from rentals to store bought and none of them dried this quickly. They were all much harder to clean. This one did make a small mess around the cleaning/storage tray when I cleaned it. It was setting on a tile floor and very easy to clean up the little bit of water and dirt it left on the floor around it. No complaints about this little bit of mess, just saying to make sure you are on a hard surface floor when you clean the machine.
