The machine come with all the tools to keep it clean and functioning properly. I would recommend this product to anyone with pets and carpets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to clean. It took me about 5 mins to take all the dirty parts off after using it, rinse them out and lay out to dry. I was also surprised how well it cleaned. We did a pass with our old carpet washer then a second pass with this one and pulled out a lot of dirt!! I just wish the stair accessory wasn't so pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd ProHeat 2X. I used the ProHeat 2X Revolution Carpet Cleaner to shampoo all my carpeting. It had excellent suction to extract all the dirty solution. I used the hose and attachments for the steps. The suction was not as good as the floor suction. The spray shot worked ok but took awhile to learn how to line it up to the dirty spot. It was easy to clean the machine. Overall, I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product to clean up after pet messes and renew old carpet in lieu of replacing it. The assembly was easy. Works quite well to remove dirt, even old stains. We did use the dedicated Bissell solution with it and added the OXY boost that came with the unit. It's a bit heavy when filled with water so my husband has been moving it from floor to floor for me. The really deep ground in messes will take a few round to get all stains but my carpets are really really bad - 3 little kids + 2 dogs and a messy husband! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean up our dog's accidents on our carpet. Granted, I have a sensitive sense of smell, but after going over the areas several times, I feel like I can still smell odors. Perhaps this vacuum's suction isn't strong enough to reach the carpet padding, but that would make a huge difference with stubborn odors. It also could leave areas, such as where the wall meets the carpet, fairly damp. Per recommendations via You Tube, I put weight on the brush roller for better suction, but the areas stayed pretty damp. I ended up blotting the wettest areas towels. This carpet cleaner helps, but I wish it had better suction.

The cleaner is effective and works well. We have seen results even on the worst areas of carpets. The attachment for smaller areas - stairs, etc - is extremely effective, and I have used this on smaller areas and area rugs to positive effect. The cleaner, used with the clean solutions, and the pre-treatment spray work well in combination, and we have carpets that looked worn and grubby looking good again.

The clean water container and the dirty water container are very easy to fill and dump! a big improvement over the last carpet cleaner we owned. It is also much lighter and easier to move than our last carpet cleaner. We are very happy with it! We have 3 cats and it did a great job cleaning our carpet. Thank you.

The transformation was amazing! The machine was easy to handle as were the tanks. The only con was if the return tank got too dirty it would stop suction.
