[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm truly amazed at how good the carpet cleaner works. In the course of three weeks I had two very ill adult dogs and a puppy in house, after using the Bissell revolution pro heat carpet cleaner, you cannot tell that our dogs had problems.

We have creamed colored carpet in only two rooms of our house - the rest is tiled - and a Chocolate Lab who loves to rub and roll on the carpet after he has eaten. He also takes an occasional nap in those rooms. He doesn't have "accidents" in the house. What I needed to clean from the carpet was the dirt and oil that had accumulated from his coat. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner and the Pet Stain Formula kit did the job. Looks like new carpet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product with the professional pet urine eliminator +Oxy and were amazed at how wonderfully it worked. Old carpets looked new again and there was a fresh clean scent gone was the stale urine and old dog scent.

I had just shampooed with a rental from the grocery store before the holidays . I was amazed at amount of soil in the dirty water tank that the previous cleaner had missed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a repeat Bissell customer, and an OCD carpet shampooer. I used my older and less expensive bissell shampooer approximately every 1-2 weeks and decided to upgrade to something to keep up with our large family (4 kids, 3 animals)... which lead to this purchase. I'm amazed at the difference in only a few swipes on our carpet in the "max" mode! A visible difference.. just like the commercials! I was so thrilled with my new purchase (I felt like a kid at Christmas) that I offered to clean a family member's carpets...for fun. Even with no pretreatment, you can see that the difference is incredible! My only complaints are that the basins for clean and dirty water need to be refilled and emptied very often in max mode, there is no bar to help carry the shampooer up and down steps like my other Bissell shampooer, and I wish the handheld upholstery attachment had as great of suction and cleaning abilities as the main carpet part. This makes it hard to get the carpet edges (by baseboards) to match the rest of the carpets. I still am pleased though and recommend this model to everyone.

Would still be using it but it was destroyed during our move from WA state to FL. I am looking forward to the same outstanding cleaning with our new one.

I have three large dogs so I am cleaning my area rugs every two weeks because they love to play outside and bring the outdoors in. It keeps my rugs smelling fresh and clean. Of course I use the upholstery cleaner because they just can't help make themselves comfortable on the couch.

I have had many others in the past, this one by far the best.. light enough to move around when empty, but when full of cleaning solution it adds weight so the weight allows carpet cleaner to give a deeper clean of carpet and allows more dirty water to be lifted off for a much quicker dry time.
