Our Hoover cleaner broke after ten years of use, so we searched for a new unit and decided to try Bissell, the first time I used this unit I was utter impressed, I thought my carpets were clean until I used my new cleaner and saw all of the dirt that this unit extracted. This unit exceeds my expectations

I used the deep cleaning setting and my carpet was dry and 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it looks brand new and that's after just having moved in and had movers tracking dirt all through the hallways . I have also used a quick clean mode and it to did a wonderful job cleaning and was dry in less than an hour I now have no excuses for not keeping my carpets clean as a whistle . It is extremely simple to disassemble and keep all of the different parts clean and ready for the next use. It is also lightweight and very easy to move from place to place . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase the Model 22837 to clean the rugs since we have 2 adult cats which shed hair and from time to time throw up hair ball, etc.. The Carpet Cleaner ProHeat 2x worked very well after following the instructions. The rug looks very clean and brightened the colors on the rug. Also tried it on ceramic tiles, it was clean and dried in maybe in couple of minutes.

We own 2 big dogs that love to run the property and then bring the dirt and mud from rain and snow into the house. It is a full-time job to keep our house clean! Even though we bought stain master carpeting, I truly thought we were going to have to replace it after this last winter. It was SO bad despite regular spot cleaning and constant vacuuming This Bissell made the carpeting look brand new again, and did so ONLY using water in the machine. OMG! My only regret is that I didn't take a "before" picture so you could be amazed too at the filth my new Bissell cleaned up! The "after" results were phenomenal! This carpet cleaner not only delivers but the parts are easily removed to be cleaned and stored to await the next use. This carpet cleaner does what it say it will do! Wish I'd purchased it sooner!!! This one is lighter, but also does a FANTASTIC job...just smaller tank capacity...need to empty more often, I also bought a hard floor cleaning attachment. It also does an EXCELLENT job on tile floors...sure beats "hands, knees and buckets." This was the best birthday present I ever bought myself!
