I was able to clean up lingering musty carpet smell and lingering pet oder from my bedrooms, rug, and door mats. They all look brand new adter using this product along with the bissel pet sanitizing bundle. I absolutely love it. Works better than the hoover brand upright carpet cleaner I used before buying this product.

We cleaned the carpet for different friends and family members and they were amazed how well our machine cleaned their carpet. One of these carpets was thirty years old and it made it look new again without any spot treatment. The people who saw how this machine cleaned were also amazed at the affordable price of the machine. The machine is well worth the price we paid for it. The machine works better than what the so-called professional carpet cleaners use. I would definitely purchase this machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly used it to clean years of dirt on our carpet and stairs. Came with a set of tools for both purposes. Did not use the squirt feature much. Instead filled a squirt bottle with the same detergent mixture. Much easier to aim. Haven't used it yet on all our carpets but will once outside temps keep me inside.

I was very impressed that I only had to fill up the container one time to do 2 rooms. My old cleaner wasnt working that good so I had to fine another one. It's been a while since I got to clean my carpet with having a total of 4 dogs but 2 at one time over the years so u know how it could look . This new cleaner picked up dark spots that I didnt think it would ever get cleaned but it did. I truly love this cleaner and cant wait to us it again. My carpet hasnt looked this good in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE your carpet cleaner. We have 2 Greyhounds and also foster Greys. Our foster Paint has a tendency to pee when he gets excited. We put together the carpet cleaner (which was extremely easy to do) and had to use it the next day. Paint had not only peed, he also pooed. With our previous carpet cleaner (Hoover), we would have to go over the poo stain many times before it was kinda clean. We were prepared to do the same thing with the Bissell and was AMAZED everything came up with the first pass!! We used the Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial cleaner and love it also! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this since my old ProHeat wore out. I rea.lly worked it to death. I can't tell if the beater brushes are going like the old one did. It doesn't seem to have as much suction as my last one. The stream putting the solvent out doesn't put out as much as the old one

I had my last bissell for 8 years and had to leave it in the move across country. The last bissell only ever needed the hose and some parts fixed on it. So I have high expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cleaner to clean a very dirty carpet that had not been cleaned in over 9 years. My older cleaner would not get all the dirt and stains out of the carpet. This cleaner got everything with just a couple passes. Carpet looks new again. Cleaning the machine is also very easy. When I took the cleaner out of the box a plastic part near the rollers was broken. I went online and using the chat option I had a free replacement part coming within a few minutes. It arrived a couple days later. An excellent cleaner coupled with excellent support means I will be buying more from BISSELL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 babies under 2 and a small dog. This is a quick and easy way for me to help clean up the bigger messes in my home! I love the extra attachments and cleaning tray that come with this bundle. This machine exceeded my expectations when it came to cleaning stains! I used this on my carpeted living room that had some hard to release stains and it actually pulled up hair of the previous owner's long haired dog from the carpet!!! I also use it on my microfiber couch (it's very tedious to get all water out and takes a long time to do upholstery.) I find that the regular upholstery tool works way better at getting water out of the couch. The 2-in-1 dog hair tool doesn't work as well, but my dog is extremely short haired and doesn't shed much. (Boston Terrier) I find the cleaning and storage tray is an amazing addition to the accessories for this machine, but it did leak water onto the floor when I followed the instructions. My fix is going to be putting less water than what is recommended for the tray.

Having the water heated seemed to have helped with pulling the dirt off the carpet. I do feel like the suction could me stronger. The carpet was left a little wetter than I would of liked. Overall, the carpet cleaner was great and left my carpet smelling fresh.
