The ProHeat Revolution performs as well in cleaning the carpet and has incorporated improved functionality in cleaning the various containers and suction parts of the machine.

I used this on my rugs-even the ones that weren't soiled by the dog, and it did a great job and dries fast. I am sensitive to chemical smells and the solutions that came with the unit don't bother me. The only thing that I did t like was how the lint from the carpet got sucked into the machine and I had to pick it out several times during use but I believe that will decrease over time as the main rug is fairly new.

I used the deep clean when I first got it and have used the quick clean as well and it all works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By far, the best product I've bought! I've used other brands of shampooers and nothing compares to the ease and effectiveness of this one! I have long hair and four animals (two German Shepherds and two cats which are a long and short hair). This machine allows for easy disassembling to make sure you can clean brushes and parts of the machine without having to get the directions out every time you do so. The stain shot on the side of the carpet cleaner is the smartest thing I've ever seen! I can't tell you how many times I've tried to "soak" a stain and taking a guess rather than being able to be on target and using only the amount of cleaner I need for treating. The size of this things makes my life way easier without the hassle of it weighing an obscene weight for easy transportation and quicker time to complete my tasks.

Bissell has made it so easy to clean up after use; simply pop up the latch and push two buttons to do a easy thorough clean up. As always the machines do a fantastic job cleaning carpets - better than the "pros" by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine was not new, it has a big fat plug that hadn't been cleaned before sending it to me. Overall it worked well. I had to refill the tank 1+ times per room in the intermediate setting. The hand-held device is not great, leaves a ton of moisture behind, otherwise it would get 5 stars (and that plug thing...)
