[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best carpet cleaners that I have used. Hose attachment makes nothing off limits. One sets it apart from others I have used is the easy A accessible bristle rollers along with a pet hair "comb" that pulls the hair from the bristles.

I also love that it comes apart so easily just for you to clean it. The only problem I have so far is that when you add the solution it mixs directly with the water. It'd be best to have both separate so you can clean the carpet after with just water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best carpet cleaner!! Over the years over owned everything from the pro rug doctor to smaller BISSELL's. And have rented the large BISSELL from the store. This one out performs them all ! We just moved into a new home and I just knew the stains on the light Berber carpet were very set in. One time with this machine and they were all gone!!

Borrowed a friends bissell for a spot on my carpet a few days after using a rug doctor that didn't remove it , the bissell took the spot out and I couldn't believe the xtra dirt it removed from the carpet. That sold me , purchased the bissell and am very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great improvement to my older Bissel carpet cleaner. The other one I owned lasted over 10 years but was very bulky and I did not use it as much. I recently purchased this one and I am happy with the ease of cleaning it after use, the lightweight and mostly how powerful it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordering online is easy - I did have one small issue.... called and all was resolved easily and quickly. The package arrived ahead of time and I received regular updates - The update was my package was delayed, but I still received it a day early - Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to clean a house for an invalid client who cannot let his dog out very often.Consequently, the dog soils the carpet so bad that I have to shampoo the carpet every week. I used a Bissell Pro Heat Pet until it broke. I am delighted with the performance of this new shampooer! It does a terrific job! I'm so glad that the old one had to be replaced.

She tends to leave little gifts now and then. She has been a great friend, protector and character for a long time and I consider it an honor cleaning up after her.The ProHeat 2X Cleaner makes it that much easier. I like buying Bissell because I love animals. I encourage my friends to buy your product, too.
