[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using Bissell pet products for 20 years and this new machine has surpassed our expectations! We still have the previous pet model and will pass it along to a family member with yet another recommendation for the proheat2x

On my first attempt at cleaning a dirty x 2 years carpet with stains, this machine took them all (including a nasty cat diarrhea stain!) out.....the only problem I have is that the product for deodorizing the rug did not last.....it was pleasant at first, but then the smell of cat urine returned. I believe it must be the padding, but thought the product would be strong enough to neutralize it better. Overall, I am very pleased with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing. The floors feel so clean now, it leaves little dog/cat hair balls around that you have to pick up here and there but WHO CARES! Take care of it like a machine and it will last you a while. Maintenance is key!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best carpet cleaners that I have used. Hose attachment makes nothing off limits. One sets it apart from others I have used is the easy A accessible bristle rollers along with a pet hair "comb" that pulls the hair from the bristles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is overall a good cleaning vacuum compared to my Hoover one. It dries/cleans up the carpet pretty well. I also love that it comes apart so easily just for you to clean it. The only problem I have so far is that when you add the solution it mixs directly with the water. It'd be best to have both separate so you can clean the carpet after with just water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a carpet cleaner., But I heard good things about what Bissell was selling..........I opened it when I got it and tried it out......I figured it should work ok........well, it works GREAT!!!!!!!,........I could not be happier with this carpet cleaner....its amazing..........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Purchased it to use on home carpet and upholstery that is exposed to toddlers and pets. It is bulky, but fairly light for the size. Would be nice if attachment had rotating brush. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best carpet cleaner!! Over the years over owned everything from the pro rug doctor to smaller BISSELL's. And have rented the large BISSELL from the store. This one out performs them all ! We just moved into a new home and I just knew the stains on the light Berber carpet were very set in. One time with this machine and they were all gone!!

Borrowed a friends bissell for a spot on my carpet a few days after using a rug doctor that didn't remove it , the bissell took the spot out and I couldn't believe the xtra dirt it removed from the carpet. That sold me , purchased the bissell and am very happy with it.
