Nothing cleans up a carpet like these machines. Now this one is even better than my last one i gave away when i moved. No room. Between this and my Crosswave this company has me covered. She tends to leave little gifts now and then.She has been a great friend,protector and character for a long time and I consider it an honor cleaning up after her.The ProHeat 2X Cleaner makes it that much easier. I moved into a new place and needed something to make sure the carpet wasn't disgusting and this showed me that my worst fears were true! After doing an express clean, my carpets feel brand new lol!!

From my very first home 25 years ago, i have owned several different appliances from them and have loved each one. My daughter began reacting to our new puppies in an allergic way and I was at my wits end. Nothing worked, not filters,not medicine, not any other ways I tried to eliminate them, she still continued to sneeze everyday upon waking. The worst starter when she began to get bloody noses from the severity of her allergies. Everyday until I received my new Bissell! What a game changer! The Bissell dug down deep where other products had not even touched! Her allergies subsided within about a week of using my new Bissell. I can't even believe the difference! It got down to hair left from the previous owners dog that I didn't even know was there! When you think of Bissell, don't just think of vacuums, think of Bissell as a part of your family, I do.

I purchased my Bissell ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro and even though it was not my regularly scheduled time to clean, I did it anyway. I am tremendously amazed. We have lived in our home for nearly 20 years and I do my carpets 3-4 times a year. This unit removed stains that have been around possibly longer than we have been in our home. I am shocked, excited, and extremely satisfied with this purchase. I know it is the unit as I have always used the Bissell solution in my Hooves. I read many reviews complaining of water left behind. Be patient and don't rush it. It only took a couple hours to dry (without using fans) and I am used to 8-10 hours with many fans so that is a huge bonus to me. It came apart easily for cleaning. I highly recommend this product to anyone, even those without pets.

With other machines I would have to go over the carpet several times to get it clean but with this one I only have to go over it a couple times and voila! The two brush rollers are to thank for that! I would recommend this machine to any and everyone!
