[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have not found anything I don't like about this product. It makes your carpets look brand new and fluffy again. It's surprising how much dirt this cleaner gets out of your carpets even if they don't look dirty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have white carpet and a black indoor out door dog..... what was I thinking??? You can imagine my amazement when my carpet in now thanks ti my bissell carpet cleaner. Worked better than the professional guys. Dried faster and is much whiter than when the professionals did it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this machine. This is my 3 rd machine. With 3 rescue pups I usually clean the carpet every 2 weeks. I have an original machine (orange machine) and the improvements in this are awesome. Easy to clean and great features. Do not hesitate to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It met my expectations. The drawback is the capacity. It has to be emptied and refilled often when in deep clean mode vs rental types. The convenience of having your own to use when you want outweighs that IMO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for the cleaning of my carpets. I also have the small Bissel for spot cleaning when we got our dog. It did a great job and I thought I could get this cleaner for the whole carpet cleaning. It does a wonderful job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This us a great product and is the 2ns one i own....frist one lasted 15 years. The new one is great too. Didn't know i had that much dirt in the carpet from 2 dogs and 3 cats. This is thebonlt carpet cleaner i will buy and own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 3 big dogs in my house, my living room carpet was filthy! I tried cleaning it with my very expensive cleaner that I purchased from a door-to-door salesman, with very little success. After my sister bought a Bissell, and showed me the results, I had to get it. I am beyond satisfied and would encourage anyone with pets, to invest in this carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly used to clean cat messes. NO machine cleans beef gravy cat food barf stain no matter the advertising. The original Proheat Complete Pet 2x was a tank. Lasted 20 years before the brush motor burned out. Hope this is as well built. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meh, I wish it cleaned a little deeper honestly. I guess it does what its supposed to just nothing earth shattering. Honestly figuring it out was probably a challenge. I wish they had a video tutorial to teach you the proper way to use it. I over filled the collection station apparently and when I pulled it to dump it 80% of what I sucked up went right back onto the floor. It was even a different floor because I rolled the item into my kitchen to dump in the drain. So I got to take all the gross water off my carpets and then drain it all over my kitchen floor because I didn't know. Its not your fault I think I would have just liked to have seen a better quick start guide to avoid that pitfall. l will usually read those and then go to work. I dont dive into details unless their is a challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have use this only a handful if times but it's been wonderful. I was able to clean up lingering musty carpet smell and lingering pet oder from my bedrooms, rug, and door mats. They all look brand new adter using this product along with the bissel pet sanitizing bundle. I absolutely love it. Works better than the hoover brand upright carpet cleaner I used before buying this product.
