[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First carpet cleaning I have owned. Rented a machine years ago and spent a week with a sprained back. Not caused by the weight of the machine, but by the effort of using it. Very happy with the deep cleaning. We'll see how the less intensive settings work in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! My dog had a ton of accidents unfortunately no longer with us but,I assumed we would need to replace the carpet as he was unable to hold the bladder towards the end.Amazing job!I have limited range of motion and had no trouble using this machine

i have had this shampoo cleaner for awhile so i do not have the box for it any more. it does not work like it said it is supposed to the handel falls off of it when i try to use it and i cannot get the solution does not go onto the carpet and so nothing goes in the dirty intake container. i have other bissell machines before but this one i do not like. so since its been awhile i know i cant get my money back i would like another machine this one had good reviews and i have 4 small dogs and i live in apartment building and my landlord comes in pretty regular and she will throw me out if i can not get the machine to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog and used this cleaner on all my carpets in the house. What a difference and was surprised how dirty the water was when I was done. It did such a great job, I did the carpets in both cars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. We have two 7 year old Bassett Hounds that track in mud and shed plenty of hair on Berber carpet. Very much Like how you can visually see it sucking up the grime. As for dislikes, I would like to have a lifting handle on the front of the unit between the upper and lower tanks to make it easier to lift over the dog door threshold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best carpet cleaner I have used. And I have dogs who are old, so accidents happen. Or they are too lazy. Either way, I love this Bissell! Cleaning the rollbrush is easy as pushing a button. Any fur gets spit into the cleaning tray. Your designers/developers knocked it out on this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this carpet cleaner is the best cleaner out on the market. i had black paint on white carpet and it took it away with no hassel!!! red hair dye i thought was going to be in my carpet forever until i jsed carpet cleaner!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a rental. The carpets in the bedrooms are off white (who would do that ?) Anyway after using my new Bissell I was extremely satisfied. Just one cleaning and the carpets look sooooooo much cleaner. I am pleased with this purchase !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving out of a condo and thought it would make more sense to buy a carpet cleaner than to hire someone, that way its always there when you need one. Over all construction is solid, does not feel cheaply made (owned a cheaper carpet cleaner in the past). It does what the company advertises, carpets will be a bit damp after cleaning but that is to be expected. Make sure you vacuum good before hand as not to clog up the brush with hair and lint (worn out carpet fibers), it makes the process a whole lot easier. I would say that Bissell did a good job balancing between weight and mobility with this unit, definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this business for my detailing business. Love the ability this product has for large carpet areas and smaller spaces. Definitely would purchase this again. Whether you have pets or not, if you're in the market for a steam cleaner Bissell's ProHeat Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is the way to go.
