[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. I had been using an old carpet cleaner that I inherited 15 years ago. The difference is ridiculous! I used my new Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution on the same carpet that I had cleaned a week before and it took me 10 minutes to clean a room that had taken me over an hour with the old machine. I was able to finish the whole room on one tank of water whereas with the old machine I had to dump it 8 times. But the kicker is how clean the carpets are now. They look new and they are 18 years old. I am thrilled with this purchase. A very reasonable cost for a great, light weight carpet cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the carpet cleaner. It works well on cleaning g up pet stains. The only drawback is that the tanks need to be filled or emptied often. However, its easy enough to do. I say this in comparison to a competitors product.

I've used this twice on my living room carpet which may I say, has a large number of stains that I've never been able to get out very well. This is until I've used my ProHeat 2X on it and I can firmly state this product works. The heating element makes drying a quick task and also with the added formulas from BISSEL, the smell and sent after is very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to clean up after our dogs. Does a great job. Easy to use. I LOVE: it has 2 tanks, one for solution and the other for dirty, easy to clean after use, and like that the hand tool is not permanently attached.

I knew my carpet needing cleaning, but wow this cleaner blew my mind of how dirty my carpet actually was. And I never seen it so clean and so white. I had paid lots of $$$ to get my carpet professionally cleaned a year or so back. ANd they brought gigantic machines, they never gotten my carpet as white as it is now after using the Bissel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product with the professional pet urine eliminator +Oxy and were amazed at how wonderfully it worked. Old carpets looked new again and there was a fresh clean scent gone was the stale urine and old dog scent.

I wish I had bought this product years ago. My carpets look fantastic and they're super clean!! I was amazed at how much dirt and debri the cleaner picked up. I'd give the item a hundred stars if I could. It's like my new toy, and believe me, housecleaning is not my thing!

One area of carpet is a high traffic area of carpet, complete with very dirty traffic wear marks and pet stains from cat hairballs. I used the ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner on the "Max Clean/Deep Clean" setting and the diirt and pet stains were removed the FIRST time. And the carpet dried quickly. I was truly impressed. The carpet is clean and restored. It would be good if the clean and dirty water tanks were larger so there wouldn't be so much stopping. Cleaning time would be significantly reduced. And the machine is a bit noisy. But it really does work as advertised. #sweepstakes

But to me the real bonus was how easy it is to clean and the rinse tray. The suction was amazing and took no time for my carpet to dry
