[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine definitely cleaned better than the previous generation of bissel. I also liked how much lighter weight it was, and the separate clean/dirty water tanks was also nice. Cons were that I felt like I filled and emptied it much more often than my previous machine, and I don't think the carpets dried any faster. But overall I would buy it again.

I knew my carpet needing cleaning, but wow this cleaner blew my mind of how dirty my carpet actually was. And I never seen it so clean and so white. I had paid lots of $$$ to get my carpet professionally cleaned a year or so back. ANd they brought gigantic machines, they never gotten my carpet as white as it is now after using the Bissel

I thought my other steam cleaner was cleaning (which it was to a point). However, I was completely impressed with how much better this one cleans. The brushes and suction really got up dirt and hair that seemed to be very imbedded into the carpet. In addition, I had high traffic areas that even after cleaning weren't matching the color of the rest of the carpet. The Pro heat really got the dirt out and now it matches. While it is also easier to swap out water etc. I still wish there was one that held a little bit more water so I didn't have to empty it so often, but I love this guy.

I called to cancel the first order and the gal in the service department was amazing! She made it very smooth and then transfered me to the folks that finalized my purchase. I work in customer service and I was very impressed with the level care I received. My return was processed back into my bank account the next day. Thank you Bissell team! Keep up the good work, you will see my return business! Also machine works great. With a crawling baby, a 5 year old, and a 115 pound dog, my carpet looks beautiful!

Our Hoover cleaner broke after ten years of use, so we searched for a new unit and decided to try Bissell, the first time I used this unit I was utter impressed, I thought my carpets were clean until I used my new cleaner and saw all of the dirt that this unit extracted. This unit exceeds my expectations

I haven't used the attachments yet but will soon for my car! So happy and recommend this to everyone
