[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EVERYBODY....THROW OUT YOUR OLD CARPET CLEANER TODAY AND PURCHASE THIS ONE. ALL OTHER CARPET CLEANERS SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND EVERYONE SHOULD OWN THIS ONE. BETTER THAN HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER. THIS GREAT CARPET CLEANER GET THE JOB DONE FAST AND CLEANER THAN A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER. WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE ON MY CARPET.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so please with this product. It does an amazing job cleaning my carpets and I love the ability of ease of cleaning the machine when I finish. If you have pets or children, this the product for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have FIVE children - AND pets. Spills galore in our house. My carpet looked AWFUL but I didn't want to pay $500+ for someone to come out and shampoo them for me. Decided to purchase this shampooer and shampooed my living room carpet in just a few hours. Look at the before and after! *Ignore The stuff in the floor in the before picture- again- I have FIVE children. And it was the only photo I had that captured the spots.*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my carpet cleaner. With 2 cats and 1 dog inside, I really needed this for my carpets. I knew they needed cleaning, but had no idea how dirty they were until I used the ProHeat 2X Cleaner. My plan now is to use it about every 3 months to keep them looking like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about this carpet cleaner. I've only used it once, and for the most part it seemed to work well. But one section of carpet in the room I cleaned became saturated, and it took over 48 hours to dry, and that was with 2 fans running constantly. I am not aware of doing anything different on this area than in the rest of the room, so I'm not sure what caused this. Honestly, I'm not looking forward to using it again because of this, in case the cleaner is malfunctioning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to clean a house for an invalid client who cannot let his dog out very often.Consequently, the dog soils the carpet so bad that I have to shampoo the carpet every week. I used a Bissell Pro Heat Pet until it broke. I am delighted with the performance of this new shampooer! It does a terrific job! I'm so glad that the old one had to be replaced.
