I have two huskies and three indoor cats.We live in the country and our dogs are constantly tracking dirt in.We like the fact that we can use our carpet cleaner whenever it's needed. We like how it really deep cleans and that it was made for pet owners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this steamer to replace an older steamer from a different brand that wasn't working probably anymore. I'm glad the old one broke... because now I have this one and I get far better results. I have an UV light urine detector, and after steaming the carpet, I can see that ALL traces of organic material (dog urine and poop stains) are really GONE. Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my old carpet cleaner for years and decided it was time to replace it. I purchased this for my fiance for Christmas. First off, we had recently cleaned our carpets prior to receiving the new one and I was amazed at how much more this machine was able to extract. Plus its perfect for those little accidents left by my dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Bissell folks, Extremely pleased with the first use results for the ProHeat 2X! With some initial vacuuming and pre-treatment I was able to clean the main and upper floor carpets with ease and was very impressed with the results. I knew the berber carpet downstairs would be a bigger challenge (hmmm...teenage birthday parties....) and again I was suitably impressed with the way the ProHeat 2X managed even the worst of these old stains!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new carpet cleaner replaces our "older" model that still shampoos, but is so old that we can't buy replacement parts. SO, longevity is what Bissell is all about. (Old one is 30 years old!). This model works wonders....with 4 house cats, we do have fur everywhere and an occasional accident. I'll get on a regular schedule of carpet cleaning now, not just when I HAVE to. I can totally recommend this cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The carpets in my home are old. Like, ten dogs and thirteen years, old. We've debated betting new but, still with four dogs, have decided to wait. I purchased this and literally put it together and was cleaning the carpets within the hour. BEST decision I've made! The carpets look AMAZING! I can now live with these, for as long as I need to. I am SUPER pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend the ProHeat2!! Highly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy-ecstatic even- with this purchase! Used it to clean where my dog constantly lies when his bed is too soft or whatever his deal is. The carpet gets so stained from him and this machine worked excellent to clear the dirt away. I passed it back and forth very slowly to ensure it sucked up as much liquid as possible and the carpets were dry so fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog who has accidents or gets sick if he gets too many treats, and also have a whiteish carpet. I cleaned it with this and it was amazing! I haven't used the attachments yet but will soon for my car! So happy and recommend this to everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our new ProHeat 2X Revolution carpet cleaner and used it to clean our carpets and stairways. I was amazed; we have a berber type carpet which we vacuumed quiet often. And this carpet cleaner was pulling pet hair up out of the carpet that the vacuum had missed. We were also using Bissell's Pro 4X cleaning solution and it really brightened up the carpet. We were well pleased with the ProHeat 2X carpet cleaner and the cleaning solution. Both are great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is the easiest and lightest one that I have every used! Not only did my carpet look like it did the day it was installed, cleaning the machine was so much easier as all the parts came apart with ease.
