I use the product correct except the side borders. I'm not to goods with that, I tried to go to the front instead of the side. The great part I love about the product is, it doesn't leave any residue behind. I also let a friend know about the product and she boat the Revolution. I for got the other great thing, you can take it apart and clean without any unscrewing. thanks.

I thought my other steam cleaner was cleaning (which it was to a point). However, I was completely impressed with how much better this one cleans. The brushes and suction really got up dirt and hair that seemed to be very imbedded into the carpet. In addition, I had high traffic areas that even after cleaning weren't matching the color of the rest of the carpet. The Pro heat really got the dirt out and now it matches. While it is also easier to swap out water etc. I still wish there was one that held a little bit more water so I didn't have to empty it so often, but I love this guy.

I like that you can select how fast or deep of a clean you can get. My only drawback is the beater bars. Professional cleaners don't use them because of how much they clog. The machine could be made better if they would remove the rollers and increase the suction power. Other than that, great machine!!! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the Little Green Pet Pro. I needed an upright cleaner. I'm no Spring chicken so an upright is the way to go for me. Unfortunately it was too big so I sent it back for a different upright machine from Bissell. I'm sure that one, which has almost a five star rating will be the winner!!! They are all winners, really, it just depends on your needs and physical capability.

Cleans carpet excellent. I had another Bissell before purchasing this one. It was clogged with dog hair that the vacuum didn't pick up. I broke it taking it apart numerous times to clean it. This one is perfect because it comes apart so easily. No tools needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used two days ago for the first time and was very satisfied with the results. There were old stains which were very resistant to hand scrubbing. After using the Bissel these stains were dramatically reduced. I'm going to do a second treatment today and I'm certain what remains will be gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are quite impressed with the ProHeat 2x Revolution Carpet Cleaner. We have 3 dogs and keeping the rugs clean and fresh can be a challenge. This machine does the trick and we like the fact the tank is large so no need to be constantly dumping the dirty water. Bissell Oxy Boost really seems to get the rugs cleaner. All in all a great product and great results.
