Love this carpet cleaner!! Much lighter in weight but does a better job than the many older models I've had! The express clean feature is great for a quick fresh up - dry in an hour!! Used the upholstery tool on the doggy couch-excellent results there too!! Love being able to take apart and clean the dog hair out of it. My only concern was why my new machine arrived directly from Bissell dripping water as I took it out of the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about the Bissell Revolution Pet Pro is is cleans the carpets. Compared to my previous carpet cleaner, the Revolution does a better job, in part this is due to the effective design of the brush rolls. What I don't care for is the rinsing, having to refill the tank with clean water and go back over what I just shampooed. My previous unit utilized the clean water to rinse while shampooing without a second step. Also the tools are useful and make sense, but I miss not having an active/rotating brush for the stairs and furniture. Overall I like it, does a great job of cleaning and easy to use. I noticed the shampoo provided in the box removed urine odor in a large area rug. Now that impressed me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 7-yr old Bissel carpet cleaner with this new model. Wow. This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used by far. Lighter and easier to use than the old model. Works MUCH better. I like that all of the attachments and hose come with a storage bag. Much better than carrying all of that weight and bulk around with you when you do not need it. Plus, the attachments were always falling off of their storage locations on the old model. The solution and dirty water tanks are very easy to remove and fill/empty respectively. And yes, I have 2 labradoodles. This carpet cleaner is a must for any pet owner with carpets. Hand tools work great too.

I recently bought a puppy, which quickly made me realize that I needed a good quality carpet cleaner. Even with all the researching I did to get the urine stains out of the carpet, scrubbing by hand, there were still stains left on the carpet. There were spots on the carpet that I couldn't get off for 2 weeks. This Bissell erased all of the stains in the one use. I was so happy with my purchase! The reason I'm giving a 3 star review is because the roller belt broke during its 3rd use. I was incredibly disappointed. This was a large purchase for me, and now I'm having to use the warranty after owning it for only a few weeks. I hope the warrant works fast, and that this isn't a recurring problem in the future. #sweepstakes

I have two big dogs who shed a lot so being able to clean the machine easily from the dog hair that the vacuum didn't pick up. The front part comes off super easy and you can get to every part to clean the machine throughly. I used a machine before that was hard to clean, so this machine is amazing. I could easily see the difference in the clean carpet against the dirty, which the carpet I own is nice because it's hard to tell if it's dirty. I totally recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pro Pet cleaner does an excellent job making your carpets look brand new. The 1 gallon water/solution tank is large enough to clean a bedroom. The only negative with this machine is the waste water capacity is about half of the water/solution tank. Other then that it's top notch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and owning a older model carpet cleaner from the other leading competitor which broke because it couldn't be cleaned properly I decided on this model. It is very easy and straight forward to use and simple to empty the dirty water tank and refill the cleaning solution tank. Although, on deep clean setting I do wish the tank capacity was a bit bigger as I felt I was constantly going back and forth with the containers. Even with this minor annoyance I was pleased, surprised and grossed out by how much filth this cleaner pulled out of my carpets and we have a high end vacuum to boot! After finishing my clean, I loved the little cleaner wand to get into the crevices of the machine so I could put it away and know that it won't be harbouring bacteria and dirt when in storage like my old one did. If you are looking for convenience and a machine that does a thorough job I don't think you can go wrong with buying this machine at all! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

Pros: It took the stink out of my carpet that was left after it was soaked by a leaky water heater, and my carpet looks nice and clean. It's pretty simple to use. The assembly instructions and manual are well written and easy to understand. Cons: It's kind of heavy and unwieldy, but to be fair, I don't have experience with other carpet cleaners to compare it to. I followed the instructions exactly as written but the carpet was still squishy wet afterward, and still very wet the next morning after running a fan all night. I ran the machine over it again a few times and got quite a lot more water out of it, but it ended up taking 2 days to dry. Maybe this was user error, but I did follow the instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer for me. I had no idea how much pet hair was lurking in our carpet before using this the first time. We had rented machines previously, and I had used a smaller upholstery shampooer that really required too much effort...this got the job done, was simple and easy, and most importantly, effective. Also, it was easy to clean and re-assemble. So far, I am a huge fan!! My only beef, and it's a small one, was that I didn't realize initially that the fill button on the dirty water tank was so far down, and did get some overflow. I could be a little more obviously marked, perhaps. I cannot attest to the durability since it's still new to me, but I love, love, love this and carpets have never looked better.
