It is amazing and even picked up all the cat hair that my pet vacuum was not able to as I have a berber tight woven carpet. Dried quickly and left the carpet soft. It is easy-to-use and not hard to push forward or pull back. I have arthritis in my back and arms and didn't have to worry about pain afterwards. I give it a definite thumbs up I had other carpet cleaners which didn't even compare. Its positively worth every penny.

I've tried other carpet cleaners. I've rented carpet cleaners from stores as well. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro has pulled out all the stains! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Completely satisfied with this carpet cleaner. It functioned just as good as the Rug Doctor I normally would rent. I had major high traffic areas in my house and this thing cleaned those areas so well. I do not have pets but but bought this model because I knew if it could handle those messes it could handle my carpet and it did and will continue to. I used the Bissell pro max cleaning solution and it worked great. I have done 4 rooms and a hallway with the cleaner and it is easy to use. My only ask would be for a larger clean water dispenser as it runs out too quickly. I had to change it 2-3 times per room depending on the room size. Don't hesitate to buy this model.

I do not think it does well on set in stains. The clean shot button is great for pre treating. After I did the carpets I went back over with a stain remover and a rag to get the rest. Over all I am happy with its performance. I am excited to see how it does on the stairs.

While I did vaccum the room before scrubbing the carpet; the new carpet cleaner pulled out even more dog hair! (We have a German Shephard which sheds year round.) I am now thinking about buying a Bissell vaccum cleaner since their products obviously clean better than my current vaccum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. I had been using an old carpet cleaner that I inherited 15 years ago. The difference is ridiculous! I used my new Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution on the same carpet that I had cleaned a week before and it took me 10 minutes to clean a room that had taken me over an hour with the old machine. I was able to finish the whole room on one tank of water whereas with the old machine I had to dump it 8 times. But the kicker is how clean the carpets are now. They look new and they are 18 years old. I am thrilled with this purchase. A very reasonable cost for a great, light weight carpet cleaner.
