[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy cow!!!! Amazing cleaning results!! We had a Bissell, previously, (10+ years), that we replaced. This machine has more setting/cleaning mode options, and is lighter in weight. The clean water is removable, for filling; the older model had a flexible bladder. There are two reasons for the 4 stars rating, in lieu of 5. The first, is that as I used it to clean our majority of our condo, (as opposed to a single room), the dirty water tank became more and more soapy. Going back on the cleaned area, 3-4 times, instead of just 2, did not solve the problem. On subsequent fillings of clean water, I used slightly less formula, which helped alleviate the soapiness, with no obvious decrease in the efficacy of the cleaning. Second, I used the upholstery attachment to clean my sofa and 2 side chairs. In doing so, however, I found the "head" of the tool to be a bit large to negotiate the curves of my chairs. When I turned the head sideways to reach the curved places, additional formula dripped out of the tool, as gravity dictates. Not a problem that couldn't be resolved by making additional 'dry' passes, just more time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love this carpet cleaner! It has exceeded my expectations!! I have three cats -- so lots of cat hair! We vacuumed first, of course, and then used the carpet cleaner. Really deep cleaned our carpeting. We also used the upholstery tool to clean our sofa -- worked great! The next day after the carpeting was dry we vacuumed again and there was NO dirt or cat hair in the vacuum bin. Couldn't ask for a better carpet cleaner!! Very happy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It met my expectations. The drawback is the capacity. It has to be emptied and refilled often when in deep clean mode vs rental types. The convenience of having your own to use when you want outweighs that IMO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After extensive research and owning a older model carpet cleaner from the other leading competitor which broke because it couldn't be cleaned properly I decided on this model. It is very easy and straight forward to use and simple to empty the dirty water tank and refill the cleaning solution tank. Although, on deep clean setting I do wish the tank capacity was a bit bigger as I felt I was constantly going back and forth with the containers. Even with this minor annoyance I was pleased, surprised and grossed out by how much filth this cleaner pulled out of my carpets and we have a high end vacuum to boot! After finishing my clean, I loved the little cleaner wand to get into the crevices of the machine so I could put it away and know that it won't be harbouring bacteria and dirt when in storage like my old one did. If you are looking for convenience and a machine that does a thorough job I don't think you can go wrong with buying this machine at all! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

Use on carpet in hall, stairs and bedrooms along with upholstry. Easy to use, one gallon will do heavy duty cleaning in large room. Simple directions. I do wish 2 in 1 tool was wider than 3 inches and was at least 6 inches which would have been better. Didn't find 3 in 1 stair tool useful.

It is easy to assemble, easy to use, effective and even came in environmental friendly packaging! I hate that I have wasted so much money having my carpets steam cleaned. This did a far superior job. This is a phenomenon product for pet owners (I have 3 dogs - one of which is still a puppy) and I highly recommend even if you don't have pets!

ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner does a great job maintaining carpet and easy to use and clean ,,, even fer an ol' fart!!! [Also have a smaller version I use for kitchen mats and hallway runners.] Bissel gets it done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner to clean two rooms, a hallway and small walkway. It worked great on the deep clean mode using Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial, and the carpets dried in a couple of hours. There was enough solution to do more, so will use less next time. The cleaner is easy to clean but takes some time. I don't have pets, but the cleaner received so many great reviews I figured it would be the best choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I have three dogs who aren't completely house broken. I wanted to deep clean the carpet due to the strong urine odor. I had professional steam cleaners come by and use a solution just for pets that seemed to make the stains worse. The waste water from the cleaner was so dirty! I like how the carpet feels- it feels clean. The resistant stains are less noticeable to completely gone! Very happy as the carpet looks like someone put the effort into cleaning it.

It's much lighter and easier to use than my old Bissell that lasted 15 years! My only complaint is it seemed like I spent more time empting or filling tanks. I was working upstairs so that made it worse.
