Leaves a lot of water in the carpet. It took my area rug 3 days to dry. I finally had to take it out to my driveway and let the sun help it dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the Little Green Pet Pro. I needed an upright cleaner. I'm no Spring chicken so an upright is the way to go for me. Unfortunately it was too big so I sent it back for a different upright machine from Bissell. I'm sure that one, which has almost a five star rating will be the winner!!! They are all winners, really, it just depends on your needs and physical capability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. It cleans carpets extremely well and thoroughly. It is evident the machine is of high quality. If I had to critique anything it would be that the on/off switch is on the side of the machine instead of being a foot switch. My old Bissell had a foot switch and it was much easier on your back. Also, when the water begins to run low in it or if the machine is at to much of an angle, it will cause the float to activate advising you to add water and dump the dirty water even if you still have a decent amount of time/space left on the current reservoirs. Overall, very happy with the purchase- a great product.
