This Bissell Revolution Proheat 2x Pet Pro is a lightweight carpet cleaner that drew skepticism based on its seemingly fragile components. I am happy to admit that I was completely wrong! This puppy has three different settings and none of them disappoint. It arrived just on time as my fur baby was battling intestinal issues. Although not required, I first clean up most of the mess, set the Bissell to Deep Clean (personal preference) and then watch the magic. This Bissell has my carpet looking as clean as it does when I pay the professionals. Making several passes without engaging the trigger, the carpet dries in less than an hour. I owned another brand of carpet cleaner that lasted more than a decade. It lifted stains, but didn't appear to brighten the aging carpet. The older carpet cleaner did not have many pieces that were removable for cleaning; perhaps that contributed to its reduced performance. I can remove most parts of this Bissell to keep it clean. No more carpet fuzz clogging up the bristles, yippee!! My only gripe is that this appliance does not come with the Bissell Cleanout Tray. Purchased separately, this tray assists me in effortlessly cleaning the brushes while also storing the included tools. If you purchase the tray, be sure to follow the instructions to the letter for best results. This carpet cleaner comes with a hose and two attachments which provide acceptable suction. I don't plan to use them very much, so not a major negative mark on the carpet cleaner. Overall, I am impressed with the Bissell Revolution Proheat 2x Pet Pro. I would be thrilled if this lasts a decade like my former cleaner. The price point was right especially since I caught it on sale. Adding this Bissell coupled with the clean and store tray to my cleaning collection is the icing on the cake!

I love this carpet cleaner, wouldn't change a thing. The parts are so easy to clean afterwards.

This is the best product I've used. Cleans very well. And is so easy to clean. Love it!!(

Great machine. The best I have had

This machine has saved my carpet and my budget. If you live with elderly cats, you need something that cleans efficiently. So glad I made this purchase. It has made easy work of cleaning carpet areas that I thought would require replacement. The attachments included are useful for cleaning upholstered furniture. This machine is powerful enough to clean the carpet and completely suction the water for quicker drying. A little noisy, but not so much that it scared the cats.

I was really excited to get a carpet cleaner. You have to put hot water in it for it to be "proheat" but beside that misunderstanding in the name of the cleaner, it works great. The dirty tank fills up quickly, so it took about 6-7 empties to get a 10x10 living room with high traffic and a few stains clean. But it is so clean! Doing "dry" passes sped up the drying time. For small spaces, highly recommend

We have a large area rug in the living room. It gets vacuumed weekly, but with cats and dogs in the house I figured it needed a deeper cleaning. This Bissell did a fantastic job. The water I dumped was filthy. I'm so glad I bought this and it has been used once a month since purchase to keep our rug nice and clean.

Great purchase. No regrets!

I love this machine !! Made our rugs look brand new !!

Cleaned the stains off my carpet that the regular carpet foam spray did not.
