I purchased this so I can clean the carpet upstairs, especially where my animals are however, when I use the vacuum suction does not pick up the water well. I have to get on my hands and knees and use the attachment to get more of the water out of the carpet. I would have just purchased a cheaper small one if I would have known I needed to do that

I am impressed with the thought put into the design of this unit. The ability to select a deep clean or quick clean is helpful. The impressive suction was surprising. The ability to easily remove the brush cover for cleaning is very helpful. The dirty water container is easy to empty. Only two things I would like improved were the motor noise and a few more feet on the power cord would be nice. For a home unit, this is a winner.

easy to use. cleans the wool area rugs nicely. dries quickly, as the machine picks up the excess moisture. not too heavy

This is quite an improvement from the previous model, much easier to clean and the design is much better. Glad the I bought this one.

Works very well was impressed it took dirt up so well using the solution that came with it . Very easy to clean out used garden hose.

This model is easier to use than the old Bissell. I also love that the parts are easily removable for cleaning.

Very effective carpet cleaner and may be maintained by the average user including videos for replacing several of the parts and for cleaning. Is actually rated as one of the most highly rated by Consumer Report magazine.

I love the fact that the tanks are on top of each other making it easy to empty them. My old one was one tank and extremely heavy. Love this. Leans beautifully.

I have my brother and his wife moved in 4 little dogs now it’s a chore to get them to go outside all at the same time the carpet cleaner revived the carpet especially in the winter months

This machine kicks my old old one to the curb! Cleans so well, even on a sculptural area rug that always managed to look worse after I used my old machine. It's still going to take a few cleans to remove the ghost smell from my very dearly missed, elderly dog's long, slow, incontinent walks to the backdoor, but I am confident it will remove it all eventually. The difference in how my carpet looks and feels after one use, is just jaw-dropping, especially after cleaning weekly with my old machine (a 2-yr old competitor's model) and never coming close to this result. I's so easy to clean, too. Lovin' this machine.
