First off we have a Kirby, those that know know, and this still pulled hair up after. Set up was a snap literally, easy assembly it all snaps together. Now the dirty water tank does not fill like past models “to the brim” and stops under halfway full some people will complain I think it’s smart personally so there’s no risk of spill in any kind of circumstance top of the tank is a rubber stopper but seals fine…for now. Dirty water tank is fairly easily rinsed emptied, much easier and cleaner than past models and other brands. Now the biggest smart thing is the cover for shampooer brushes pops right off making cleaning it a breeze, best feature about it. I will say I noticed no heating of water like past models but as long as it cleaned I don’t care but also wasn’t specifically checking. However you could tell with an older model we had that it heats, this one not so much. Also seemed more efficient with water than past models. Great product so far can’t speak on longevity but works great out the box.

The spot/cleaner remover hook up wouldn’t work and still doesn’t. It’s toobulky for me to carry back to the store. Highly disappointed because I wanted to clean my furniture.

I am very happy with my new Bissell ProHeat 2 cleaner. It is my second carpet cleaner purchase. The best new feature on this cleaner is the brush cover is easy to remove in order to clean the brushes. It makes cleaning after use a breeze!

This steam cleaner is great. Gave my old one, also Bissell, to my son. The new one is easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze. I can’t wait to try to upholstery attachments.

This machine is the best carpet cleaner that I have ever owned or used . Simple to fill. Simple to operate. Simple to clean. And it performed and did an excellent cleaning job . My floors looked professionally done ! And the motor was considerably quieter than the others . I would highly recommend this machine.!

In the past, I've always rented steam cleaners for my carpets. I took the plunge and purchased the Bissell. It does a very good job on the carpets - equal or better than the ones I've rented in the past. Gave it four stars because I found the upholstery attachment to be less effective. It puts out too much water, leaving water spots on the furniture. I solved this by using a spray bottle to mist the furniture and then the attachment to withdraw it.

I am impressed with the thought put into the design of this unit. The ability to select a deep clean or quick clean is helpful. The impressive suction was surprising. The ability to easily remove the brush cover for cleaning is very helpful. The dirty water container is easy to empty. Only two things I would like improved were the motor noise and a few more feet on the power cord would be nice. For a home unit, this is a winner.

Easy to use and does the work

Does a good job deep cleaning the carpets, but the amount of coverage per tank is disappointing. I wish the tanks were about 2x the size.

This is the best purchase for a dog owner and kids mess.
