[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product because of the dual tanks. One for clean water and one for dirty water. I really like the dual tanks. I have only used this product once and did not use the attachment hose this first time. I cleaned an entire gameroom and then moved over to my mom's house anc cleaned 2 bedrooms, a dining room, and a utility room. The water in the dirty tank was nearly black when I finished, yuck. But, that means the product was doing it's job. Looks like the stains from pet urine were gone except for a few spots and that was probably my fault for not going over those spots diligently with the spot clean green button. So far I am glad I bought this product instead of hiring someone to clean the carpet or rented a machine somewhere. This way I have the product for future cleanings if necessary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my carpet was ruined after we did a bathroom remodel. Our carpet is white and by the time they were done it was brown. It took two swipes in the heavy traffic area but now it looks better than it has in years!

I have cats and dogs. This cleaner replaced my old Bissell floor cleaner (10 yrs old) and this one got out stains the other one couldn't. It's much easier to use. It is also easier to clean the machine afterwards. I love the separate water tanks. Would recommend this product.

I purchased the ProHeat after reading many reviews and comparing various machines to thoroughly clean carpet that had old puppy urine stains. I was not disappointed. I am very pleased with the ProHeat in how it works and ease of taking the brush component apart to rinse out, clean and dry. Also, the machine arrived very timely! I've had an all around good experience with Bissell!!

Our carpet is only a few years old, went with an earth tone because of dogs. We really didn't think it was that dirty. New life in the color of our living room. Really like the brush cleaning tool. I was searching one that was good for pets, and I had heard from friends to try this one, and it also had really great reviews! So I decided to give it a try and love everything about it! You won't go wrong by buying this one!

Easy to use, great directions included(not just online) Easy to take apart and cleaning after using It did a good job; only drawback filaments of carpet clogged roller head so I had to take apart and clean many times while shampooing and it was a fairly small area I was cleaning.

Since I was a new operator, I did go over the carpet a second time with only water (not the soap) to make sure the solution had been extracted. I was glad I did.

Well I was surprised at how surprised I was! This carpet cleaner will get your carpet cleaner!. No perfume smell, didn't need to pretreat stains at all.

I've tried other carpet cleaners. I've rented carpet cleaners from stores as well. The ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro has pulled out all the stains! It's so easy to clean after using unlike others we have tried in the past! This was the best purchase and I will be telling everyone I know!
