[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time buying and using Bissell carpet shampoo er. Used a different brand for years. Could not believe how the Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner worked. It really cleaned the carpet. Only gone over carpet once. The water it pulled up was muddy. It removed new and old pet stains, smells and just dirty carpet. It was amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been thinking about purchasing one for years now. I should have bought it sooner. Great addition to the cleaning routine. It works great, dries quickly (compared to others I've borrowed or rented). I'm not sold on the stair attachment. But overall quite pleased.

It cleans well, and the machine itself is easier to clean. It seems lighter, and I like that the attachment hose isn't permanently attached onboard. The water tank system is better too. However, I would pay $100 more for a product that: 1) was designed so the rotating brushes stopped when using the hand attachments, and 2) didn't leak out the bottom when using the hand attachments. As it is, I place the unit in a large plastic pan when spot cleaning. I would also like about 4 more feet of hose for the hand attachments, although that's not a huge deal. It would just be nice to be able to go more than halfway up a flight of stairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 cats, 1 dog, and 2 kids, which means there's a good amount of dirt/etc in our carpets. This machine did a great job cleaning our carpets (I've done 3 rooms and a hallway so far)! Carpets look new and feel like it, too! It does take a decent amount of time to vacuum the water back up (I used the deep clean setting), but other than that, makes carpet cleaning a breeze!

Its great, goes deep into the fibers of the Carpet and it really gives it a deep clean and dries quickly with a Box fan on it, only wished it was bigger to hold more water. Lol. Hair wraps around the brush roll, so I have to use a small scissors and cut them off. You can also pretreat spots or any area and then clean it.Easy to assemble, just follow instructions in the manual, I am Just figuring it out.. A big plus I was able to take it apart to clean it, just under running water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked so well. It was easy to use, and it gets those tough stains out almost effortlessly. The clean shot is one of my favorite tools because it really targets those tough stains. I recently got a puppy that quickly made me realize I needed a good quality carpet cleaner. The user guide is easy to read. Cleaning the machine like the user guide said is also quite easy as well. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the roller belt broke during my third use. I was really disappointed! I'm hoping that the warranty acts fast, and that this won't be a recurring problem in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really, Really love this cleaner, this is very easy to use and cleans really well. You can tell this is not just a surface clean and that it goes all the way down thru the carpet. The stair tool also amazing with the scrubbers on the tool. This cleaner really pulls up all the excess water/Cleaner and the carpet is almost dry right after cleaning. It really does what is says on the advertising

I am very pleased with my carpet cleaner. I was expecting it to have more resistance when pushing/pulling over the carpet. Very easy to use, as well as easily accessible parts for adding/disposing of the water. Overall, I'm very glad I purchased this product.
