[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet steam cleaner is a replacement for a previous one that no longer worked. We have always had good luck with Bissell products, so we bought a brand new one. It is easy to operate, and does a great job getting up pet stains and normal traffic dirt off of the carpeting. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner. It's so much easier than renting a steam cleaner form the store!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had numerous bissell rug cleaners thru the years. when one finally wears out the wife says dont even bother looking at other products just buy a bissell and be done with it so thats what i do shes the boss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This cleaner has very good cleaning ablilty. We had a Hoover before that we spent a lot of money on and the motor died on it 2x after only about 6 uses each. We really hope this holds up better.

I had my carpets professionally cleaned just a few days before my Bissell Pet Pro arrived. I was amazed what the "pro" didn't pick up, that the Bissell did. Doggo and I are very pleased. Thank you Bissell also for your support of animal welfare organizations. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having two dogs can be messy sometimes but this carpet cleaner is the best thing we have tried by far! We value a brand that puts out products that specifically help pet owners and that also contributes to the well being of pets. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. It was able to get months old stains out of our carpet, impressive. We actually have no pets, just kids. Should have bought one years ago; don't worry about every little mess on your carpets, stairs, area rugs, and couches, just get one of these. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted this to be the best carpet cleaner but it isn't my older Hoover removes so much more dirt and water that is sprayed on and I was not impressed with the cleaners for pet cleanup. It says not to use an oxidizer on pet urine stain, they set in even worse and not to use hot water, it also sets the stain. I will use it for maintaining my carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My carpet looks new again! We got new carpet throughout the whole hours 3 years ago and it has not been cleaned since. I was surprised how much dirt was in my carpet. It looks and feels like new again

I had to admit from the beginning I am kind of hesitant of purchasing this product after reading different reviews so when I bought and finally use it the V result was unbelievable. I am highly recommending this product to my friends and family specially who have pets at their home. Thank you!
