[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it does work and remove some pretty heavy old stains from carpet (atleast in my case) my only complaint is I wish it would do a lil more cleaning.. I've done an 5'x10' area in my basement (dumped dirty water 21 times and filled it up 17) and it STILL after a few weeks of doing this has dirty water in it and the carpet has lil bit of smell. Even double downed on the cleaning solution (and even used only water in the bissel with 409 carpet foam couple times) I guess I'll just keep going over the carpet.. very time consuming. Will take a few month since I plan to do the whole basement!! I will say it worth the money tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a baby on the way and I wanted to shampoo the carpets before her arrival but didn't want to rent a machine from our local store. I am so glad we purchased our Bissell! My carpets have been shampooed once before and I thought they were clean then but after seeing how they look after using the Bissell... they were not even close to clean! I went over the carpet with the concentrate it came with and then again with water just for an extra rinse and the results are AMAZING! I've already recommended this exact machine to my sister who also has three dogs and just purchased a brand new house because I am so impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Its really great. I got it for use in my home plus stairs. The stair tool doesn't look great or sturdy but works really well and is sturdy. The only thing of concern would be that the dirty tank needs emptying when it's about 1/3 full. I think this is due to dirty material being sucked up and rather the way it's suppose to work, safety precaution, in order to not completely block up the intake. I'm really pleased with power, suction and how well it cleans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this since my old ProHeat wore out. I rea.lly worked it to death. I can't tell if the beater brushes are going like the old one did. It doesn't seem to have as much suction as my last one. The stream putting the solvent out doesn't put out as much as the old one

This carpet cleaner is excellent! While the clean water container is only 1 gallon, the machine is light and easy to operate. Small spills, pet accidents, and rug cleaning is easy and the cleaning of the tanks is very easily accomplished! Very, very pleased with my purchase and the company that makes the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this weekly to keep our 4-animal house free of pet hair, barf, pees and poos...the first time around was a bit of a shocker, maintenance feels good. Easy to clean and care for, very powerful and effective. What more could I ask for? Well, durability...remains to be seen. So far, so great, though!

I used the Carpet Cleaner last weekend for the first time and it worked great. Easy to put together and use. It's much lighter in weight compared to the last Bissel carpet cleaner I had. (which is a good thing). Easier to clean steps. I like that this model came with an Upholstery attachment. Highly Recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner | 1986 to clean 2 bedrooms and 1.5 sets of stairs. I think it works great for the most part, is a good product with a powerful motor, has a "good quality" look. Is somewhat tedious having to fill up the tank so frequently and if you have a really dirty carpet it might take you a few times to get your carpet actually clean again. The price in my opinion is too high. One of the things I particularly didn't like about my product is the fact that the machine had a few water droplets in the bottom parts which made me doubt whether I was getting a new or an used product!? I also think they should improve their parts for better cleaning stairs, the current part is too simple. Bottom line is I would recommend this product, it did an okay job for me.

I have cats and dogs. This cleaner replaced my old Bissell floor cleaner (10 yrs old) and this one got out stains the other one couldn't. It's much easier to use. It is also easier to clean the machine afterwards. I love the separate water tanks. Would recommend this product.
