[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt have instructions but I found plenty of videos on line. Watched them and then we didnt have any issues. Pretty simple overall. Cleans very well. You do have to drain and refill about every 10 sq feet as most do since it uses quite a bit. Drying time was pretty accurate except a couple spots took about 24hrs to fully dry.

The other one I owned lasted over 10 years but was very bulky and I did not use it as much. I recently purchased this one and I am happy with the ease of cleaning it after use, the lightweight and mostly how powerful it is.

With two dogs in the house, it has been a tremendous help in keeping my carpets clean. What's particularly impressive about it is how effortlessly it allows me to remove pet hair and human hair that tend to get stuck in the suction slot. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner for two weeks, but I've had the opportunity to use it twice. One area of carpet is a high traffic area of carpet, complete with very dirty traffic wear marks and pet stains from cat hairballs. I used the ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner on the "Max Clean/Deep Clean" setting and the diirt and pet stains were removed the FIRST time. And the carpet dried quickly. I was truly impressed. The carpet is clean and restored. It would be good if the clean and dirty water tanks were larger so there wouldn't be so much stopping. Cleaning time would be significantly reduced. And the machine is a bit noisy. But it really does work as advertised. #sweepstakes

I searched the internet and read all the reviews for all makes and models and Bissel seemed the best logical choice. After receiving and see the actual size of the unit compared to my old carpet cleaner I had doubts about its ability to clean but,I must say this is one tough little carpet cleaner. We bought our home new three years ago and the living room has beige carpet and we bought and placed an decorative carpet in the center area. When I took up the area carpet to clean we could see just how dirty the carpet was. I now wish I had taken a picture to show the difference for the review but you know what they say about hind sight. Any way thanks Bissel for making a great little machine we are well pleased with our purchase. Shoppers if your looking for a carpet cleaner this Bissel machine is a purchase you want regret!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very loud and the dirty water container Hass to be constantly dumped out and it's not even halfway filled yet if you don't dump it out it will not pick up any of the water and it makes a loud noise and it already is and the rollers don't even spin
