[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly/set up was easy. I was able to clean a large area rug and hallway rug on the lowest setting before having to refill the unit. It did a very nice job and both rugs dried quickly. I will definitely get a lot of use from this cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small pups and two crazy cats . My carpets were a mess, but not anymore! Great machine. Well thought out design with detail towards cleaning corners and other hard to reach places. I truly love that hot/warm water can be used in this shampooer. The Extraction (suction) of solution could be improved upon a bit more but overall I'm happy with Bissel. Time to toss the Hoover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a carpet steam clean company out twice and the carpet still had dark areas of stain. Frustrated, I bought the Bissell. I used Oxyclean and Bissell cleaner to take away many spots and significantly lighten others - you hardly see those now. I do wish I could change the clean and dirty tanks at the same time. I had to stop a lot to change one or the other. I'm very pleased with the results of the clean.

While I did vaccum the room before scrubbing the carpet; the new carpet cleaner pulled out even more dog hair! (We have a German Shephard which sheds year round.) I am now thinking about buying a Bissell vaccum cleaner since their products obviously clean better than my current vaccum.

However, my FAVORITE part is that you can completely disassemble to do get leftover hair or whatever you may have picked up out. No chance for any odor or mold/bacteria growth to set up in your carpet cleaner! Did I mention the clean water/dirty reserve are in separate sections? Huge improvement from our last carpet cleaner, years ago. This cleaner has made our transition back to carpet, having imperfect pets we love an easier one.

And, it was delivered to my doorstep at the perfect time (the day I brought my new puppy home!) One of my worries with adding a puppy to our family was having a home that smelled bad since I have carpet and I know that puppy potty accidents are inevitable while they're still house training. With this carpet cleaner, I was able to use the Express Clean option to clean up my puppy's urine immediately after the accident. It's so satisfying to be able to see the liquids being sucked up through the cleaner! So far, I've used the Deep Clean option weekly and it works so well! It's like a toy for adults, lol. I love this carpet cleaner and would most definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was completely surprised on how well this product works at stain and pet hair removal. Our dog sheds extensively and in the past we have used professional carpet cleaning services. We decided to try this product to see if we could get similar results as a professional carpet cleaning service. Wow, were we ever pleasantly surprised.....our carpets look better with this product than they did after we had professional carpet cleaners come in!!! The cost of the product was less than one carpet cleaning by professionals! My only regret is that we did not purchase sooner....

It cleaned the carpet well and after a little practice the carpet dried in a very short time. It was worth every penny.
