[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked very well. Took the pet smell out of the carpet. I was going to replace it but the shampooer did a fabulous job. I didn't realize that it was that dirty even until i saw what it pulled out of the carpet. No need to replace the carpet at this time now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is a must have. Works incredibly well and really cleans. I had one years ago and sold it before I moved. I just purchased a new one to clean the carpets in my house and it works like a charm! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to clean. It took me about 5 mins to take all the dirty parts off after using it, rinse them out and lay out to dry. I was also surprised how well it cleaned. We did a pass with our old carpet washer then a second pass with this one and pulled out a lot of dirt!! I just wish the stair accessory wasn't so pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used very small area. The weather here is very humid and hard to get anything to dry. I will have to be able to have a good weather day or a day when the furnace is running a lot. Then I will be able to tell how well it really works. I work good on the small area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a professional come in and clean my carpets. Took 3 and 1/2 days to dry . Looked horrible. I love this product. Carpet was dry within half an hour and looks great! Way better than the professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissel pet pro. It handles even the pet stains I couldn't get to until they've set into the carpet. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't suck its moisture all the way up in the end and winds up dripping a fair amount back onto the carpet after I've turned off the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Bissell preheat pet pro carpet shampooer is absolutely amazing, but then, every appliance I have gotten from Bissell is amazing. The cleaning power of a Bissell is the best. With 4 dogs, I was dreading moving into my new house, due to all the carpet. But thanks to Bissell, carpet is no longer my enemy. #sweepsteaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our carpet is 20 years old and although we don't wear out shoes in the house, the carpet still had some "dirty" areas. We could not believe the dirt and dog hair that was in the dirty water tank. The cleaner was easy to prepare for cleaning and was easy to clean at the end. I have never be excited about a cleaning product before. We are lending it to our daughter who also has dogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog and used this cleaner on all my carpets in the house. What a difference and was surprised how dirty the water was when I was done. It did such a great job, I did the carpets in both cars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into an older home with lots of carpet. This machine cleaned spots that I didn't think would clean and haven't bled through like commercial rental cleaners do. I probably bought the machine for what I would've paid to rent and I can clean over and over with no rental fees. Love love this Bissell.
