Wish it had a rinse setting rather than to go and refill water to rinse. Drips a lot of dirty water when done cleaning. Easy to use and light weight. Have not used attachments yet. Glad it has a tool to clean front end where hair gets trapped and easy to clean brushes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a LOT of research before buying this product and nearly all the reviews I'd seen had the ProHeat 2X Revolution at the top of the list. I used it this past weekend and have to say the results were outstanding. I first vacuum, then wet the carpets with hot water only. This allows the shampoo to really sink in and has proven better results with every machine I've ever owned. Then go back over it with hot water and shampoo mixture. SLOW and steady is the key to pulling out the dirt. My only negative about this machine is the tank size. They are SMALL. If you're doing very small areas, you'll be fine. With anything other than small areas, you're going to be filling and draining OFTEN. Love the storage and cleaner tray, simple but a wonderful bonus. The cord is long, machine does a very good job pulling dirt and even on deep clean, carpets were dry in at/under the 8 hours as noted. I used a lot of water and shampoo as the carpets had not been cleaned in a couple of years. I hope this one last longer than the last two machines I had. Time will tell.

I was amazed at the amount of dog hair it pulled out of the carpet AFTER I vacuumed it thoroughly. The dual beater bars really get down deep into the pile and get up quite a bit of dirt. Easy to use and works much better than the competition! And you can easily disassemble it to clean all of the fur that gets caught in various places

I decided to purchase this rug cleaner to try and eliminate stains left by our teacup Yorkie. After the first couple of passes, I noticed a complete change in the carpet - it was clean! The machine is easy to use, much like vacuuming. I am very impressed with the overall results and am extremely happy with the way our carpet looks. Drying time was also relatively shot, as we had our A/C on throughout the day. By the next morning, carpet was dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sucks, literally does great at sucking up messes. I had a 16 year old Pro heat and it was still working but it had been a workhorse. This new one has so many nicer features that makes it easy to use compared to the old one. Mainly the easy clean

I used this in the two rooms that needed old dog urine stains removed so far. It was easy to use, is light weight and did an excellent job in removed the spots and odor. I had tried to remove these stains three times before with a Bissell spot cleaner, and even though the spots appeared gone, there was still a strong smell of urine. The Proheat 2X took care of it. I pre-treated the spots with Bissell urine eliminator and let them soak for about 1/2 hour and then used the upright to extract the spots. I went over both rooms completely with Bissell 2X Pet stain % odor cleaner using the max clean method and that took care of it. The carpets smell fresh and clean. I had to refill and empty four times to do both rooms, but not a problem since it keeps the weight of the machine light for use. I would recommend this to anyone with or without a pet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. We wanted a smaller unit than our last one, which lasted about 10 years. We like the new one and its features, especially the self-cleaning tray. The tanks are small, however, and a thorough carpet cleaning will mean many, many trip to dump/refill as needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive my Pet Pro Carpet cleaner after everyone on my facebook recommended it to me. I am a dog mom of 2, so I needed something reliable to get the job done. I am beyond impressed with this carpet cleaner. It left my carpets so soft, even pulled up fur that my vacuum was not getting. It got up the stains from when my dogs were puppies. I LOVE the upholstery tool. It SAVED my couch. Between my husband, and my 2 dogs my light colored couch was destroyed. The stains on it were terrible (you can see in the pictures)After taking the carpet cleaner to it, it is BRAND NEW! I could not be happier with this purchase, It is worth the splurge! I cannot recommend it enough. It was super simple to put together and to use. It does use a lot of water (had to fill up twice for my living room), but that does not bother me because it is really getting the job done better than I ever imagined!

Well set up. Particularly like the cord holder. Machine clean up is a lot easier than the one we had for 25-30 years (Bissell). One thing it seems to lack the vacuuming power of the other machine. With the other machine 5-6 passes would almost dry the carpet. With this one 5-6 passes just sucks up a lot of water but doesn't come close to what the other would do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pro Heat 2X Revolution is FANTASTIC !! Extremely PLEASED with the EASE and overall results on my Carpets. I have Full Berber Carpeting (not my choice btw) from my small dining Nook into the Kitchen. My Carpet REALLY gets HIGH TRAFFIC. There was a MAJOR STAIN in front of our kitchen sink and BISSELL TOTALLY TOOK CARE OF IT, it is no longer present; so amazed. I LOVE the fact of the TRIGGER on this unit. We had a Hoover previously, and no trigger which made no sense to me due to the amounts of wasted cleaner and it did not have the SUCTION POWER like BISSELL does. Our rugs took forever to dry w/Hoover, yet my NEW BISSELL dried rugs within 45 minutes with the running of dryer on the unit. The MAX CLEANER we purchased separately from Bissell works so well, no repeats were necessary ~ THANK YOU BISSELL for AMAZING UNIT + Storage Base. I will say I "ONLY WISHED" that it would of included the hose cleaner attachment, but I went online to get that separately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this whole system and WORTH EVERY PENNY COST WISE.
