I have always had a Bissell carpet cleaner as well as dogs. My older one still worked but after 25 years I decided to replace it. I am sure I will be using it very soon. Very easy to put together out of the box. Looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meh, I wish it cleaned a little deeper honestly. I guess it does what its supposed to just nothing earth shattering. Honestly figuring it out was probably a challenge. I wish they had a video tutorial to teach you the proper way to use it. I over filled the collection station apparently and when I pulled it to dump it 80% of what I sucked up went right back onto the floor. It was even a different floor because I rolled the item into my kitchen to dump in the drain. So I got to take all the gross water off my carpets and then drain it all over my kitchen floor because I didn't know. Its not your fault I think I would have just liked to have seen a better quick start guide to avoid that pitfall. l will usually read those and then go to work. I dont dive into details unless their is a challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello BISSELL Team, $269 plus shipping are way worth it, I read the manual just like it telling me how to do it correctly, but some people are right about a lot of water tank and it does worth a way to get a lot of nasty, dirty, stains, dirt, and mold in our carpet. It ProHeat Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, I am giving a rate 5. Because this does help my answers to the solution of getting that. So I'm keeping on doing it every month. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly used to clean cat messes. NO machine cleans beef gravy cat food barf stain no matter the advertising. The original Proheat Complete Pet 2x was a tank. Lasted 20 years before the brush motor burned out. Hope this is as well built. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell cleaner arrived in a timely manner. I immediately cleaned up months of cat barf (sorry, but that's what I really need this for). Even though I had vacuumed before the cleaning, there was still a lot of cat hair left on the carpet - apparently - but none of it stuck to the rollers. I was able to just pick up the clumps instead of spending ages combing it out of the brushes (comb provided) which I was afraid I'd have to do.

I had to admit from the beginning I am kind of hesitant of purchasing this product after reading different reviews so when I bought and finally use it the V result was unbelievable. I am highly recommending this product to my friends and family specially who have pets at their home. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a rental. The carpets in the bedrooms are off white (who would do that ?) Anyway after using my new Bissell I was extremely satisfied. Just one cleaning and the carpets look sooooooo much cleaner. I am pleased with this purchase !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving out of a condo and thought it would make more sense to buy a carpet cleaner than to hire someone, that way its always there when you need one. Over all construction is solid, does not feel cheaply made (owned a cheaper carpet cleaner in the past). It does what the company advertises, carpets will be a bit damp after cleaning but that is to be expected. Make sure you vacuum good before hand as not to clog up the brush with hair and lint (worn out carpet fibers), it makes the process a whole lot easier. I would say that Bissell did a good job balancing between weight and mobility with this unit, definitely would recommend.
