I assumed the water rings would last forever on that couch but this cleaner with powerful hand tool attachment saved it with one cleaning!

OMG!!!! I can not tell you how happy I am with my new Bissell! I had Stanley Steamer come and clean our carpets. All of a sudden I smelled urine in one of my rooms. The wetness must have brought it out. I paid $650 for our carpets to be cleaned. Not happy to say the least. I read reviews on this particular cleaner and thought I would try it and see if it cleans better the a commercial company and to my surprise it was Amazing!!! I did purchase the Pet Stain kit hoping it would be my best choice being whoever owned our home before us it would help the urine odor and it did!!! I am sold!!!! I not only love my cleaner but now I will clean my carpets more often then every 6 months. Thank you for an amazing product!

We have 4 dogs an 80lb rott, 60lb Pitt mix, 50 pound terrier mix, and a 22lb peek a poo. Lots of hair and dog smell. This machine did a deep cleaned still pulled a ton of dog hair from the carpet - after I vacuumed!!! I really hope you guys come out with a vacuum with double rollers... it may allow my house to pet hair free!!!

Typically we hold out and spring for a professional cleaning once a year. However, with 5 kids in the house it was getting tough to let it go an entire year between cleanings. We purchased this machine thinking that we would have the carpets professionally cleaned, and then start using this to try and maintain throughout the year. We received it and used it right away. I was pleasantly surprised how well it cleaned the carpets. MUCH better than machines we had borrowed or rented in the past. So well in fact, that we aren't planning on having the professional cleaners come this year at all. Since the cost of the machine is roughly equal to a single professional cleaning, I consider this money very well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a former employee at a family owned carpet cleaning business, this machine works great to get carpets really clean. I like that you can select how fast or deep of a clean you can get. My only drawback is the beater bars. Professional cleaners don't use them because of how much they clog. The machine could be made better if they would remove the rollers and increase the suction power. Other than that, great machine!!! #sweepstakes

Instead of waiting the estimated 3 weeks for the out of stock belt I ordered a new machine and it arrived in 3 days!! I love it as much as my old one.I gave the old one to my son and daughter in law and they had no problem waiting for a belt and are happily using it already!

i ordered the ProHeat 2x from the Bissell website. It arrived in a short amount of time. It was easy to put together. My purpose for purchasing was I had a pet stain that no other cleaners would work on removing. The Proheat took the stain up immediately and left the carpeting so clean! I am 100% happy with my purchase.
