[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly used it to clean years of dirt on our carpet and stairs. Came with a set of tools for both purposes. Did not use the squirt feature much. Instead filled a squirt bottle with the same detergent mixture. Much easier to aim. Haven't used it yet on all our carpets but will once outside temps keep me inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have area rugs over wood floors. I was worried about too much water ruining my floors while cleaning the rugs. I was so pleased to find this machine not only pulls up pet hair and cleans great, but doesn't soak the rugs leaving them laying wet on the floors. Highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had borrowed an old carpet cleaner and thought it did a good job, but as soon we used our new Bissel ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet Carpet Cleaner we soon realized our carpets were not that clean. The Bissel was well worth the purchase, our carpets have never been cleaner and they even smell better too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #sweepstakes We were moving and instead of hiring professional cleaners we purchased this vacuum cleaner to shampoo and vacuum our carpets. This Vacuum cleaner did a good job in cleaning the carpet and removing most of the stains. we were very pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend this product for anyone who wants deep cleaning of their carpets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did a nice job cleaning - I am very happy with the results. It is much easier to use than the old Bissell model I had, I like the separate tanks for clean and dirty water and also how easy it is to clean the brushes. I also like that the hose attachment is in a bag because on the older model it would not stay put on the cleaner. The motor in the old one burnt out so I am holding the last star for awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it was a delight to receive my rug cleaner. the best surprise is that is was delivered early. the only thing i might have disapproved of is that the box was not sealed at all. could be iffy. in any case, we put it together right away and put it to work. it did a beautiful job and it was so, so easy to clean after afterwards. especially love that cleaning tool. it got to so many places that i could not before with my older model. i even got the nerve up to use the attachments which were so easy to handle and the stairs look terrific now. i also really love the separate containers for both the dirty and clean waters.. Best of all, when the older model would not such up water, the help line did their best to help us fix the problem and when we could not i went immediately to your site and ordered a newer version with which we are both delighted.

I do my best to keep the space clean, but now with this cleaner my game is CHANGED. Seriously, the first stripe across my carpet came back cleaner than I have ever seen the carpet. The vacuum is super light, VERY user friendly and nice and easy to clean out/fill up! It got out stains that have been there for years. For me as a 23 year old, it was a total impulse buy, but now it is a lifestyle. Love it so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this carpet cleaning system, easy concise instructions and use. The deep clean option does a great job. We do not have any pets however our home is high traffic and we one day may have a pet. Great machine worth the money. All the parts are easy to clean up and put back together. My unit did not come with a usage booklet however it was very easy to go online and print one off. I love all the Bissell cleaning solutions, very effective and they leave the house smelling nice and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It does a great job of cleaning carpets. Easy to use and clean. Does seem to get a little hot after two clean tanks so I do two the. Let it rest. Haven't tried stairs yet but looking forward to it!
