I had just shampooed with a rental from the grocery store before the holidays . I was amazed at amount of soil in the dirty water tank that the previous cleaner had missed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog and used this cleaner on all my carpets in the house. What a difference and was surprised how dirty the water was when I was done. It did such a great job, I did the carpets in both cars!

I was does disappointed at first that this didn't have an option to let me switch to RINSE only mode like my 2013 model did (which meant I could rinse without having to empty and clean the top canister of the unit of the rug shampoo. However, this model is SO much easier to clean by being able to easily take apart the roller and suction section that it negated my disappointment and I will happily alter my previous rug cleaning procedure for the easier end cleaning!

Received the unit in a timely manor. Assembly instructions mentioned an attachment for hard surface floors. This inexpensive attachment is not mentioned on the website, but, they agreed to ship one at no charge. The 1st one received was a totally unrelated part. However, they have supposedly reshipped the correct one. Overall, the experience has been positive. The unit has done a very good job during its 1st use. The after-use cleanup was a breeze compared to past models. Two snap-in parts when removed allows cleaning even to the brushes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After adopting an untrained intact male dog I was afraid I'd be forever cursed with that leftover disgusting urine smell. I used this not only on the carpet but the tile and I LOVE it! I even use it in the bathroom after the baby makes a mess with bath time. It's been easy to clean and assemble the accessories. I used the upholstery cleaner and it was great. The only complaint I would have is the cord...I wish it was retractable bc sometimes you don't want the cord dragging in the mess.

The Bissell was so easy to use and cleaned beautifully. We also have a new dog and the carpet stays fresh. I ve done the master bedroom and the stairs. This machine cleans better and my rug has dried faster than the last professional company's job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brush belt broke on my initial use. Kinda my own fault since I was going over a damaged area of carpet, and it got pulled into the machine. Order the belt online that I thought was correct, only to receive it a week later, and find out it's the wrong belt. Just ordered the other belt that comes with this machine, so hopefully it will be the right size that I am looking for. Vacuum suction isn't as good as a previous shampooer I had. Seems to leave over half of the water in the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second bissell rug cleaner. The first one lasted 18 years, and believe me it did it share if cleaning. My new one definitely cleans and love the fact it picks up water so well my carpet is dry in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used it one time and I know it was working well because that water was so dirty. It is easy to use and very portable. The only downside is that the water tank only hold a gallon of water so you will need to refill and empty more frequently, but I think that is a fair trade off for a machine that is so easy to maneuver and push around.
