I have cats and dogs. This cleaner replaced my old Bissell floor cleaner (10 yrs old) and this one got out stains the other one couldn't. It's much easier to use. It is also easier to clean the machine afterwards. I love the separate water tanks. Would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly awesome carpet cleaner, cleaned all my pet vomit spots in the carpet. I vacuumed the carpet first, but this one collected so much more hair after vacuuming. The instructions on the paper were kind a confusing, but the videos on Bissell page helped.

I will not have to hire a professional to come in at all for now. I feel like this is one of the best purchases I have made this year. Its a bit heavy. We had to carry it upstairs in order to clean the bedroom and hallway rugs, but im ok with it. Thanks Bissell for making such a fine machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this carpet cleaner! I am beyond happy with the entire design and the ease of using it. It is a lot lighter than my last carpet cleaner (not a Bissell) and so glad that I have become a loyal Bissell product user. Even with the deep clean mode and the time they say the carpets with dry will be longer period of time, but my carpets were dry in half the time. Only took a couple hours! The suction does not leave a lot of solution on the carpets and drying time shows this. Don't hesitate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog is afraid of slick surfaces like tile and hardwood, so I have lots of rugs throughout my house. She is also a border collie who brings in a lot of dirt from her long hair. I LOVE this carpet cleaner, and I'm so happy I bought it. I've been thinking about getting all new rugs, but it turns out, I just needed a good enough cleaner to make them smell, look, and feel brand new. SO happy with this purchase. Its also such a cute aesthetic, I kind of love having it in my laundry room to look at lol. So excited that all my carpets and rugs will feel fresh and clean whenever I want!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old Hover carpet cleaner. This unit is quieter than the Hover unit. It does a nice job cleaning the carpets. The only thing I don't like about it is the unit came with lots of good attachments but the cleaner has nowhere to store them on the cleaner, it came with a bag to put all of the accessories in. The Hover has storage on the unit for all of the accessories. Other than that, the cleaner is very nice and works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally purchased our ProHeat 2X® Revolution® Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner, initially used BISSELL® Clean + Allergen formula on all of our carpets, Did a great job, however, I did need to go over a few areas with BISSELL® PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator formula and was able to remove even more, but not all. I also had a problem with a leaky dirty water tank, and it wasn't even close to the water mark where you're supposed to empty the tank. Learned to keep a towel handy for any leaks, or drips along with having a bucket handy to empty dirty water tank. Otherwise, very happy with my Bissell! My carpets look great!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase has saved my sanity. I had two senior male dogs (one has passed) and I have a senior male cat. Between the leg lifts, hair balls, accidents, and male cat orneriness--my carpet was a disaster. After getting two quotes of over $300 to clean my carpets by professionals, I agreed to let my daughter try the Proheat 2X Revolution Pet Pro. She borrowed one from her future mother in law (who has more pets than I do). Wow! What a difference! It is so easy to use and, more importantly for me, so easy to clean up after the hard work is done. I have been able to keep my carpets clean and smelling fresh better than ever before. It's a great product! Be sure to use the recommended cleaning, sanitizing and deorderizing products with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most amazing shampooer I've ever used! I have a 6 month old Great Dane that is potty training and a 2 yr old so this was definitely needed. I feel like this shampooer came straight out of one of those commercials that show the carpet going from brown to white. And all the attachments... AMAZING! I even shampooed my mattress! Extremely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to maneuver and easy to carry around the house. I love how it comes apart to clean hair and dirt out once you have finished cleaning the carpets, super easy. This machine seems to clean and dry well although it took me a long time to clean 1 room since the tanks are on the smaller side. I had to stop to empty and refill tanks frequently particularly the dirty water tank. I also wish the cleaner wasn't mixed with the water, so you could to do a clean rinse after the shampoo has been applied. Overall I am happy with my purchase and my carpets are cleaner.
