Clean our carpet & tile floors. Did a great job on both. Very easy to clean. Easy to fill & empty dirty water. Light weight,

The only issue I have is the attachment hose keeps falling off Spending half my time putting it back Wish water reservoir was larger!!!

We and our Dog, Douglas, are very excited to have this machine. It was very easy to put together and the instructions very helpful.

This works great on pet stains and orods in carpet. And the smooth floor attachment makes cleaning up even dried on messes so much easier!

Our 12X12 living room took most of the day to clean. Had to use my shop vac to get it dry. I will not buy another bissell

It pulls dog hair from deep. I dont mind the one gallon capacity, allows me to keep hot water and not heavy to change out.

I do not understand the Pro Heat description. The only heat is from your hot water spigot. I do like the machine.

It's a great machine. Cleaned all the carpets in my house and was very impressed from the first time I used it.

This machine is powerful!! Easy to empty dirty water container. I just love it and also the attachments it came with. A+

This is one of the best carpet cleaners I have been able to try in a longtime. I am so happy I was able to try this as part of a program.
