Removed stubborn stains from carpet with first use. Refreshes carpet nap. Bissell solution doesn't leave sticky residue.

The only issue I have is the attachment hose keeps falling off Spending half my time putting it back Wish water reservoir was larger!!!

This carpet machine is the easiest to clean of all the machines I have ever owned. plus it doed ciean carpet really well.

More expensive than others but it does a great job-much better than the older version I had with the bladder bag refill
