I am so pleased with mine, My carpet is 10 years old and after cleaning it wi th the new machine it looks like new ..

I have owned a lot of steam cleaners over the years and this machine is head and shoulders above any other.

I have to large dogs who live inside the home. This is a joy to use! Much better than and easier to clean than my last shampooer

do not buy it on line it cost less in you go to the store and perches and toke it home you can save around $20 to $ 30

Used it once, it smelled funny then it stopped. Did. not run over anything g but the rug. Now it won't start at all.

I love the preheat 2x! It brought up stains I've tried getting up before my carpet looks like brand new again.

Doesn't work properly & they have horrible customer service. We got it in May & they still haven't resolved our repair.

I use it for whole house cleaning of carpets I will say that this is the best Carpet cleaner I've ever used.

Best One I Have Used........It Does What It Said It Would do, Best Improved In The Market Thus Far .

We had some serious dog stains on our carpet that our old shampooer couldn't handle. This Bissell removed them all.
