the carpets in my friends house has been neglected for years. I used this product and managed to bring life back into his badly tarnished carpets.

Being a "Mom" to multiple pets brings much joy, but much mess! This cleaner is easy to handle and does a thorough job. I'm very pleased!

Cleaned every carpet in the house stairs rugs. Used it in our two houses and quick mode was fabulous,efficient and quick drying.

So far it seems to be better than the Hoover that it replaced. It seems to have the power to get out more dirt. We shall see how it holds up.

I haven't ever owned a carpet cleaner before. However, I have an aging dog who has accidents. I love my Bissell! So far, so good!

do not buy it on line it cost less in you go to the store and perches and toke it home you can save around $20 to $ 30
