Worthless. Put down a gallon of fresh water and cleaner and picked up a couple of ounces. See photo. Left all the dirty Water crud in the carpet.

cleaned great but am retired so sort of gave me a work out on the shoulders , but cleaned everything I did like new , love it

Sorry to say left my carpets to wet took 2 days to dry after going over them just to get suck some of the water off my carpets.

great for the couple of times I got to use it. now it just burns up belts. had multiple bissel products but this will be my last one

Doesn't work properly & they have horrible customer service. We got it in May & they still haven't resolved our repair.
