Drive belt to brushes broke after 20 minutes of use. Very disappointed particularly when you believe you bought and paid for a quality product. Bissel-quality belts are available on the market, breakdown and pay a few cents more!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. So easy to clean you can lift the brushes right out. Before I was breaking toothbrush's trying to clean my old machine Just cleaned my very dirty white tile floor Amazing

does a great job

So far it seems to be better than the Hoover that it replaced. It seems to have the power to get out more dirt. We shall see how it holds up.

This carpet cleaner did a fantastic job on our cafe carpet. The carpet gets quite filthy during the year. This was effortless

Best One I Have Used........It Does What It Said It Would do, Best Improved In The Market Thus Far .

I have only used it once, but it exceeded my expectations! The before and after pictures show you how great it worked

Sorry to say left my carpets to wet took 2 days to dry after going over them just to get suck some of the water off my carpets.

Leaned light gray carpet turned black k from dog urine in one pass! Unbelievable! Awesome! So glad I bought it!

I did and used everything as directed and the urine smell came back after a few days. Disappointing.
